Have been a member of multiple gyms throughout my life with little to no results. Forget everything you know about gyms because there’s Steve. This trainer is on a whole new level. He knows how to transform a body and prepare you for whatever your goals may be. Whether you’re trying to lose weight or get that 6-pack, he will make sure you’re beat on the floor after every session and you’ll thank him for it. I went from 220 to 170’s and am working on a body I’ve never seen myself in. Thank you Steve!!

I have just started using Full Plate about 5 weeks ago. Steve has already taught me a ton during our sessions. I am a very tall / lanky guy and my training was custom tailored to me. I couldnt feel me comfortable and I will continue to use full plate for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Full Plate for a little over a year now and have seen great results. I had no real weightlifting experience before joining, but Steve and his top notch staff take the time to show you the right way to do all the exercises. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great workout experience!

This place is great!! Steve really knows what he’s talking about. He personally developed a program for me that has been working for the past two months. I’ve gained 6 lbs of muscle since I started working with Full Plate Fitness. I recommend them to anyone who wants to get in shape, or to get back into shape!

Awesome place to workout and prepare yourself for your athletic endeavors. Steve is very good at teaching you how to train and prepare yourself for lifting, a little bit at a time. Great community there that continues building you up and makes you stronger physically and mentally.

Been going to a different gym for several years before and havent gotten even close to what Ive expirienced at Full Plate strength and conditioning!Steve set a personal program that suits my goals and strength potential so perfectly that I feel more energized after the workout than before it and Im sooo satisfied with the results !!Came in 7 weeks before my wedding day with a goal to fit into my wedding dress and we reached the goal !! So so happy to be a member of this gym ! By the way, the Saturday morning sessions are the best and the most fun ☺️The best gym experience with professional trainer that knows what hes doing and is fun too!

Before I met Steve, I believed gym and workout is all about to loose weight. Steve, with his professional and knowledgable approach, changed my wrong view about fitness. In his training sessions he incorporates posture, balance, flexibility, stretching, strength and endurance. In addition, he is highly knowledgable in nutrition promoting healthy eating habits. His training sessions are never boring! He’s always interested in his clients progress, he’s positive and encouraging. He ensures I use proper techniques and alignment to avoid injuries. It’s been almost a year I’ve trained by Steve and absolutely enjoying each workout session! I love how my body has changed and health overall improved. I highly recommend Steve to anyone who wants to be stronger, slimmer and healthier!

I have been going to Steve’s gym for almost a year now and have seen great results. I use to perceive weight lifting very differently until I started going to Full Plate.  Weight lifting used to intimidate me and I used to think it was something I would never do because it would make me look “bulky” and “too muscular” for a woman. But I have learned so much and realized how wrong I was.  I will say that Steve is really good at what he does and pays attention to your progress and technique, guiding and teaching you along the way.  He incorporates warm ups, weight lifting, cardio, stretching, proper technique, healthy eating, and much more into his sessions. He tailors the exercises to each individual and helps you realizes your potential.  I have learned a great deal and have seen great results. He also leads boot camp classes on Saturday mornings that are guaranteed to make you sweat! Every time I go to boot camp or any workout session, I know that I can expect a workout that will “kick my butt”. AWESOME gym and very friendly atmosphere.

Full Plate Fitness is the best gym in Western Massachusetts. Steven totally knows what hes doing! He takes his time with each person and cares for his clients tremendously. It has influenced me to do the exercises correctly, to eat better, sometimes take a break when I need it, avoid injuries, and then with that, the solved ones come. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to improve their life with exercise from the novice to students who play sports. I dont write many magazines, but I think it is important to share my opinion of my gym. Thanks Steven! God bless you!
