First time we worked with Liptaks on our kitchen, they were fantastic. We have called them 4 times in 7 days to repair and replace our bathroom ceiling. We were told on every call that we would hear from them within 24 hours. It is now 10 days later and zero response from them. Time to move on.

Excellent service from this company. They have cost effective, comprehensive solutions for your home issues. They are very responsive to emails, texts and really gives you comfort that they helping your family and your home get to a healthy state. They also went above and beyond for me, and I really appreciated it. When youre in a situation where you have to rely on a vendor to fix issues in the home, you need one you can trust.

Liptak Restoration was a great choice for our problem. The crew did a great job in identifying where the mold was. Then removing, cleaning and sterilizing the area. After each visit they did a great job in cleaning up after themselves. Thanks Liptak Restoration.

Had to reschedule 3 times for a simple mold inspection which they said would only last 20-30 minutes if that. Each time they never showed up. They didnt call to say they werent coming. Each time I had to call to ask where they were. Would not recommend.

I cannot say enough about the service I received from Liptak . Each and everyone of their employees was professional and respectful. Seth answered my million questions and Keith put my basement back together after our sewer line backed up into our finished basement. We’ve never had to make an insurance claim before and these guys truly made everything easy. They went above and beyond ...even taking extra care with my pets❤️ I’d have nobody else after experiencing the Liptak level of service. Highly recommended

A faulty toilet installation on my first floor led to water damage and mold in my basement bathroom. I found Liptak as I searched for what it would take to fix this, and they left my basement bathroom better than it was even before the leak.They removed the drywall and insulation that had water damage, removed the water, sprayed for mold, did air cleanup, and put my bathroom back together. I hope I wont need to deal with water damage in the future; but if I do, I know who to call.

We had a water pipe to our furnace burst in the basement while we were at work. Water flooded our basement and caused a great deal of damage to both the utility room and the playroom. We called Liptak Restoration that evening to see if they could help us out. They were very professional over the phone and responded immediately with a cleanup crew. the service was fantastic and we could tell immediately that we called the right company for the job. We had a flood in our beloved home. We were in need of a caring company to remediate our home. This company was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my entire 70 years of life. They were totally incompetent and uncommunicative and destructive to all of our belongings and needs. Our house was severely damaged in a flood and they were the worst possible company to come and take care of our needs. I would not recommend them at all. Go to Baystate. They are careful and caring.

Liptak came down to Long Island when Super Storm Sandy hit October 2012. Charged me TWICE the going rate for demo & sanitation service. Just sign the contract with no pricing is something I have never done since this nightmare! Not a human being!! I have talked to others in my community since their unfortunate meeting with Corey Liptak and they also have horror stories of being taken advantage of when help was desperately needed. So sad.

I called many restoration companies over a period of time for water damage that was done in the basement of my house. Liptak was the first company to call me back in a timely manner and was very helpful over the phone. They are easy to work with. They were very honest and upfront about what it would take to fix the problem and they worked with me to get the job done correctly and promptly. By the way, their prices are AMAZING! very reasonable. My friend and I had water damage from a leaking bathtub that was then progressed into the basement creating mold. Liptak was very considerate about our health and used a meter to test the problem. They advised us on the steps it would take to fix it and they were very clear. We agreed to let them do the job. It was completed on time and as agreed. WE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had extensive water damage at my house and called Liptak for help. They came right out and set up all the equipment and had everything cleaned up and dry faster than I thought possible. They not only prevented further damage to my house but they were so professional and polite. I can not say enough good things about them. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

They were called for flooding related to burst pipes. We were waiting for an insurance claim. 3 times their crew showed up and did absolutely nothing but make excuses of why they couldnt start work. We were initially told there was no deposit required, and that if the insurance claim didnt cover the work they had payment plans - then this became needing a credit card to place on file before even starting work. Pods and dumpsters they were to drop off the day after calling never showed up, and of course they had excuses for that. No written estimate was ever provided even though it was asked for 3 times. By the time I fired them to find another company my possessions had already been sitting in water for 5 days and more was wrecked than should have been. Horribly unprofessional and unethical. The crew even made inappropriate jokes about the damages and loss in my home.I especially love how in the companies reply they claim I said I had no money and couldnt pay and claim that we never talked about financing until after they showed up, and I refused to sign a contract - they were told over the phone that it was an insurance claim and the details of the claim and stated they had financing plans then - a financing plan is not me having my own credit card or providing them with a blank check. I also love how the owner points out negative reviews I have left - maybe if business worked as hard as he claimed and were honest and up front I wouldnt be leaving negative reviews for them. I stand behind my review emphatically and will now add this a crooked and deceptive company who will resort to trying to mud sling against negative reviewers in hopes of getting them to pull their reviews or back down. Be weary if you call this company they will screw you in a heart beat!5 days of runaround while water soaked in to the property in the basement! 5 Days! The plumbing and heating company got right to work but these jokers didnt and now twist facts to try to justify their poor conduct.

Absolutely impeccable customer service. I am in the process of purchasing a home through the VA and there was a possibility of mold in the basement. The original inspection was done by Mr. Home and they told me that the estimated cost to remove it was around $3,000. I called Liptak for a second opinion and they reassured me that in their opinion it was not to the extent that Mr. Home originally said. I want to mention too that Mr. Home never did an actual inspection, a little shady. Liptak came and performed an actual mold test and they received the results in a timely manner. Now I am moving forward with my closing. Thank you Cory and Ben !!!

Had an amazing experience with Liptak. They were very sweet and worked very hard.

They were contracted by my insurance company to deal with water damage and mold in my home after my water heater gave out. They arrived within two hours of my calling the insurance company and began work right away. It took a while due to more pressing issues at other homes (totally understandable) and everyone with whom I dealt with on this project was nothing but professional. Hopefully I wont have to, but if the need ever arose I would call them again without hesitation.

So my basement flooded and as a newer home owner i had no idea what to do. i called LIPTAK Restoration and im very happy i did. I was able to talk to the owner Cory where he took great care of me. he told me that Ben would be contacting me and coming to the house. a half hour later i recieved the phone call from Ben saying he is 22 Minutes away. once he arrived he calmed me down and told me everything will be alright and my wife and i are in great hands. when he said that there were no worries left. Ben then asked me when would we like our damaged finished basement to be torn out and dried due to the water. i looked at my wife and she said when are you guys able to do this project... Ben looked us in the eyes and said i can have a crew here in 25 minutes. we agreed to take that challenge up and before we knew it bens crew showed up and offered helping hands in clearing out everything in our basement. they went out of their way to bring everything we had upstairs and neatly stored everything in our spare bedroom. to me its the little things i appreciate and from right there i knew we nailed it in having the right company fixing our home.once everything was torn out Liptak restoration came to my house every day to check the moisture levels in my basement and completely dried out the damage.Shane contacted me to ask to come over and check out my basement to see what it is going to take to repair everything. he also reassured me we were going to be alright. He is the guy that makes sure the budget is there but more importantly the job is done correct. and they even went the distance to repainting everything!Needless to say im super happy with the outcome and the customer satisfaction 10/10. anyone i know that has damages such as mine, im going to tell them all about my experience. thank you Cory Liptak and company for taking the stress of this experience off my shoulders and making my home complete again.Steve HAgawam

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! They were supposed to be at my elderly parents home at 11:30am. After numerous calls, they showed up at 2pm and were rude and nasty to my parents! They were told to leave and NEVER come back! I would never wish this treatment on anyone!
