My man Wisahm totally transformed the car I got for my wife. Someone had left food in the trunk while it was sitting and it stunk the whole time it was at the dealer. Biggest waste of $160 bucks! I received my car back with all kinds of dirt left in it. I even pointed some of it out to him and he vacuumed it. You have to use the flashlight on your phone to try and see the job, because he lets you inspect it while its still in the shop! Let the photos do the justice, these were takin after his detailing

I met with Wesam and had him check my car and received a quote before booking an actual appointment with him. He is so great! Really - a super nice guy! Hes always available to answer your questions, or if hes busy, hes prompt in his replies and get back to you ASAP! Price is also super reasonable, and I can tell hes passionate in the work that he does.When I came in for my quote, he pointed out the orange peel on my car from a work that was done earlier in the year, and I was so surprised because I had never mentioned anything about the work that was done. Once I was able to get my car back, he went over in detail and even showed me before and after photos. If I was staying in Michigan and needed detailing done, I would most definitely 200%, no questions, reach out and book with him again! Absolutely speechless. Can’t even explain how incredible the work is. I bought the car from people who didn’t value it and it was basically a dump. The car even had mold and a terrible odor. This company truly impressed me with how it turned out. They just earned a lifetime customer and I definitely recommend them for any auto detailing work.

Everyone here was polite and kind, and they really worked with me to get my car exactly what was needed and worked around my schedule, which I greatly appreciated. My car was a disaster inside, due to sharing with siblings, having drinks spilled all over the seats, and multiple cross-country trips, but they made it look brand new in just a day!

Wes is a SPECIALIST. Had to travel and my headlights looked terrible and he professionally made them look new and coated them.

Undid 10 years of dirt and stains in my van. Hard to even believe they could do this!!! Pricing is average to slightly above average from what I have been quoted but definitely worth it for super clean interior.

Just purchased an M37 from a guy who didnt take care of it at all. The paint was almost falling off the car. I had to either get it repainted or take a chance and get a paint correction. Decided to go with the correction as sometimes even paint jobs are shoddy and super expensive. Did some research and came across Bright and decided to go with them. Long story short, my black m37 looks better than any 2021 model ive seen. still admiring the work. Will be back in a few weeks for the Ceramic checkup!

Amazing attention to detail. Spent 3 years without a detail and then rotten egg smell in the car forced me to get it done. They were able to get the smell out and they were very professional during the entire process. My car was a mess as well and they didnt mind doing the work of taking the stuff out and then returning it. Id recommend these guys in a heart beat. Very friendly as well. Pictures are after using it for more than a day. Looks like it came off the showroom, except for the mess in the driver side door Ive started to make.... (insert embarrassed emoji here).

I needed to get my Ford Escape detailed and I called Bright Auto Detailing among several other places to see if I could get in same day, knowing it would be a long shot. I left a message and immediately received a call back. Surprisingly, they were able to service my car the same day! This was not an easy job, as we have recently gotten a puppy...and the car had mud caked on the seats and floor and there were treat remnants everywhere. The two gentleman that were there were so kind an professional throughout the entire process. They treated my car as if it was their own...with such care and attention. After they were done, my car looked like it was brand new off the lot!!! We are already planning to take our other car there! Also I felt that the price is a great value for such professional work.

Best experience at any business I’ve ever experienced! I was very skeptical at first based on pricing (much cheaper then the industry) however, they far exceeded my expectations! I did a full paint correction with a ceramic coating and the results are amazing! The best part of this business is the owners passion and pride. They take care of your car like it’s their own. I brought my car there to get details from the inside. I left the window rolled down during the rain in the car had a horrific smell. I brought it into bight auto detailing. Just by walking in there you can tell you can trust your car with them. For customer service I give them 100/100. For the work I give them 100/100. After the day I went to pick up the car. And the car smells like it was fresh out of the dealership. Hands-down the best people the best work I thank them for their hard work.

After calling multiple detailers in my area, I was not satisfied with their explanations of what was going to be done yo my vehicle. So i decided to look outside my area and found Bright Auto Detailing. The gentleman there Wesam spoke not only professionally and with knowledge but passionately as well. You can tell he really loves what he does so I decided to go with them to have my SUV paint corrected. After a bit if discussion he saw how much i loved and babied this car ( dealership did NOT and put so many scratches and swirls on it and made it djll) he recommended a professional ceramic coating.I left and decided to do some research as it was the first five heard about it. When i saw how amazing it was in yourube videos and how glossy it makes the paint and how easy it makes washing the car I decided to go with it.I brought it too them and three days later I saw my car exit the shop and it looks BREATHTAKING. mot a single hair of a scratch left (they showed me around with their led lights and in the sun), I can see FLAKES now in the paint and it is like a mirror on wheels lol I wouldve easily paid a few thousand more for this car if it was in this condition when I bought it lol so happy i did my research and decided to go with them and I will be back to see what they can do to my interior!

For the past year Ive been trying to find someone to detail my car, and Ive gone through a lot of different vendors and businesses trying to find a good fit. One of the things I always seem to run into is lack of availability, so even if I find someone who I like Im still going to have to wait a couple of weeks. Yesterday I was in Westland, and on a whim I decided to see if there was any car detailing places in the vicinity of where I was. The very first business I saw on the Google page was bright auto detailing. So I called up and talk to someone who was very thorough and very kind. It wasnt until today when I got my car finished by these guys, that I realized that these are real genuine quality authentic people. They did such a good job on my car that you wouldnt know that it was used by looking on the inside as I got my interior done by them. And I could tell that these guys were beaming with pride with the job they had done, and rightly so. Great personal people awesome prices which was another major factor for me, & the quality spoke for itself. They even offered to drive me home when I didnt realize how long the process was going to be which was my fault for not paying attention haha. Thank you guys so much. Very grateful that the one business I found who could do it, was actually the best business.

The service was awesome!!! I dropped my car off and was taken home. I got complete interior detailing including degreasing of all surfaces, stain removal from upholsstery, leather conditioning, steam and disinfecting to all applicable surfaces, vent and headliner cleaning. They actually dropped my car back off at home, i was totally shocked how well of a job they pulled off, it was showroom floor job at a very I MEAN VERY REASONABLE price. Went to them a little while ago now and forgot to make a review but I loved the work they did so much my car was really really bad stains in the carpet and everything and when I came back to pick it up it looked like a brand nee car definitely recommend !!!

They messed paint up took to another detail shop and they said very amateur work had to pay to have it repaired and done properly

The brothers here are awesome from my experience. I never met anyone like them before at a place of business to be soo nice and respectful. They cleaned the inside of my car the best they could but wasnt happy with their own service so they charged me less and told me that they would do it again at no charge. Im sure 9 times out of 10 another business providing the same service would not do this. My car was terrible and they did a great job in my eyes but they werent completely satisfied with the results. That shows you how much pride they take in their work and that its not all about the money. I also had no idea they were going to clean the trunk as well. I had a lot of stuff in the back and they said we will take care of it and put it back neatly, and they did lol after insisting. So overall Im really happy with their service and would highly recommend that you go pay them a visit. 👍☺ Btw you may hear a rooster in the background when you arrive. 😂
