Wonderful people very caring

Very friendly, caring, and helpful. I love the staff they understand your needs and do what they can to help.

The whole building inside & out is always kept clean, no odors anywhere, trash is emptied etc. All the employees & people whom help always go above & beyond to make sure every person gets all the help they need, not to mention helping make sure everything is put into the vehicles and takes cart back in. As well as all this is done in a timely manner. I dont know if they understand how much help they really do and how grateful we really are to have a place to help so many of us Westerville residents. I have been there to experience a very rude ungrateful woman who made sure that she made it a point to make a scene & havent my friend been there I would have made one right back but in the difference of warm an all that they do. She was excuse my language but bitching loudly about how something had happen once before n so on about how she would never go back there agaon,not to mention how this employee had a attitude & was rude, and so fourth. People need to be grateful for/ warm and there employees for all that they do and remember that everyone is human so mistakes happen. No need to throw a tantrum like a unruly child, and if so keep ur butt home and take ur ungrateful asses somewhere else its that easy. I have dealt with warm off and on for over 10 years going to the pantry and being someone to help donate, they have been there through my good times & very had times but been very helpful both times and for that I recommend them to others who are in need of help or wanting to donate as well as mentioning all the help they offer so that hopefully other cities can do what they do.

This is a ministry of a local church, this is the way God intended, not tax-supported so called freebies inslaving generations. God bless Geona Baptist Church!
