After waiting on hold for 7 minutes spoke with Angel I dont know where you got her but she absolutely knows nothing about Towing after wanted to know more about me my truck my house my car my email she couldnt answer any of my questions I finally got frustrated and hung going to AutoZone or anywhere but U-Haul

Negative five stars. Reserved a uHaul, for Saturday one week ahead. Called Friday (day before) to ensure reservation was there for Saturday. Came Saturday..... “IM SORRY WE DONT HAVE THE TRUCK” ........ we were sent to Chicopee.. (moving into a town no where near Chicopee) ....... CHICOPEE UHAUL gave us an EMPTY TANK which we filled, were supposed to be reimbursed ...... NO WE WERENT- they charged us double. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Managers (both!) are an absolute joke. Will be making a formal complaint to BBB. Hope they tear that place apart to see why it’s run the way it is.

Rodents will destroy your belongings! We drove an hour to get their so-called climate controlled storage. We should have driven away immediately when we saw the temperature reading in the 80s downstairs and it was hotter upstairs but we had already moved a truck full of sculpting materials and artwork. This was in August of 2016. Upon returning to remove these from storage last week, it was discovered that mice droppings were everywhere, having ruined many of the materials and a mold was destroyed by rodents having knawed out pieces. This represented thousands of dollars lost. Their insurance company claims we should have had insurance when the cause was the companys sheer negligence. How could they possibly be charging people for storage when the place is overrun with rodents and not bear any financial culpability? Outrageous!!! Additionally they raised their rates while the materials were in storage. Run away from this place or your belongings will be ruined!!!

Told me it would take 30-45 mins to install a trailer hitch on my vehicle (no wiring), and I am sitting in the show room 1 hour and 45 minutes later with no word from the associate. The TV in the showroom that displays the various security cameras around the facilities showed the service bay and I saw the guy who should be working on my car, texting on his phone! Had to listen to the manager take personal phone calls the whole time I was waiting.Overall poor experience.

One of the absolute worst uhaul experiences weve had in over 15 moves. Didnt have reserved equipment ready, had to drive over an hour away, no help with hook up, dirty equipment. Staff not friendly or helpful.

Worst u-haul location around, awful management. Save yourself the headache, make the drive and go to a different location. Ive always had a great experience at the West Springfield location.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would!! Horrible place, got my Ubox emptied 48 hrs before next billing date and they STILL CHARGED MY CARD. Incompetent,rude. I will never use Uhaul again and I suggest everyone stay away from using this company. Their automated service is beyond a joke. You just get passed to one person after another. Forget about getting ANY customer service. I had them even hang up on me. My only recourse is to DRIVE to the location and ASK for a refund from a employee who yelled at me. Fat chance. I am now reporting this company to the BBB and to the Consumer Affairs.This is just the tip of the iceberg of the horrible experience Ive had with UHaul since July.

Worst U-Haul location I’ve ever been to. Check your invoice and walk the truck with them before you leave . The manager Gabe not only tried to rip me off but when I questioned it all he did was argue . All these guys do is sit behind the counter and take orders. Never going there again .

Extremely careless and unprofessional. They will loose/steal your belongings.I contacted Uhaul in Westfield MA in June 2016 as I was moving from Mass to Minnesota. I needed a Ubox to store my belongings for a few months and some help packing and placing them in the Ubox.1. After paying for Moving Help through the website, no one came and they still made me pay for it, like I had canceled the order.2. On the day the Ubox was supposed to be delivered to my house, less than a mile from that store, I received a call from an employee, confirming that they would be there within 30 minutes. I never heard back from them nor did I ever see them. Wasted a day waiting.3. The next morning I showed up at the store with inquiries. To this day no one can explain what happened. So I had to pay for a new Ubox rental and get a truck from them to pack, alone, in a hurry.4. After leaving the Ubox with them, I moved to MN and asked them a few months later to transfer my Ubox. The store could not find any trace of my belongings in their system. Same answer from the Ubox service employee I was transferred to. I called back in 24h, same set of answers. We cant see it in our system.5. For 3 weeks I waited for a Manager to call me back with answers. I even emailed Corporate Uhaul Offices. A month later I have not heard from them.6. After 1 month, as I kept calling, I found Greg, regional manager, who did his best, with the paperwork I provided, to locate my Box. We arranged for proper transfer to MN. I received an email from Uhaul stating my Box would arrive April 29. No call on the 29. No call may 1. So I call them on May 2. Sorry weve been so busy we didnt call you. We have your box and you can call the manager in 30 min to make sure its ready to be picked up. I call after 30 min, and you guessed it, no manager was available.7. I called again at 3pm, an employee tells me the box will be ready to be picked up in 24h. She takes my credit card info for equipment rental.... and 2h later I get a call from Andy, the manager in Rochester MN, telling me that he doesnt understand how I could be scheduled to pick up a box in 24h since they have not received it.Horrible experience. Stay away from them.

Equipment was horribly maintained service engine light was on, the vehicle sounded like it was going to blow up, The service was horrible and the facility was discusting and so run down I didnt even want to leave my vehicle thier. Very poorley managed facility.

Lost my order twice, despite somehow keeping my credit card info. Didnt have my reserved van upon arrival, but they did call me 2 days after I needed it telling me it was available, so theres that.
