The self-proclaimed cheaply built pre fabs are ruining the value of affluent residential neighborhoods in a town such as Westfield...These homes will remain on the market as even the untrained eye can sniff out cheap.Word of advice from a builder himself...STAY AWAY FROM PRE FABS!!
