In 2019 I purchased a Isuzu box truck from Fenton. In 2020 I purchased another vehicle from them, a Dodge work van. Both of these vehicles were purchased for business use. Both have been all over the east coast with zero issues. Today I bought another vehicle,. I stopped in 3 weeks ago and asked if they could find me a certain model Nissan. I had the best buying experience from both John and Mike when I bought one of my trucks from them. They were fairly priced, vary knowledgeable and extremely transparent on the cars history. And when it came time for a test drive they were ok with me bringing it to my mechanic in the next town over and letting him go threw it. Their were some issues after the purchase with the vehicle that were minor but had to be addressed. No fault of theirs may I add. John not only honored the warranty but honored his word and helped me adress the issues and covered the cost of any repairs needed. And even covered the parts that were faulty in the electrical components of the vehicle. Buying a used vehicle is scary. But just know buying from these guys if your vehicle is not up to par after the purchase or their are any issues with it after it leaves the lot, that John and his crew will answer their phones when you call and will be on top of getting the vehicle fixed and you back on the road. I cannot recommend these guys enough and am extremely happy with the customer service and the buying experience I had. Would definitely recommend them and would trust anything they tell you about a vehicle. Will definitely be giving them business in the future. Thankyou John and Mike for everything you have done.
