Every time I go here they are super nice. And very patient. I don’t feel like they just have their hands in my pocket. They are the first place me and my husband always go to.

I have a couple of garages I may tend to use, but Greggs is my favorite. The guys there are friendly, efficient, polite and talk to you and explain everything as though you know automobiles and engines. That means a lot to me, mostly because I am a woman. I know some stuff, but I like to be talked to like I understand everything they tell me. And they are very fair about their prices.

I go to Gregs to get my motorcycle inspected and theyve always been quick and nice. When I bought my new bike three was a problem and one of the guys tried to help me diagnose what was wrong with it without charging me which showed me that they cared more about my bike than they wanted to wrench money from my pockets. As long as Im I the area Ill gladly go to these guys to get things done with my motorcycle in the future!

Stopped in for an oil change. Since I brought my own oil, they only charged me $20. Took about 1 hour for them to finish. Afterwards, they informed me if a few things my vehicle would need fixed to pass inspection, and then I was on my way. They seem like a good shop and Ill return to then if I need my vehicle serviced.

These guys are great. Saved our butts on a trip north when our brakes were going. We got off the Mass Pike and drove right into their parking lot. Even though they were booked up for the day they somehow managed to squeeze us into their busy schedule. They replaced our rear brake lines and wheel cylinders and we were back on the road good to go by 5 pm. Thanks so much Mark and Scott for your great work. You guys rock!

I have taken several of my cars here for service, and I will not go anywhere else. They are honest and do great work. They dont try to sell you something you dont need, or charge you an arm and a leg for labor. If your repair is big or small they can handle it!! Give them a shot!!

Awesome guys, they do cars, bikes and inspections for both. Very friendly and easy to chat with which is tough for me sometimes being an ex-mechanic. In and out in 10 mins for an inspection. Cheers!

Had a failed inspection due to tie rod and exhaust leak. The guys at Gregs had it all taken care of and ready the same day I brought it in. For cheaper than I expected as well. Definitely will be taking my suv there from now on.

Made an appointment 2 weeks out. Wanted numerous work on my 2011 truck. Work included change oil,flush radiator,change spark plugs,engine and transmission diagnosis, top fluids, flush transmission (which was recommended when i had my wifes vehicle there 3 weeks earlier) In other words a complete 100,000 mile check. Well after making arrangements to be there on the date they scheduled me for. Worked 12 hours the night before to top it off . When i showed up at 8am sharp on that day . They looked surprised. And they asked me . Do you have an appointment? apparently they never put my appointment in. I will put it this way it was a big waste of time . My vehicle was there 10 hrs. And when i got there at 5pm to get my vehicle, because i had to go to work that night. They were still working on it. So i was late for work . Heres the Killer .. they accomplished an oil change and a radiator flush.. wasted my whole day . And as far as motorcycle inspections ..im not to sure on that. I could have and Should have done the work myself in approximately 1 hrNever Again!!!! Thx

Not a fan of their service. Failed me on an inspection on a tiny, I mean tiny exhaust leak you could barely hear. Cost me $1200 to fix because of Ford but thats another story. Wont be getting my inspections done there anymore.

This place is AWESOME! Westfield is blessed to have these guys here. They are open late for those that work 9-5. Very professional and courteous. 2nd time doing inspection. This last time i come back to the car and find money on my seat. Thought the fella doing inspection accidentally dropped it. I come back in to tell him he dropped some cash. He says no thats yours it was under the seat. Money i didnt know was lost. Thats honesty for you! 5 plus stars!!!
