I bought my Crosstrek at Anchor Subaru in N. Smithfield. Moved from PVD to south county and figured Id try out Valenti to service the car and WHEW - its remarkably worse. My biggest complaint is that they have an online system to make service appointments and then when I arrived I had to reschedule and return weeks later because I made the appointment online (?!). Call to confirm your appointments, friends!Anchor Subaru also offers a multi-point inspection with each service, they vacuum and wash you car, and at the end of the service they even verbally communicate with you about how your car is doing. Even though Im a true RIer and dont want to travel more than 15mins in any direction, Ill be going to Anchor for service from now on.

We always go to Valenti Subaru in Westerly to deal with Adam Kaplan when we want to purchase an auto. Adam’s intelligence and integrity are tops and we know that with our input he will find us the car that is right for us at the right price. Indeed, both the Kaplan brothers —Tim, too — are outstanding. They not only make purchasing a Subaru a great experience, they and the rest of the Valenti Subaru support staff have been consistently excellent over the years with after purchase follow up as well.

I left a $500 deposit on a vehicle on April 7th. I ended up catching COVID, I told Don I would have to hold off on purchasing a car right now & he could send me a check of my deposit. He huffed & puffed when I told him I was not purchasing the car. Cool, whatever he was upset.. but he did not return my emails my calls nothing. Everyone there kept saying “they’d return my call” but never did. Then when I finally got an answer from the sales manager he said I was getting a $500 credit to that store .. because I never answered?? Literally had to DRIVE an hour away to get a refund..

This was by far and away the absolute best buying experience I could have asked for. George was very patient with me, especially since my car took a little longer to come in from SOA than expected. After four months of waiting, I got the news I was so anxiously waiting for, and he simply asked so when are we doing this? I gave a date when I was available, set up the appointment, and picked up the car like clockwork. I came to find out that the date we agreed upon was actually his day off, but he came in anyway, not even hesitating! I would have never known about this but it came up naturally in conversation. This stood out amongst everything else theyve done, including registering my car and delivering my registration to me up in Mass just two days later, all for an extremely reasonable dealer fee. My wife found them online. Normally we try to stay closer to where we live, but Ive heard they are a good place to work with. We compared pricing online, and they were the most competitive. So I called and spoke with Adam, we set an appointment and went there to test drive it. My wife loved it, it was the model and color we were looking for. The price was right and we didnt get stuck there for hours. We were in and out with the sale in about 90 mins. We are absolutely going to look there first for our next purchase.

I took my Subaru here for a recall on the airbags, they took advantage of the situation by going through my entire car and making a list of “repairs”, they broke my remote starter in the processWhen I called and told them they had broke my remote starter I was told I would have to pay them to fix it! I never received any receipt or confirmation that my airbags had been replacedSo if you want to be taken advantage of, treated poorly and ripped off you came to the right place!!!
