They hosted my sisters wedding ceremony and reception everything was so beautiful and the food they catered for us was really good. The staff was very friendly and made conversation which made the atmosphere more comfortable. I would recommend this place for your big event.

Went last night with my awesome parents. Food and drink was delicious, danced for hours to great band route 66. 50s and 60s. All for $20. Was cash bar.

Cant say enough good words about joy Manor. My Daughter had her baby shower on 3/15/2020. Everything was perfect. The staff was great. The food was great. And the owners are the best. So sweet. They made sure everything was exactly the way she wanted it. So beautiful when we walked in. I was truly impressed. Thank you so much for the perfect day.

Had my wedding here in May and let me tell you ever thing was perfect. The food was delicious, the table set up beautiful, and the staff was fantastic. my guest had an amazing time thats all they keep telling me well worth the money. Jennifer the office manger is so nice and helpful we had an issue with our DJ the day of the wedding she let us borrow there amp until the DJ could make it. she literal saved my wedding. this was the best night of my life thank you so much joy manor you all are wonderful.

So much nicer on the inside than you would think. Tucked away from road traffic and noise, Joy Manor is a secluded place to share intimate moments with friends and family. The food is delicious and the wait staff is wonderfully helpful without distracting from your event.

Rude banquet manager. She did not allow the speakers and roving lights of the DJ to be set up properly. She said it will ruin her set up so DJ was asked to put all his equipment on one corner.Thus no music heard at the other side and no roving lights at the dancing floorBanquet manager was overheard saying that she will shut down the party if anyone was caught bringing any liquor and she does not care. Bride and groom has an open bar and all guests are professionals and majority do not even drink. Rude manager just blurted this out with no apparent reason. It was announced to the guests to satisfy the rude managerShe changed the table nos just when everyone is seated .She changed it 3x and was overhead saying that she will ban one of the guests from getting drinks from the open bar.Guests were not given water when they need water coz according to the servers,they have a time when to serve water per managers order.Pizza, part of the menu,for then 300 plus guests, was served when just less than 20 out of the 300 plus guests were there. We left at 11:00 pm and it was not served. I heard that they did not even allow the remaining 20 guests to bring the pizza home as they dont have a take-out license...Not worth the money to have your event done here just because of the attitude of the manager. By the way,the name of the manager is Jennifer.This place has a new owner and of course, new manager.

I will never recommend this venue to anyone. Robin is very rude and unprofessional. She does not know how to speak to and treat potential new clients. We showed up after 6 pm one evening and she acted like she did not want to take our business or speak with us like we were a burden to her or an inconvenience. She was rude to us from the moment we walked in the door, I was very put off by her but I proceeded to sit down with her and discuss our party details, and put down a deposit. She continued to be extremely rude to us and after all the paper work was signed and I was ready to give her my deposit. She decided that out of nowhere the price had changed by almost $7.00 more per plate. I told her that was crazy when we agreed prior on a price. She proceeded to scream at me and tell me o well it’s a New Year prices change. I didnt know that was how a business treats potential new client. So I will never ever recommend this venue.

Was here for a Christmas party with my husbands work it was amazing

It was decorated nicely, but there were issues with both my rehearsal dinner and the wedding itself. For the rehearsal dinner my mother in law got the regular bar, and they were arguing with her that she had picked the cash bar until they finally decided to look at the reservation form that said that it was an open bar. For my wedding we had the premium bar and for most of it they were trying to serve us well drinks. They said that we needed to ask for the premium alcohol we had purchased or we would be getting well drinks, we had asked for both bud light and labbats beer and they only wanted to serve the bud light until my mom complained. Then they decided to serve the Labbats which was bottles because they didnt get kegged Labbats. They also ran out of beer during the reception and had to run out and get more. We had told them since the beginning that the cake is to wrapped up in napkins that we provided and once again they acted like that was news to them. (they also had that written in there notes). We had guests saying to us that the older waitress/barmaid was extremely rude. If it wasnt for my mom keeping track of everything they would have gotten away with trying to rip us off even more than they did. If you get the premium bar just so you know they think that 3 bottles of absolute counts as enough for the premium bar.

I had my wedding reception here last weekend, and I just wanted to say you couldnt beat the quality of service or the price. Dont be fooled when you drive by, I know the outside of the hall doesnt do it justice, its so nice inside! The food was really good and they literally do everything for you, from the chair covers, to centerpieces, to the birdcage card box! Chris, the owner, didnt just treat us like customers but more like we had been friends for years. I recommend this place highly for your party or wedding reception!

The staff was incredibly rude the second we entered the hall. Jennifer was clearly frustrated and projected her negative and rude attitude towards the groom’s family. I do not recommend hosting any events at this area as they obviosuly dislike their jobs. I am a reasonable person and understand how busy this job could be but some clear explanations instead of rude responses and disrespecting elderly family members would be better. Never hosting anything here again and I’m advising my family and all friends to avoid this place also.

Cousin had her baby shower here, they provided the decorations for the tables and chairs which was beautifully done, staff was great, and the food was on point!!!! Great job Joy Manor!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Chris (the owner) or Robin (his wife)! These people always go far and beyond when it comes to satisfying their customers. Our family has been working with them since 2009 when Chris took over ownership; and we have seen the transformations and all of the hard work that has been done to this place over the years. We do multiple events at the Joy Manor each year and have never been disappointed in their food, prices, or hospitality. In fact, I recommend putting the Joy Manor on the list of venues to everyone I know who is looking for a place to hold an event because the place is so beautiful inside, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable. In addition, the word disappointment is far from my vocabulary when it comes to hosting an event at the Joy Manor. The Joy Manor continues to have my business and support; and I hope that it wins you over like it won over my family!

A very nice clean place, beautiful settings, friendly people, great stage for concerts, needs a bigger dance floor and the place was so crowded that we were cramped and unconfertaible to where we left our seat and stood along the wall and still no room.even the bathroom was a small, tight area.

Went to a wedding there and right away one of the bar tenders had an attitude. Barking out rules and what was not aloud before the bar even opened. Dinner was average wedding food nothing special. Around 10pm or so the bartender who obviously did not want to work that day began cutting off guest who did have a few drinks but was no where near having to be cut off. It was obvious that this place wanted us out so they could close for the night. If your wedding party and guest like to have fun this is not the place for you. Would not be returning for any event or would I ever have an event here.
