We had pretty significant mold and sewage damage but thanks to Jeff Russo and his team we are back to normal. They did a great job organizing a team to come in and rip out a wall and essentially build it back with a custom cabinet. They did a great job matching the original look and we are grateful! If I could give ‘Jimbo’ and his team at Servpro more than 5 stars, I would! Around midnight I was met with a horrifying scene of water bellowing in my ceiling and flowing into the first floor. Jimbo and his team were responsive and knew exactly what to do to remedy the problem. They’re positive, caring and professional attitude made a stressful situation for more manageable than I could have imagined. I hope to never encounter a situation like this again, but if I do, I know I’ll be in good hands calling Servpro.

I had a flood and my insurance company gave me their name. They put in a new ceiling and it was fine. They broke the toilet---but fixed it. They lost part of the fire alarm but bought a new one. This was not my problem---things happen. HOWEVER, the paint job is horrible--glopped on thick, my woodwork has paint on it. Ive painted myself and have done a much better job. Every time I look around I find new things Im not happy with. They did come back once (I was told they cant keep coming back to fix things). The new woodwork they put up doesnt meet at the seams. Radiators are painted closed. I had to sand the woodwork and give it 2 coats of polyurethane because it was so rough. They left paint cans in my rhododendrons. The workers were very nice but there may have been a language problem. They flipped the colors on the kitchen paint.(was corrected) Maybe this company has an A team that does a good job---I however, must have had the X team . They have called back but I really dont ever want to see them again.

Do not let this company into your home. They are dishonest, unprofessional, manipulative, and they do not do the kind of work they present themselves to be capable of. I had a chimney fire, they were coming to clean the soot damage. They explained they had specific equipment that would be best for my log cabin. They did not use it. Unfortunately for me, this was the only reason I chose them even though their quote was more than double another company. They placed negative air pressure machines throughout my house. The first fire we lit after they left smoke was bellowing out of the wood stove. We later found out they moved the would stove, which they go back and forth about. Something they did, whether it be the machines or the way they shifted the stove itself, made my wood stove malfunction. It’s never done this before or since. I’ve felt verbally attacked by Julie in the office. They are unwilling to rectify this situation, expect to get paid in full. I was actually threatened with a lien being put on my house. They do what they want, and expect you to deal with it. I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional company. Mind you this cost almost $12,000. My house was not clean to the standard they presented at the the of the estimate and they caused additional smoke damage to my house and expect me to take fault. I’d leave no stars but it’s not an option!

Let me tell ya I never ever had a company come into my home that I was just amazed with . Polite, on time, got job done fast . Informed us every step of the way . Robert, Jim, Carolina are absolutely amazing .call serve pro out to get the mold out . There is no doubt !Serve pro is A+

This is the 3rd time using ServPro of Washington County recently and I would highly recommend them. They arrived as scheduled with a team of knowledgeable professionals, who were very helpful and courteous. They kept us updated and informed regarding the services and communication with everyone on the team was exceptional. Great team to work with!

We had a basement flood and hired them to do the clean up, and had a VERY bad experience with this company. I feel they are dishonest and did not treat us fairly. We ended up hiring a lawyer to settle our issues, but even our lawyer said that ServPro was negotiating in bad faith. An agreement would be reached one day and then Julie would change the terms the next day, claiming that our lawyer “did not remember correctly” (our lawyer had pages of notes on the conversation).ServPro damaged our home, released fiberglass fibers into the HVAC system, and then refused to make good. We had to hire an air quality inspector (and a lawyer) to reach a settlement, all of which took several months.Even the terms of the settlement were not met, requiring more phone calls, legal threats, and massive frustration.This is a dishonest company with incompetent workers. I have never been so frustrated dealing with a business.Do not hire them, there are other companies out there. Also note that this owner has other (but not all) Servpro franchises in the area, I doubt the culture at those branches is any different.Do not hire this company.

Servpro really came through for us when we needed them most. They were professional, clean, responsive and compassionate. I couldnt recommend them more! It honestly looked better after they were done then before the catastrophic damage.

On Jan 22, 2020 a pipe broke in my apartment and flooded my living room and basement. My Landlord Joe Cassiere did not fix heat, or hot water until Feb 12, 2020. Joe has also not provided my minor children and I a hotel, leaving me at a friends house for almost a month. So obviously my landlord and I are not on speaking terms, My landlord has been going into my apartment unannounced and allowing contractors and Servpro to go in as well without my knowledge or permission,.I continue to tell my landlord this is against the law and his response is Your welcome. I found out through a neighbor today that Servpro has been in my house the last three days again unannounced and without my knowledge or permission. on Feb 16,17 and 18. I called Julie from Servpro today to express how this is not an emergency at 29 days into the flood and that they did not have the right to go into my house without permission and my knowledge, Julie told me she can do anything they want with my landlords permission, told me i am not the paying client and that she didnt have to talk to me and hung up on me.After further inspection of my house, the door was left unlocked, and ad jarred I went upstairs and found My big Screen TV, my safe with my diamond earring, ring and $200.00 cash missing and my TVs for my videos cameras gone. I went to the Johnston Police Department to file a report. . I had to change my locks and get a Ring Doorbell camera.

Prompt, efficient, professional. From start to finish, workers showed up on time, were clean and friendly, and did exactly what they said they would do. Saved me from the headaches of dealing with my insurance company and got my flooded disgusting basement totally clean and dry.

Just after remodeling my fitness clubs locker room the handle to the urinal broke causing the bathroom to flood. Water traveled under the new flooring, under the walls and into the fitness club.Servpro responded quickly arriving within 60 minutes and began cleaning. In only 48 hours they had all the water cleaned, evaporated, and the new flooring saved.The ServPro employees were polite, informative, and worked hard to get the bathroom back to normal. We lost our house a year and a half ago, due to pipes breaking while we were away. We had to move out...long story short, the movers damaged much of my things badly.
