New Jersey Gutters replaced our existing gutters with new, 6-inch seamless gutters. The installation was done at the requested time to coordinate with other contractors. The work was done professionally and looks great. During heavy rains we used to have water running down the side of our house and mulch from our beds pushed into the grass due to runoff. With Idas recent rains, we had zero issues. Well continue to use New Jersey Gutters for cleaning and maintenance.

I hired NJG in May to clean my gutters. Cory was the representative I was working with. Apparently they did not actually clean my gutters throughly or at all, especially the ones for the upper roof. I did not check that they had actually cleaned my gutters, because who does that? You pay for a service and expect it to be performed. Fast forward to when we had a big rain in July my gutters overflowed damaging my roof and the bathroom below. The next day I climbed up there and checked the gutters and it was compleately clogged with leafs. I do not have any trees on my property nor were leaves failing from the trees at this time of year. The debris I cleared out from the gutter/downspout was clearly old and had been there for quite some time. I contacted NJ gutter immediately told them the situation. Khiry Brazil said she wanted to make it right. And that a crew would be come back to clean my gutters again. This has not happened. At this point at the very least the should refund me my money for the job they did not perform and at best their insurance should pay for the damages to my house. I have attached pictures of my gutters overflowing, leaves clogging the gutters when I climbed up there, and the damage it has caused my house.After starting a complaint with BBB this business stared to make up problems that never existed and blamed the leak on that. Clearly my gutters were not cleaned properly.NJ GUTTERS/ a company that clearly dose not stand behind its service.

We were scheduled for gutter installation at the onset of COVID-19. Unfortunately, due to government shut downs, our insulation was put on hold. We were insured that as soon as New Jersey Gutters was permitted to begin working again we would receive a call. That is exactly what happened. As state mandates began to be lifted, we received a call from New Jersey Gutters and asked if we were still interested in the installation. We scheduled a date and they came to the house and completed the installation. Everything worked seamlessly! Great crew of employees! We trust next to nobody in or around our house but felt completely comfortable with all of the employees New Jersey Gutters sent to our house. We will continue to use them for maintenance and repairs if necessary and absolutely recommend them to anyone needing anything from a simple repair to a completely new gutter system.

This will be the third project they have done for us in the last 3 years (barn, garage, house)We could not be happier with our new gutter installations. Their attention to detail was amazing. The owner “ Jimmy” really went out of his way to make sure the installation went flawlessly with many suggestions that improved the jobs . They showed up on time every day, cleaned daily and were all very polite. Not only did they install 6” round gutters, I had them install covers which totally matched my gutters.I HAVE and will continue to recommend them in the future.

NJ Gutter responded quickly with a quote. Once agreement signed. I heard nothing. Had to call to see when they scheduled me. Response a month later. The day came and went with no show or call. Have since emailed twice and again no response.Must be my job is too small to be worth showing up or respectfully decline the job.

I had my gutters installed by this company in early March, I used them because they were local and I am new to the area. What a mistake. They are an extremely unprofessional company - one thing after another with these guys. At the time the power was out from the big March snow storm and I was away on business leaving my wife home by herself (who had stepped out at this time) and my gracious elderly neighbor let us run an extension cord over to her house to power our fridge since she had a standby generator. The install crew actually unplugged the cord to power their saw, when they had their own generator to use. They have no idea what that cord was powering or where it was coming from. My wife comes home to pick something up from the house and as shes leaving she gets whistled at by one of the installers - really?As can be seen in the attached picture, they actually twisted wiring for my dish and home cameras around a downspout and left the mess of wires exposed (when they were previously easily tucked away). They left zip screws in my driveway and around my house from the installation process that I didnt notice until the snow melted.Not to mention just trying to get on the schedule with these people, I sent in my initial deposit on 2/12/18, they FINALLY came for the install 3/6/18. If all the above didnt scream unprofessional enough, the owner James could not be bothered about these issues and I felt as though I was just bothering him. He even called my wife combative in an email to me because she initially called trying to get on the schedule. If you didnt want our business you could have told us James. Our small $2500 job could have been a lot of referrals down the road to your outfit - especially from someone that is also in the customer service business and services thousands of homes in central NJ. Not for nothing, but when one of my customers calls me with a concern or an issue that THEY feel is a big deal and you feel it isnt, you still do what it takes to satisfy the customer. I gave James at NJ Gutter every opportunity to make things right with this situation and he couldnt be bothered and pawned it off to his office staff.You are welcome to call me any time if you care to discuss my concerns.

Beautiful, the end result far exceeded my expectations, and I am not easy to please.

Dealing with contractors is not one of my favorite things to do, but I felt compelled to write a review about my recent experience with NJ Gutter. Jimmy came out and handled everything like a true professional (dont see that these days too often). He inspected my home and made some awesome recommendations. I told him I was having the roof and siding done so he supplied color samples so I can have the trim color match the gutter color which came out great. Then he suggested we use stone coated gutter cap that looks like roof shingles and blends right into our new roof. He also corrected a water runoff problem I had on heavy downpour rains by suggesting a larger gutter & downspouts which again worked out great. The job was completed on time and as quoted with no nonsense. If it wasnt for his attention to detail and vast experience who knows what I would have wound up. After all who thought gutters could be this technically advanced? Thanks NJ Gutter Team!They did such a great job....I came back fr more. It is rare that I write a review, but I just had NJ Gutter install new gutters and leaders at my house and was totally satisfied with their work. From the estimate to the installation, NJ Gutter was professional and competitive, and I got estimates from a few other companies. I had 6 1/2 round gutters installed and they look absolutely beautiful. It is so hard to find a good contractor so I am so happy I used NJ Gutter on my house.

They have been unable to show up to clean our gutters after we have called and confirmed the appointment repeatedly. This reflects on their terrible professionalism as they cannot keep their word. In no way can I reccomend a company who consistently says yes to scheduled cleanings but never shows. We are fed up with their lying and will now be searching elsewhere. Does anyone know an actual good gutter cleaner?

I am a contractor and have been using NJ Gutter for my installations for years. Good workmanship and technique are extremely important to me and in my opinion you cannot do it better than they do. They are also great with scheduling and being flexible through delays or changes.

Called to get a gutter cleaning. Took a little bit for them to come out but they were upfront about it. I am glad I waited, they cleaned up all the leaves and got rid of them. Gutters havent been giving me trouble since.

Regardless of the response from the owner; which most of them attempt to justify the reason for the one star review. They make appointments and dont call, or show. Just be aware that if you need to depend on them, you may get screwed. Go with a larger more reputable company, and dont be surprised when it happens to you.

I called NJ Gutters on a friends recommendation as they did a great job for them. Mine was only a small repair but they didnt treat it as such and made me feel welcome regardless. Other gutter guys either never called me back or set appointments to look at the repair and never showed up. NJ Gutter actually squeezed me in to the get the repair done the same day. Mine may be an unusual case but their crew was already in Flemington for another job and had another cancellation in the same area which is why I was lucky and could get the job done the same day. They gave me a very fair price, completed the work in less than 20 minutes, repaired the hanging gutter and were very communicative throughout the day. HORRIBLE. Called for gutter cleaning and had an appt scheduled for Tuesday between 11-12. No one ever showed, called at 4 and was told complications at the previous job. Rescheduled for Thursday between 10-11. No one showed, called at 11:05 and was told they would get back to me on where the crew was. No one ever called me back, had to call them at 12:05 and was given the same excuse about a previous job. The main problem wasnt that we had to reschedule but the fact that i had to call them twice to found out they werent coming hours after they were supposed to be at my house. A little consideration would of been nice. I would of given 0 Stars if i could. Would not recommend. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

As always another great cleaning job. They said 2 to 3 weeks to be here and they were right on schedule. Update: there was an area on one of the gutters that began to leak after the cleaning. They came back twice to make sure that the problem was corrected. I have had leaders and gutters as well as guards placed on my home and office by these guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

So I had my house done over five years ago, and I have not had to get on a ladder since I have had zero ice damming and my house looks great. So why do this - save your time and risk to falling, Why now- Get it done in the summer before the fall - dah and Why with these guys. Low price, very clean, on time and they check in every so often to see how things are going - not to sell me anything verify that things are working. After renovating our eves and soffits with Azek, NJ Gutter did a great job installing new gutters and downspout. The work they did has held up very well over time.

I had a terrible experience with this company and I do not think it is even a real company as I heard it was a part time company and only wanting to do the easy installations. Their ability to quote and respond to difficult situations was lacking and I wonder if they even know how to fix gutter problems. They had to go on vacation before they could quote my work and I find that unprofessional and useless.

Complete rip off! Came and fixed my problem. The next time it rained-same problem. When I called to tell them, they came out and said I needed 80 feet of flashing at $3,00 per foot. First job cost me $457.00 and did nothing to alleviate the problem. When I asked why wasnt the problem fixed to begin with, was told I dont know! Even the worker who came out the second time kept apologizing for the unnecessary costs. So a $240.00 fix wound up costing me over $700.00 with tax! NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY!! BEWARE!!

I was nervous about using any gutter company because you hear horror stories about how they alway find something else wrong to nickel and dime you. Not this company. They are very professional; from customer service to the crew cleaning the gutters. They give you a reminder call and show up on time. Best part is you dont have to be home. Upon completion the gutters were spotless and the debris around my home was cleaned up. The best part is they are affordable! I will continue to use them!
