Super fast, efficient, friendly service with Paddacks! We got an incredible response time from these guys. We got a call ahead with an ETA and Robert showed up ready to get the car taken care of. He is the quickest tow guy Ive ever seen in person, he was safe and gentle with the car but ran around, sweating his butt off to get us taken care of. He was super friendly too and had our best interests in mind. Definitely happy this company came to the rescue tonight!

It’s never a good day when you need a tow, but my experience with Paddack’s was everything I could ask for. Jeremy showed up a few minutes before the estimated arrival time from dispatch, towed my car about an hour back to the shop, and then made sure we got home safe as it was on his way.

Jeremy was very professional, and kind, even explained to me that everything is okay and that it’s just a car and thank god I’m okay and he even took me home because I had no way of getting home without my car. As a gear head, I have had the unfortunate pleasure of employing several different towing companies over the years, and I can say my experience with Paddack was hands down the best. They were extremely accommodating and timely, and my driver Daniel was super friendly and took great care of my car. God willing, this is the last time I need a tow for a while, but if I need one again Im definitely calling these guys.

Everyone I spoke with acted like they didnt want to be there or like they didnt care if they helped you or not.Got the feeling like they felt like they were the only game around and you HAD to use them and it didnt matter how they treated you.

We had a flat spare, on the side of 65 with 4 kids in the car, and Joe aired it up for us. Then he followed us to a gas station to make sure we got there and to make sure we were OK. He is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My power steering went out at my job. I got ahold of my insurance company and it took them a minute to find someone that would tow my car from Lebanon,IN to Cayuga,IN and they were the only ones who would do it. Out of a list of like 12 that were closer, this is the only one who would do it. Nice driver, great service, and timely.

My daughter was in an accident away from home and apparently this is who the police dept called to tow her car! Worst service EVER! Once released from the hospital they made them wait for hours and still never showed up when initially said they would be their in 10 minutes! In horrible pain they could wait no longer and headed the 4 hours home. Now this Company is saying they DO NOT HAVE THEIR BELONGINGS!!?? What the heck!!?? I WILL CONTACT THE POLICE DEPT, they trusted this Co and now they are SCREWING MY DAUGHTER!!! Good luck Paddack’s!! I’m sure your local police Dept wants to know how you are treating your clients that they are referring to you!!! And I will keep posting until you make it right, just be an honest Company, is it possible??!!

They towed my car from a ditch. They did a great job in making sure nothing else damaged while towing the car. They took time to make sure they leave no extra dents. I could drive the car home once it is out of the ditch. They showed up earlier than they promised.I highly recommend these guys. Awesome job!!

Very unprofessional Co, my daughter was out of town in a horrible accident 4 hours away from home! When she was finally released from the hospital, they made their way to your lot to sit and wait to retrieve her belongings. They were told 10 min, after an hours wait while in horrible pain they had no other decision but to travel home! Now this Company is claiming not to have/find her belongings that were in the car when towed!! How professional is that!!?? SMH. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! I will also contact the Police Dept who called them to the accident to inform them of their response on her personally belongings!!! They need to know as well!

Shameful company that loses expensive and valuable medical equipment, medicine, clothing and more. If your job is to take a totaled car from one location to another how does its valuables go missing? Is it company policy to misplace expensive items belonging to a sick woman who nearly died in an accident? Make sure your car is completely empty before they tow it unless you enjoy your items disappearing with no accountability.

Had my car hit in State Fairgrounds parking lot and it was not drivable. I couldn’t reach anyone, until Paddock’s late in the evening. They just picked up the key, towed it to the body shop I wanted. I had the wrong one and they moved it for me again. They even brought me my stuff. Great people and service.

Absolutely horrid experience. My vehicle was in an accident and this crooked company towed my vehicle. When I came to pick it up, all my valuable belongings were missing. I had a radar detector, expensive tools, jewelry, some cash, and a few other expensive items. I was given the runaround and the typical liabilty shtick. DO NOT TRUST - DO NOT USE - SCAMMER AND THIEVES!!!

OK i dont know about the experience as stated in the previous reviews but I had nothing short of a professional experience with these folks and they were very friendly and attentive! Even tip worthy! The bill was a lot less than I expected and the conversation with CT was awesome!!! I was in a very bad accident a few weeks ago and am from out of state. My friends car was towed there, and I called several times to get my things out of her car, which included my medications that I need for my type 1 diabetes. When I left the hospital after a night stay, the owner told my friend and I he would be there within an hour. After an hour and a half we had to leave to return to Michigan. Its been a month and I have yet to receive my belongings or medication.

I had my car towed to the dealer from my home. Paddacks was very professional and responsive. They told me what time they would be at my home and showed up on time. The had clean trucks and professional driver and dropped off everything and took care of business like real pros. These other low reviews on google look fake.

After towing my vehicle from an accident, valuable items “could not be located”Terrible customer service, waited for hours for someone to show up so I could get my stuff out of my vehicle and NO ONE showed up!!

Think twice before you use them. I had a terrible experience with them and it was not by choice. Here is a copy paste of the news article that will give you a good idea about them.From Fox59:CARMEL, Ind. – The City of Carmel is looking into possibly creating an ordinance to limit how much towing companies can charge when called out to clean up a car accident scene.Officials started considering the measure after a man expressed frustration when he was charged thousands of dollars following a fatal crash, where he was not at fault.Hooman Rahimi vividly remembers the night in June when he was driving along US 31, near the 146th St. overpass, and noticed a wrong-way driver coming right at him.“All of a sudden I see headlights coming,” Rahimi said.The two collided and the other driver died at the scene.For Rahimi, the emotions from the incident are still fresh. But, he said the stress the came next was from the towing company called in to clear the crash scene.“Had I known what they were going to charge me, I would’ve not allowed it to happen,” Rahimi said.According to him, he got an invoice from Paddack’s Wrecker and Towing Company charging him thousands of dollars for towing his truck and trailer.“I was like ‘are you kidding? Is this real?” Rahimi said.He tells FOX 59 the towing company eventually brought the total amount owed down to $2500. He said he felt compelled to pay that in order to get back his pick up truck and trailer, which had his beloved race car inside.“The adjusters didn’t think it should cost that much, the police didn’t think it should cost that much,” Rahimi said. “They’re allowed to do whatever they want, charges as much as they want.”The owner of the towing company, Jeff Ripley, sent FOX 59 a statement, saying in part:“Paddack’s has standard operating procedures that apply to every accident/impound that we come in contact with… Mr Rhamini’s [sic] loss in this unfortunate chain of events is completely reimbursable.”Ripley also said the service provided to Rahimi involved more than just a tow and involved large scale clean-up of the scene.But, Rahimi said there are limits to the insurance and it will not cover all the damage and expenses associated with the crash.Rahimi took his concerns to the City of Carmel, which then started looking into the practices of towing companies in the area.“Carmel is looking into the possibility of creating an ordinance that would regulate the rate allowed for towing for companies that work with Carmel Police Department when they request a tow,” said Nancy Heck, director of community relations for Carmel via email. “This is usually, but not exclusively, for towing as the result of an accident where it is important to clear the roadway as soon as possible.”Other cities already have such ordinances in place.Rahimi said he’s glad the city is taking action to regulate the towing companies’ prices.Ripley maintains his company did nothing wrong.

Horrible,...Outrageous Cost,... Car was in an accident less than two miles from Paddacks yard.Police said it had to be towed and of course guess what, Paddacks is the service and they would not tow to your home. They put it on a flatbed and cleaned up a few pieces (literally a few) %%$# bam 40 bucks for cleanup,...not mention a total bill of $425 dollars. Oh and make sure the accident is not on a weekend, because they are not open on weekends and charge you for storage,..thats not for 24 hours!,..its for any day with the word DAY in it!!!! So accidents on Friday picked up on Monday cost you $35 a day, or 4 X $35 = $140 in storage. Paddocks put the Pad in their wallet. Nice Scam guys.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a heavy wrecker. driver was texting on his phone and blasting heavy bass the entire time he was towing my truck. almost hit someone because he was texting. then he ran a stop sign. didnt even finish his job, dropped the truck and ran before I could give him a piece of my mind.

My car was sitting in their lot and they told me someone would be there in 10 minutes to let me get my things. We waited an hour and nobody ever showed. They were incredibly rude on the phone too. I had just gotten out of the hospital after a terrible accident and they wanted to play games.
