Absolutely horrendous service - actually, its non-existent service. Had a confirmed appointment, they never showed up. Tried calling Jeff L, the service specialist - it rang a few times and got disconnected. They wont even answer the phone. Lost a whole day of wages waiting for them.

Alway professional and punctual. The driver was on time and personable. I highly recommend this company for your personal or corporate needs.

Really good experience... pick-up went according to plan, the driver was courteous, and the whole process was simple. Just awaiting the certificate verifying destruction.

Horrible company to deal with. Messed up pick up days on multiple occasions. Billed for pick ups after office hours (driver not paying attention). So many hours spent on the phone asking them to fix the bills for non-existent pick ups. Finally, when decided to cancel, they billed for another fake pick up. Buy a shredder and do not waste your time.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Had an appointment set up with a 9am to 1pm window. At 1:40 I called and was told the driver would be contacted and Id get a call back. At 2pm I got the call (not from driver, but from office) who told me that the driver was running late and would be there within the hour. So 3 pm comes and goes and nobody shows up and the driver, who had my number, couldnt even afford me the courtesy of a phone call. So at 330 I cancelled and the guy on the phone was not at all surprised....as if this happens somewhat regularly. I wasted 7 hours waiting for them and I had to move over a ton (literally) of shredding that I had laid out on my driveway for them when I thought they were a professional company that showed up for appointments. Take a shot if you feel like being frustrated and angry. I went to another company and had -ZERO- problems.

Simple to go and get your staff shredded and it fairly priced.

Service was on time and technician was professional

The best shredding service in the country, th guys were very experienced and very focused on their job to get my important confidential documents destroyed, I also was informed by an employee that these guys hold them selfs to a high standard when it comes it thier jobs.

Claimed to be open on a Saturday, but they werent. Website says as much and spoke to a live person. What a waste of a Saturday morning.
