An outdoor wedding reception that I always wanted to attend and their outdoor venue was perfect.

This was the best fireworks display I have seen in years people were super friendly went out of their way to make sure youre having a good time. Everybody received an American flag free soda dollar hot dogs

Awesome Place great layout

Was at the BOVA car show on 8/29/2020 and the vfw tent was not secured down. It flew into my car and our friends car causing damage and needing repair. The post commander said no problem get an estimate and contact me we will pay for it. We have at least 10 witnesses now stating he agreed it was their fault and they will pay the bill.After obtaining an estimate we called and the post commander said they would not pay anything. Things happen thats it. He denied stating he would take care of the problem onThe day of the incident and he was very rude along with some consult he put on the phone.I am stuck with The bill. My insurance now has to get involved and i am out over and above what they will not pay including the deductible not to mention using my insurance means it could go up. It should have been their insurance to pay. VFW had a good reputation. Whats up with this.The tent incident was total negligence on their part shame on them for not taking care of business as promised.BOVA car show for next year is off my list and many who know what the out come of the vfw tent was.As i was told “just saying stuff happens”.
