Loved my experience here!! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff - they made me feel welcome and comfortable and definitely go the extra mile to make sure I get the product Im looking for. I wanted a specific laptop with an Intel processor and thats exactly what I got. I am very happy with the service provided and I love my new computer desk and laptop. Will definitely be back in the future!

I have been renting from Store 4317 for several years. Jose R. has gone above & beyond for me & my family whenever Ive needed anything or when Ive run into financial problems. Jose R. worked with me to get me back on track. Hes extremely hard working and very professional. Jose R. always been a pleasure to talk too, and very polite. I had recent issue with my account and Jose fixed it immediately for me, he deserves a promotion. He was absolutely amazing. Not bad on the eyes either(personal opinion).

Weve scheduled a furniture pick up twice (yesterdays pick up was scheduled between 4 and 6) and they never showed up to either of them. Weve asked for Matt, the manager, but he seems to always be on the phone, and never able to return the calls.

My Mom bought a bedroom set from here. She doesnt have transportation she is also old school and likes to pay cash for everything. They came and picked up her cash payments. Great customer service.

They showed up in my apartments parking lot to deliver a washing machine to my neighbor. While they were at it they saw fit to dispose of an old mattress they had in their truck, behind our dumpster. I called rent-a-center and they deny even delivering the washing machine! Now the landlord has to pay for extra trash pickup to accomodate for what rent-a-center has so graciously donated.

Really bad business to work with. I was a couple weeks late with my payment, so I offered to give the item back until I can make the payment. The guy, Kieth, starts swearing at me, acting like a hard ass, yelling at me over the phone because I said hes gotta wait until either after 7pm tonight (Saturday) or Monday morning. I would highly not recommended doing business with these people.
