Sean & Susan are awesome. Of course there’s Jeff & Michael too. They are very honest and will advise you not to perform something that’s not needed. But if you insist they will do whatever you want. After all they are there to please their customers. They are fully equipped and priced reasonably. But remember that BMW maintenance has never been cheap. I would never hesitate to recommend Eurosport of Westfield.
Highly recommended!! Family owned establishment. You will not find a more HONEST, knowlegable, personable, and professional team of people. I own European vehicles and have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I have never been disappointed with their quick services or prices for services. They do not have a waiting room for long waits. Its recommended to schedule an appointment for service. The location is in safe a neighborhood and within walking distance to train station and buses to and from New York City. The shop is also walking distance to a restaurant/Diner. They are close on weekends and holidays.
Purchased a 2013 Z 4 out of State and discovered several glaring issues caused from abuse via racing, though nice detailed. Those extensive issues, front suspension, rear end and transmission supports were professionally diagnosed and repaired.Due my carelessness leaving the top down overnight in a rain storm, they diagnosed three shorted sensors and reprogrammed the vehicle. A lot of work …professionally diagnosed, repaired and reasonably billed. The Z4 is performing better than when purchased and will likely give me the experience I sought for for a very long time.I recommend this shop to all those in love with their rides. Good guys and professional mechanics. I couldn’t ask for better service.
Have used Eurosport for years and have always found them trustworthy and a great value relative to dealer provided service. Highly recommend the team there.
The people there are very nice and they let me wait for my Lyft driver so I wouldnt have to walk in the scorching 🥵 heat.
Eurosport of Westfield went above and beyond to make repairs to my heavily modified 2014 Volkswagen GTI Drivers Edition and even found issues that the dealership could not pinpoint the source of. The staff and technicians are beyond helpful and professional in the work that they do. Completely blown away with the work that was completed.
Having used EoW 5-years ago, I returned with a different car (BMW) which is having drivetrain problems. They were so busy, that I had to make an appointment to be seen 2-weeks in advance. No problem, but today I get a call from their front office saying they wont see my car due to the mods Ive done. Countering with the issue Im bringing the car to them for may not be related, I was told instead that, They remember you from last time and dont want to deal with you. Wow. My moneys no good there. As I recall, my last experience was fine, though I do ask questions and want to see under the car myself when told of an issue. Ive done a lot of car work and know my way around an engine. I dont simply agree to $1,000 repairs without understanding the issue. This makes me less than their easiest customer, but Ive never been turned away for any service anywhere, and found this treatment worth sharing.
Eurosport recently replaced the front control arms on our BMW 740LD for a very reasonable price. Car now drives like new. They handle all of our cars. Wouldnt go anywhere else. They are great.
Great people awesome work squeezed me in with my supra and I could not he happier will be back again for sure if you are looking for a great shop call Euro Sport ask for Mike and he will take care of the rest.
We have been using Eurosport since 2011 for our Volvo XC90 and our Audi A7. Their service is always excellent, priced well, and they have it ready when they say they will. Im not posting for a friend - we actually use their services for all kinds of maintenance and have been doing so for the past 9 years! They are the best local shop going.
I brought Mike a high mileage Volvo XC60 with the check engine light on and a pressure problem in my gas tank. Mike was courteous, efficient to diagnose my problems and quick to render a solution. Even after the maintenance service visit I was able to call Mike to troubleshoot another electrical mishap and he went out of his way to help diagnose the issue. I would highly recommend Mike and his team at Eurosport of Westfield.
Had my 200,000 mile Jetta worked on here. It was previously serviced it in a non-specialty shop who put in cheap spark plugs that eventually caused a MAP code and limp mode. Eurosport knew about this issue - and after a throttle body cleaning, new MAP sensor and new spark plugs, the car has been running great for a year now.
Eurosport has been a trusted shop for over 10 years. Always willing to help and provide honest work for fair cost. They have helped from simple jobs to complete overhauls. Valued part of the auto community.
I brought in my 05 Subaru WRX and was very well taken care of throughout the whole process. The mechanics got back to me right away and we’re able to answer any questions I had regarding my car. I plan on taking my cars here if I ever need another service.Amazing customer service👌
Was recommended by a friend to come here they do quality work but was warned they were a bit pricey. I dont have a problem with that as long as the work is quality stuff. So I purchased a high mile 06 330ci convertible for a summer weekend car but prior to purchasing it I wanted to get it inspected. I called and spoke with Mike prior to taking the car there he told inspections are $150 I said ok I will be dropping it off after hours due to my job. When I dropped off the car on the key note I wrote down the known issues I was told by the seller also inspection was the first thing on the list as a reminder per our conversation. Anyway next day passes I called he tells me he is fixing x,y,z and its gonna cost me about 1k and I was trying to refuse the work a bit and he said well the car is disassembled its about $250 worth of work right now. So I went ahead and told him might as well just fix the issues and ill keep the car.Caught me a bit buy surprise. He calls me and says the car is done but its still smoking you should just drive it on the highway burn off any excess oil you might have in the exhaust. Car was still smoking a good amount. Then it cleared up was excited. So I paid the seller for the car. Sure thing right after I paid the seller problems came back took it back to Mike explained to him what was happening, he later that day told me I needed a new motor. Piston rings or valve seals I asked well can you atleast confirm which is it by doing a compression test, he brushed it off and just said either way you still need a new motor. Now Im stuck with the car so I asked what his ball park number was to change out the motor labor alone was about 3k. This is not my first time having a motor swapped out or rebuilt on any of my cars. I didnt even bother asking what the rebuild cost would be because of how much the labor was so I left took my car to another bmw specialty shop they confirmed it was the piston rings and actually did a compression test provided me with numbers and offered me a rebuilt motor installed for a little over 4k. Just wanted to explain my encounter with eurosport its a decent shop the brief moment I was there but nothing special about it where I can say I can trust them with my more expensive cars.
I have used Eurosport since 2009, 12 times for my VW and 8 for my Audi (so far), including a repair yesterday. Each and every time, I was treated with respect, the repair was perfect and the prices are very reasonable, I trust Sean and his team completely. A few years ago, I was considering buying a used car and Sean gave me great advice. I cannot recommend this business enough. They earn my trust each and every time. Also, I find the 1 star reviews all posted within 24 hours very suspicious, just saying. Prior to those, this business had an average of 5 star ratings over many years. Dont let one dissatisfied customer with a suspicious story (who tells his friends to flood Google with negative reviews even though they did not actually get service there) discourage you from using this great local repair shop.
I used Eurosport back in October to replace a vanos solenoid in a JCW MINI. Eurosport suggested a few fixes I needed to have done in addition. I held off at the time. All went well and I was on my way. In the mean time I went and had an oil change and they too suggested I needed the part Eurosport recommended along with a serpentine belt. I called another local garage because I wanted to give them a try (since I am new to the area) and decided to go with them due to cost and wanting to try another garage. I had the work done. A few days after getting the car back I noticed it was beginning to make the same sound it was when I needed to have the vanos solenoid replaced. I called Eurosport because the part was under warranty and I wanted them to take a look at it since I had the work done there. I sent a video of the sound to Eurosport and the owner texted me without even seeing the car and said it was my timing chain and would cost me $2300. I responded by saying I dont think it was because the sound goes away after a couple of seconds and then sent a list of the recent repairs I had done at the other garage. The owner then proceeded to call me and quite rudely question me as to why I did not have him to the repairs and that if I did not have the timing chain done immediately the car would be a ticking time bomb. Keep in mind he has not even seen the car yet. I decided to cancel my appointment and I took the car to the MINI dealership and it turned out the timing chain is in great shape and the issue was completely unrelated. It cost me $600 to fix. I would have been out $2300 and my problem not fixed had I gone to Eurosport.
Eurosport has been working on my cars for several years including my 2003 Audi A4, 2007 VW Rabbit, 2013 BMW 128i, and my 2018 Tesla Model 3.I just picked up my Rabbit today and they lubed/adjust the latch for the hood which was stuck (instead of ordering expensive pats), replaced the LED blinker light under the side view mirror, and performed a NJDOT inspection. They have completed various jobs an all my cars, big ones and small ones, and regular maintenance. Their prices are always very fair and the service is always great. It is really nice that I can support a local business while dealing with friendly and pleasant experts who take pride in their work and have integrity.
Eurosport have been servicing my husbands m3 for the last few years! They are professional and always make sure we understand exactly what is being done! No surprises! Great local business
Friendly service owner. Quality seems good and good value compared to dealership
Might as well turn in your business license and return back to schooling. Misdiagnosis of an underlined preexisting issue that BMW already noted and confirmed via their diagnosis. Not only did they tear down a friend of mine M6 and attempted to repair it without the key component to fix the vehicle which was the internal vanos line but they charged him ANOTHER 14 hours of shop time to swap miscellaneous parts AFTER the first “repair” that still have nothing to do with the existing issue! How do you even run a business and be so careless and incompetent. The repair order from BMW clear as day explained the issue from the original diagnosis and they still paid no attention or probably didn’t even read the document and still refuse to reimburse the vehicle owner for failure to fix the vehicle after so many obvious incorrect attempts. JOKE OF A BUSINESS.
I have been using Eurosport for many years, doing all the regular maintenance on my multiple BMWs and Audis. I appreciate that Sean invests in the tools necessary to repair and diagnose modern vehicles. He is completely honest, and will tell you the truth about what needs to be done and how much it will cost. I have absolute trust in him. He has even told me that he wouldnt do expensive repairs to my car when they werent necessary, even though I asked for them. I also have had many sets of tires delivered here by Tire Rack and had Sean mount and balance them for me. Highly recommended.
Posting for my V10 owner fellow. Honestly I was in shock after I read his Eurosport experience story, how low people can go. Blaming the owner after he paid like 7k+ for repairs and somehow you actually managed to make it even worse. How is it even possible? Clearly you have no clue of what you are doing and must not put your hands on such a piece of art S85. Ignored official BMW repair recommendations and just swapped out the part without even trying to find the reason why it failed, when it is any competent mechanics job to do. Well done guys! I wouldnt even bring a lawn mower at your shop after that. And good luck running the business with that attitude.
To be perfectly clear; I was not asked or prompted by Eurosport to write this review. I am doing so of my own volition after seeing the absurd number of clearly linked negative reviews on here.I have been bringing my car here for a little over one year now and have had nothing but positive experiences. My car is a 2000 540i with relatively low miles, but needs a reasonable amount of attention as would any car of it’s age. Eurosport has always been fair on price and if they were unable to fully fix something the first time because the problem didn’t present itself, they have always let me bring it back in with no questions asked at no extra charge to get it right. They have never tried to upsell me or encourage me to do needless repairs. Mike and the service writers are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I have freely recommended Eurosport to friends and family with zero hesitation.
Incompetent mechanics that don’t know what they are doing. I brought my 2004 bmw E46 here for a simple diagnosis because I had a gearlight with the explanation light on (E46 stuff). They had my car for a couple hours and told me the cars throwing codes for a maf sensor (which I already had replaced prior to coming here) and told me I needed a couple more thing done to the car. I told him if they could clear the light and he said they couldn’t but if I went home and disconnected the battery for 15min that it would clear it. Which I did and nothing happened. I then ordered a $60 cheap bmw scanner off Amazon and cleared the code myself and it never came back. I wish I would have just done this in the first place vs bringing my car here and being charged $150 for a “diagnosis”.
After taking my bmw M3 here to replace rod bearings it took only 1200 miles before the replacement bearings failed. The car needed towed & yet another set of bearings. The worst part; Eurosport did not take accountability for this. They provided zero financial relief not even willing to cover for the tow truck. Upon further diagnosis, the replacement bearings failed due to incorrect installation. after multiple attempts of trying to reach out for insight, I was fed the stereotypical excuses of Covey-19 this, covey-19 that. he got covey, she got covey. What. A. Mess. The only way I was able to pay for the second install was on a credit card that I had to open with a high enough credit limit to cover the job. Without that, I would have been left with no transportation to my place of work.
I’ve been bringing my car here for over 15 years and I have always received excellent service and fair prices. Extremely trustworthy and professional!
I was given their shop as a recommendation from another shop and I couldnt have been happier with my experience. The entire team here was very welcoming and transparent with their services. I dropped off my 91 E30 for them to take a look at the suspension components to see what needed to be addressed. They were not only quick with the inspection but they texted me pictures of exactly what needed to be done with explanations. I also had them look at my fuel lines to see their condition as I noted a heavy fuel smell - they found that the seals on the pumps were weak and suggested the correct work rather than upcharging me and telling me to do work that doesnt actually need to be done! The turnaround time was great! My car was done within two days but I couldnt get it before they closed on friday - Mike met me at the shop on their day off to let me get the car for the weekend. The car drives better than before and I will definitely be coming back! Thanks again!
I stopped by without an appointment and the manager was very helpful, kind and generous. I inquired about a small repair to my mercedes and he was able to fix it for me on the spot. My license plate was bent and falling off so he flattened it out and screwed it back on. I greatly appreciated his act of kindness and grateful I didn’t have to go to the mercedes dealer who probably would have charged me an arm and leg for a 5 minute repair.
Ive had nothing but positive experiences at Eurosport. Been fairly new to the area and coming with lots of knowledge about cars I needed a shop to trust for the times Im not able to perform the jobs myself specially in the winter time. Mike and his team have been great. I could say that Im pretty surprised as how honest they are since the reality is that the auto shop world lack of honesty is always a big customer concern. I will certainly continue to bring in my BMW there.
Unprofessional, untimely, rude and incompetent. First trip to Eurosport was for an oil change for a Porsche. Got the car home and it leaked oil onto garage floor. Had to take it back to get fixed. I scheduled the next trip to Eurosport for the next oil change and because the car was displaying an engine fault code (very small evaporation leak). Owner calls me that afternoon to ask whether she can keep the car overnight because she has to order the correct oil. I pick up the car the next day and was told they diagnosed the evaporation leak and need to order a purge valve. Days later, I get a call that the purge valve has arrived and I deliver the car the following morning. I hear nothing from Eurosport until the following day, when I am told the car is finished and code is cleared – no heads up they needed another day, no request to keep car overnight. I pick up the car the next day and drive directly to a store, leave the store and notice the front valance is damaged. Return to Eurosport and the owner literally yells at me that they didn’t cause the damage. I inquire as to why they kept the car for two days without permission or even a call. No explanation given. I ask to see their video for the two days, tell her that I want to know where the car was for two days - she refuses. A week later, the same engine fault code re-appears (very small evaporation leak).
Historically I have had my Audi repaired by the dealer.... I have spoken to Sean about a couple of large issues and repairs that Audi wanted to complete and I found Sean to be incredibly knowledgeable, forthcoming, and direct. This shop knows their stuff. No more dealer repairs for me!
Christopher Murray, Harmeet Dhillon, Kevin Curry, Trystelune, Zig Zak, Selaudin Agolli, NISMOE 429, Tom Spillane, Christian A and any other unnamed friends who havent yet slandered our reputation with an unfounded review, this is for you. Christopher, you specifically, authorized us to proceed with your used, customer supplied parts based on a dealership diagnosis and parts list you fulfilled on your own. The parts you supplied to us were installed as requested and if a high pressure vanos line turned out to be the root of your problem, YOU missed that on the list. We were not asked to diagnose your problem, just replace the parts you supplied. The labor charge you insinuate is also grossly inaccurate. Let your friends know that their comments as well as yours are without merit and personal experience and have no validity in business review. My suggestion is to spend some time educating yourselves on tortious interference with a business, internet defamation and slander. I have every document you authorized whether by email or text in the weeks you left your car here. If we need to review that history, let me know. Also, I contacted the warranty company listed on your Park Avenue BMW diagnosis and it turns out you cant purchase a warranty contract in an attempt to submit a claim for reimbursement directly after. Thats considered fraud, but certainly sheds a bright light on who it turns out has behaved dishonestly.
EDIT to anyone who hasnt dealt with the buisness and wrote reviews please delete your reviews as that isnt fair to Eurosport of Westfield : The parts you supplied to us were installed as requested and if a high pressure vanos line turned out to be the root of your problem, YOU missed that on the list. So you either knowingly did not repair a broken part, or failed to diagnose a broken part even with the diagnosis from BMW. Yet you had no problem taking my money. Im not trying to argue, but when I dropped off the car I explicitly said to feel free make your own diagnosis, and get whatever additional parts you need. I only purchased the pump and adjusters since they were the most expensive if purchased new. Also when I authorized the work it said in the fine print that additional parts may need to be purchased. Additionally please dont accuse me of fraud, the contract of my warranty explicitly stated that the only requirement is that 30 days must elapse between purchasing of warranty and filing a claim. My warranty was purchased on June 15th and claim was filed on July 20th. The warranty company never even responded to Park Ave BMW which is why I cancelled my contract and got a refund. To continue, despite Eurosport of Westfield being handed a diagnoses+part list from BMW, they neglected to replace the part that caused the failure. When asked why it still isnt working, it was blamed on the used parts I brought. $4250 later on labor I was told they had no other ideas why it was not working. However a second shop and BMW verified the reason it is still in limp mode is not from the parts I brought, but because the high pressure vanos line which caused the original fault was never replaced. I had high hopes and ignored the other one star reviews, but sadly they are true. Once again to my friends I appreciate your support but dont leave reviews if you have not interacted with the business. Thank you
Knowing a friend spent +7k incl. Labor to recieve their car back on limp mode because of their low knowledge, instead of replacing parts that they were informed from bmw itself, makes me so angry!
Have been using Eurosport in Westfield for a very long time. They have always been very reliable and honest. Mike and the rest of the team have been great to deal with. Highly recommend!
Great service, great pricing, and the upmost professionalism from Eurosport. 👍
Honest place !
Bring your car here if you want it returned to you in limp mode and they have the audacity to charge me for it. 0 stars.
Great honest shop that helped me get my Audi A4 up and running again. They werent the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive but they were upfront, honest and fixed my Audi in a timely manner. I would recommend them for your Audi needs.
Avoid this repair shop at all costs. Dropped my BMW for a new headlight, oil change and brake linings replacement. The brakes and oil change were fine but when I got home my headlight still did not work. Brought the car back and was told that there was another problem with the headlight that would cost about a $1,000 to fix. Told them not to fix the problem because I didn’t want to spend another $1,000 and was told that I was still being charged for the headlight and labor costs of it. When I complained they said there was nothing they could do because the headlight was already installed and they couldn’t use as new again. So I had to pay for a headlight that never worked. The man working the desk said he understood but there was nothing hey could do. When I continued complaining he said he would speak to the boss and see he said. I still have not heard back from anyone. Avoid this repair shop at all costs.
Really good shop I have brought my 07 e92 there twice now. Really happy with the results. They do good work at a reasonable price!
Quality work knowledgeable and experienced staff
I own 2010 BMW M5 with a Dinan upgrade package. As you can imagine I wouldnt take my car to just anyone but I do trust these guys. Theyre always very nice and listen to any concerns you may have and are very fair.
This is a professional shop run by quality people. The repairs are always timely, clean and neat and the pricing is always reasonable. Ive used them for maintenance and repair work on my Audi, Mini and BMWs over the years and Ive never been dissatisfied. I highly recommend them as an alternative to high priced dealership service departments. A+
Friendly place and good service. Trustworthy place!
If youre looking for a great independent garage with people who are super knowledgeable and honest, this place is a find. I have a 2010 John Cooper Works Mini convertible and I wish I had gone here three years ago when I bought it. I took it in because some of the trim pieces on the convertible roof needed to be replaced. I had already bought the parts because I thought I could do it myself but I should have trusted these experts first. They took the car right into the bay and fixed it in about 45 minutes for a price that was completely fair. Charged my battery as well. As I sat outside, it was obvious this place is trusted by people who care about their European makes. Will definitely go back.
I drive an E46 M3, a very peculiar car with a very particular owner. It is an expensive car to own and maintain and I have used Eurosport for both an alignment and also a valve adjustment. Not only did I think the prices were fair, the work was fabulous and my car was returned to me as I left it.These people REALLY KNOW CARS and if you love your German auto this is the place to go for specific repairs.I will be taking my other M3 there as well.If you have a German car that you really care about, go here, you will not leave disappointed. And everyone who works there is super nice as well.
Not reliable and will bill for stuff they don’t tell you upfront.
Have a 2006 E60 which has had the dreaded battery drain issues for the last year and a half with no shop offering a solution. Took a bet on Eurosport based on their reviews and found myself with a knowledgeable and patient staff who worked on my vehicle tirelessly to identify the issues. Mike and team were patient and kept me appraised as there were many issues identified which were causing my battery to die overnight. After a couple of weeks I get the good news that the drain issue was finally resolved. I was contemplating getting rid of the car as this issue was causing me a massive headache but thanks to Eurosport I got my commuter car back and in top shape. I will now be bringing in my E60 for all future work as they are diligent and fairly priced in their work. Thanks again team!
Great independent repair shop. 100% trust this shop. Ive been going to Eurosport since 2008 with all of my cars. I only go to the dealer for warranty repairs and as soon as the warranty is up I look to Sean and the team to take care of my cars.
My experience with Eurosport started with my BMW X6 needing repairs, I work for a Dealership so I told them I would like to buy the parts and was told the shop prices are 175 per hour if I provide parts, if they buy the parts my shop price is 115 per hour, I felt that this was a little shaky but they have great reviews . My quote was around 600 but when I picked up the car I was told 975, I said I was quoted 5 and change and I was told No that couldnt be true, so I paid, I get to my car and I see something black on the lower door that I assume was grease but Ill get to that later. I start my car and Its says its low on coolant so I tell them and they top the car off. I get 2 blocks away and remember that I have an automatic call recorder app on my phone, so I find the phone call where he quotes me 5 and change then I go back and play it for him and he refunds me back 175, still well over the amount quoted . I was in route home and notice the smell of coolant and steam coming from under the hood, I called them up and returned the car, A day later I was told I need new radiator hoses and it will cost me 550 dollars and the issue with my hoses is no way related to the work they did on the car the day before. I told them no thanks and picked up my car and parked it . 2 weeks later i go to my parking area only to see that the spot I thought was grease was chipped off paint and was part of a long scratch going along the side of my car. being that it was 2 weeks later I knew they would never take responsibility for the scratch. so that is another 1000 to spend. The lady behind the counter was nice.
This place is a joke, avoid at all costs!!
Good food at lunch for a reasonable fare.
I bought a used BMW from out of state. Eurosport was located near my seller, and he agreed to take the car there for a PPI. I had the car inspected, and service/maintenance work performed prior to the time I picked up the car. Sean and Susan were easy to work with, and incredibly accommodating to both the seller and me. Highly recommended!
I would never do business with the place ever again! The staff is rude and VERY unprofessional. The shop did unapproved repair on my vehicle and then demanded payment.
Great place to bring your car for service. Mike Chin and company are awesome!
Had a good experience here. They did quite a bit of work on my BMW 325xi (spark plugs, oil, new tire mounting, and new brakes and rotors. They did it as described, at the price they promised, and on time.No complaints here.
Awful repairs and no consideration for customer
Great place for Euro cars.
I recently purchased a 86 BMW 325 as a project. After tugging my hair out for weeks on end trying to DIY my way through the electrical and mechanical nightmare that is oldschool BMW. I decided to take my car to Eurosport. Their staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They got my car running better than new. Their prices are reasonable and they know what theyre doing when it comes to european cars. Would most definitely recommend them to friends and family with german cars.
Fair and honest..its all you need to know.
Shady practices.
The best place in town to have your European Car serviced!
I brought my bmw here for replacement coils and to fix an oil housing gasket leak. 5k miles later, all the problems started to reappear. Not even sure any work was done at all, but money was gladly accepted. Stay away from here
Great service and honest people..Would strongly recommend
I use these guys for my volvo
Took my car there at the request of another mechanic who specifically said this establishment specializes in BMWs. Turns out after spending 1500$ for an oil leak, and three separate visits, the jokes on me. Each time, there was something else that caused the oil leak. I still have an oil leak.Dont waste your time and money. Just go to another specialist or the dealer as these folks are inept. Please do your homework and go elsewhere
I recently had some work done on my car at this shady establishment and I cannot even begin to explain my disgust in this shop and its illegitimate business practices. My story begins when I dropped my car off and they quoted me $135.00 for repairs. The owner and I agreed on the price and the scope of work that was to be preformed. I received a call from them the next day and I was told I owed them $750.00 because they went ahead WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION and replaced about $600 worth of parts and labor. The owner told me I thought you said you wanted everything perfect so I just did it. I told him that I never got a call or approved any of this work, and without listening to another word, passed the phone off to someone else because he was obviously too busy to live up to his wrongdoings. After arguing with the women about how they robbed me and did not even bother to get my approval for the work that they were going to do, I still ended up paying $480.00 total. To top things off, the next day my check engine light came on because I was getting a misfire. I took my car to my normal reputable mechanic who brought me into the shop and showed me before he touched anything that 2 of my sparkplug wires were broken and causing the misfire. I had my mechanic put in a new set of wires because at this point I was completely fed up with Eurosport and did not want to bring my car anywhere in the vicinity of this place. When I confronted Eurosport about this issue, they told me that they did not break anything and that they would not do anything about the issue of the broken sparkplug wires. The women on the phone just kept yelling and calling my mechanic incapable and would not even listen to my argument before she hung up on me.I hope this review gets read by many so that they do not have to go through the same headache and horrible experience that Eurosport of Westfield, NJ has brought upon me. This is a prime example of a very horribly run business with unethical behaviors and shoddy business practices that people like you and me should stay away from.
Sean is the absolute most trustworthy Mechanic in NJ.
Terrible.
I cannot let anyone else touch my BMW. Always honest, when I need somethingAnd when I do not need something done.
Bad business practices. Used to bring my cars here. Quote you one price, charge you another. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to bring your Euro car.
