Had new Pella windows installed in my home. Excellent windows. Had small problem with windows and service came out immediately and resolved the issue.

Pella which is u guys said there windows are SUPPOSE to be loose in middle where locks are and if u dont like it return IT..... i had water and ice from top to bottom on glass in the window pane. IT got inside my house that I love . what kind company does that? my 65 year old windows are tight and these are new.window world windows i have are better
