This place is a JOKE! Paid 68$ and they threw my order away! I went and asked about it and I let the order sit to long. I received and email 16 days after order so if what the owner said it should still be good. After “saying” he gave me a refund with NO proof he told me to leave because he was locking up. THEY “close” at 3… Followed me out of the store and told me to go F myself! PROFESSIONAL!!! ZERO STARS and BBB COMPLAINT IS NEXT!

No offense but I dont like the jerky. At least not there version of original. The idea of thin jerky was intriguing. The price, not so much. The reason I did not like the one I tried was the flavor. Every bite tasted. . Well. . Awkward, down to the last bite. And I did, I ate every last bite hoping it would get better somehow. The idea of thin jerky is a very cool idea though. Maybe Id have a better experience with some flavored jerky, but I prefer original so Ill leave it to the folks that like it. Best wishes with your business though.

I stopped in on my way out of town this morning and was a little bit early. Alex and Ethan were fantastic and let me pop in and buy a bunch of things to help me get on the toad faster. I cannot thank them enough. I will certainly be back and this is the best jerky I’ve ever had and I share it with literally everyone.

Best jerky Ive found on the east coast. I live down in Virginia but I have family in Westfield. I never leave town after visiting them without picking several bags of Whip City Jerky. You guys should do some marketing down south!

I wanted to try this beef jerkey for awhile so here his my honest review.I tried to stop into their home office however, they are only open till six. I stopped by at 5:30 and the sign on the door says they are only open two days a week. Someone needs to update the sign. I stopped by a local grocery store to pick up a couple bags.This is not a standard beef jerkey. Whip city jerkey is thinner, has a higher fat content and is pretty high in sugar (they do offer a sugar free variety). The combination of the thin cut and the sugar makes the jerkey crisp like a chip and the high fat content makes it savory and chewy.At $9.00 for 2.8 oz, the product is no bargin and for those looking for a traditional beef jerkey will be disappointed because this is something different.Flavor:. 9/10 (fat plus sugar makes a great flavor)Texture 8/10 (this is super thin and the high sugar makes it crispy)Value for money: 5/10. Its expensiveRating to other beef jerkey: 5/10. This isnt quite what I would define as beef jerkey.I would suggest people stop by and try the products because I do feel its unique to the industry and while not very healthy, it taste darn good.

Hands down BEST jerky. They even have dog treats, and my dogs love them. Except now they chase me down when Im eating MY jerky. Cant blame them. Its delicious!

Love this jerky! My favorite. I really enjoy how thin and crispy it is. Jerky is usually chewy, which is ok, but this is a great twist to jerky! U can even see the spices and flavor right on it! I love it.

I really enjoy this type of jerky. It is very crispy and flavorful. It might not be for everyone when they have expections of jerky like Jack Links.

I have never had dry crumbly jerky. This stuff has the consistency of a saltine cracker.

I am a long time buyer from Billy Cs or Whip City Jerky. But I have a bag right now from a local store mislabeled BBQ. It is HOT HOT HOT. I mean I have had the BBQ flavor as my favorite for many years. and this is unpleasant.

This was, hands down, the best jerky. The bag lasted all of 15 minutes, it was so good. Ill be buying more for sure!

This is hands down the most disgusting piece of meat Ive ever tasted. Ive tried both cuts and this is not jerky. There are enough spices on it to mask how bad it really is.

Have been purchasing BBQ jerky on a drive by basis for a few years now. Best I have ever had. Todays, Friday June 21, purchase of 3 bags of $10.00 BBQ was surprisingly disappointing. The normal strength of the BBQ flavor faded too fast as if it had not been marinated long enough. The first time it was not absolutely great! Hopefully the recipe hasnt changed. If this is going to be how it tastes, well cya.
