Delivery crew dropped off the new stove very professional and courteous.Plumber that came by was beyond great!! Hooked up stove and had to trouble shoot issue with no power. He found a loose wire corrected this and wife was extremely happy!!I dont remember his name but he should get a raise.

Went to the Wickford Appliance store in Westerly, RI. We we met by Emily after a minute or two. Emily is knowledgeable (she knew what a turbidity sensor is!), fun, personable. She knew everything there was to know about each one of the several dishwashers we we trying to decide between. The store was busy, but there is enough staff that no one was ignored. They have their own installation/repair people. Our new dishwasher will be delivered within the week! Highly recommend Wickford Appliance. And Emily!

Went to Wickford Appliance in Westerly to buy a new refrigerator after going to Home Depot and getting zero customer service. Jody came to help us almost immediately after walking in the door. We needed a specific size to fit our space and she was able to find one available immediately which we needed considering ours was not working properly. Will definitely go back to Wickford Appliance if I ever need a new appliance.

Very enjoyable experience. Truly appreciated the “no pressure” atmosphere. Grew up shopping at the Pawtucket location and was thrilled they came to Westerly. Manager Lee helped us and it went seamlessly.

I ordered a GE refrigerator on line Monday evening. I received a call to confirm on Tuesday morning. I was told the unit would arrive on Friday.I received a call that it arrived on Thursday. The unit is installed and the personal were very polite and helpful. Thank you. Bud Walters

It was a week of extreme heat and humidity, I had just left Home Depot extremely disappointed because I went there for an air conditioner that their website claimed was in stock. It wasnt and customer service wasnt very concerned with my needs or helpful when I asked if they could check with another store for availability. I left angry and saw Wickford Appliance on my ride home. Figured I would give it a shot. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if I could use help. I said I needed an air conditioner and the lovely very personable saleswoman said yes and showed me what she had. Dont you know it was the exact model I had gone to Home Depot or and it was $50 cheaper! Within moments she had someone put it in my car and I was on my way. What a wonderful experience I had and I will highly recommend this place to everyone. Shop local! And support this business.

What an extreme hassle free beginning to end experience. We own a cottage on the shore in Charleston RI. We knew we need a new electric range. We knew what we wanted. We called the Westerly location and spoke to salesman Michael Poulin. He listened to my wants and needs and located exactly what we needed. They had great inventory available and delivered within a few days. Pricing competitive with all the “ Big Box” stores. They called when they said they would- they delivered when they said they would- and they followed up after the delivery was made. BUSINESS AS IT SHOULD BE!!All ordering done from here in Connecticut hassle free with just a single phone call. I drove once ( 71 miles) just receive the range. Delivery crew was careful with the entire delivery and were in and out in a blink. Will surely call upon Wickfords again and again.

Great experience!We were on the hunt to replace a side by side washer dryer with a stackable set. A friend mentioned Wickford Appliance was now in Westerly... they were under new construction, but they never skipped a beat. Michael Poulin was our consultant and he really did a thorough job. He heard our concerns about the tight spacing requirements and went above and beyond to be sure the units purchased would fit within in our space.
