My first ever dry cleaning experience and they did not disappoint! Oil stains down the front of a chiffon bridesmaid dress. I dropped off on Friday morning, they let me know it would be ready on Monday....Well Monday morning I got a phone call, letting me know the stains were not coming out!! They asked if it would be ok to keep my dress for another day to work on the stain. Holding my breath I picked my dress up Tuesday....it looked perfect, just as it had when I bought it!! They honored the original price I was given, although additional time/service were required.I am so impressed with both dry cleaning and customer service that I will definitely be coming back for my dry cleaning in the future and I would highly recommend!

They lock you out and keep your laundry. Police can’t reach anyone, so you are out of luck. Did our laundry walked out with one basket at 9:55, went back for the other one and locked out. My boyfriends cell phone that he uses at night for work inside. No one to help: called the police and they are just not available. Do Not use this place!!!!!!!!!

While moving I needed a laundry service to help keep one thing clean in the houses. North end suds was fast, affordable, and competent. I would happily refer them to any person in the future. They also have a laundromat. This review is specific to wash and fold service, the facilities were very clean and modern.

THE BEST!!

We used this laundry mat for 1 month while visiting in the area. It was always clean, usually not to warm in there. I always felt safe in there.I passed a few laundry mats on the way and didnt even stop to check them out after I found this one since I knew it was clean, and newer machines according to great reviews. One thing I hate is cards they use but since I was here for a month I was good. I just gave the card and balance to someone else in there. Usually I avoid them since Im only there once.Great place. Unique to find if your not local.

Modern Machines, Clean laundry mat

All the glowing reviews are right. This place is spotlessly clean, efficient, and well-run. The staff is amazing. My washing died in mid-wash, leaving me with a soaking wet load plus 2 more that didnt get done. I was in and out of here in under 30 minutes (drying the stuff at home). Very helpful attendant got me going quickly and made sure I had a cart to carry my stuff. Totally *heart* this place!

Absolutely the best laundromat Ive found! I drove all the way here from Groton and its worth the 15 minute drive! Really nice facilities, tons of washers and dryers, best prices, you dont need coins--you put money on a laundry card to swipe, free $5 loaded to your card when you first get one and super helpful and friendly staff! They have a bathroom there, surveillance system and it feels very safe. Overall, you definitely need to check it out!! 23 minutes for any size wash! They have 1 huge 8 load machine, I believe there were 6 or 8, 6-load machines, several 4-load machines and a few 3-load and 2-load machines. There were 2 sizes of dryers...smaller one is .44 per 8 minutes and bigger one is .74 per 8 minutes and I believe there are approximately 12 large dryers and 20 medium sized. I was able to fit 6-8 loads in one of the big dryers. Washers were just over $1 per load (for example, 6 loader is $6.84). The only tiny criticism I have is that I wish they had better vending machine choices. It was really lacking snacks and only 1 drink wasnt sold out.

I tried to drop off my work clothes for wash and fold today around 6pm. Instead of being greeted or asked if I needed help at the service desk, the cashier literally lowered the security grate while looking at me. It looked well lit, and it looked clean, but it was by far the worst example of customer service Ive seen in a long time. Could be the best laundry ever but I wouldnt know because Im never going there again.

Excellent laundromat. Always very clean and the machines work great. The laundry cards are really convenient and easy to reload. They offer wash and fold and dry cleaning services as well! Ive been to other laundromats in the area, and this is the best place around.

For a laundromat this place is actually amazing. Free wifi, modern washers and dryers that are fast and efficent, and you dont need to bring a roll of quarters since they have chargeable cards. The decor is welcoming and has some nice 50s elements. The lady who works there is friendly and accommodating. North End Suds really fires on all cylinders.

We have been on the road traveling for 4 weeks now This is by far the cutest, cleanest, and most efficient laundromat we have used. (And I have 4 sons so I do a lot of laundry!). This Georgia girl was a little confused with not needing quarters but I actually like the card, it was easier than loading in all those quarters! Thank you North End Suds!

Great place - staff is friendly and helpful! Appreciate having the laundry card over coin-op. Washers take 23 minutes per load and you can usually dry a load in about 32 minutes, depending on content. Highly recommended!

Very clean and inviting. Machines work very well. I like the way you have to purchase a card to use the machines, no more having to plug a bunch of quarters in. Just wished their soda and ice cream vending machines worked...

Ok, machines seem new & place was clean. It was busy but it was Sunday and told thats a busy day. You can do your own or pay to have it done which is more expensive. AC wasnt working but a fan was going also saw pblms w/ vending machines for snacks.. There was a person there to explain how to get a laundry card so that was good.

Revised post; could use some attention, equipment not as clean. Clothes come out with someone elses hair after wash and dry cycles. Today a customer is here doing laundry with thier Bulldog in here. Sure its on a leash, but no one holding the leash.
