I had a good experience here. My first time out this way. The owner or the manager greeted me with courtesy. If Im ever back in the area, I would come back to wash my clothes.

Well sold my home currently residing in a hotel near by while waiting to move to my state of choice. Decided to use them for drop off service. My cloths were done in less than 4 hours. The customer service was great they made it easy. I believe I might of dealt w to the manager of store . She is very were kind and upbeat. Although my cloths were clean, service was quick I was mostly happy with the way my cloths were folded. They were folded perfectly I definitely recommend thank you Roxana

Overall this is a nice clean laundromat. I will definitely come here again.i would’ve given them 5 stars but I had a slight issue with my credit card being overcharged which has since been resolved. I will definitely come here again. The dryers are perfect. I was out of there in no time.

I have been a customer of this laundry since the first week they opened and I have had the opportunity to deal with all the employees the reason why I write this is because I have seen how hard the employees work. I am only posting this comment to raise awareness To customers who complain about those who work and the manager they are the only ones who solve any problem with the store including mechanical work, in short, it is easy to put things from the employees when as customers we are rude and not most of the time We treat them like people, lets put ourselves in their place, I have seen the owner of the place on many occasions and he has never bothered to see a problem that happens in the establishment, he always asks the lady to solve everything and he just ignores them. customers thank the employees for their service and keeping the store clean especially in these times of pandemic thank you all for taking the risk every day God bless you

I arrived here a little after 10 to start a wash, and was told I wouldnt be able to, because they closed at 11. Which is fine, except I was only told this after I loaded the machine, and was a quarter short of starting it. I was also not given a refund on site for the money I put in, just a form to fill out and. well I guess I hope Ill get my money back at some point. They dont do any refunds on site. The signs outside advertising Free drying are misleading, at best. The cost of a machine here is significantly higher than other places in the area. So yes, dryers may be free but its baked into the cost of the wash. Dont go here thinking youre getting any sort of value. Also for a brand new laundromat I would expect the machines to accept modern forms of payment (Card/Apple Pay/Android Pay) unfortunately thats not the case. Wont be going back. Bright lights only get you so far.

If I could give 0 stars it would be amazing. My experience with this laundromat has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever received. I’ve done my laundry here about 3 times. When it first opened, I believe it was day 1 and a couple of additional times. On day 1 the employees ran around stating how much it costs to open the laundromat, which was extremely off putting for me. I ignored it and did not hold it against the business owner. On that day, day 1, a piece of the rubber from outside of the washing machine ended up in my washing machine AS my clothing was washing. The owner was there and apologized, I took it as opening day problems. I came back the week of Christmas to do laundry and after taking my sheets out of the dryer, my light gray sheets had black marks all over them. There is a woman with glasses that I guess is the manager. THE OWNER NEEDS TO FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY. I really hope he reads this. I explain to her what happened, and she immediately insinuates that I did not check the washer or dryer before loading my sheets. This is brand new equipment and it is not hard to notice black crayon which she insinuated it was. I asked to speak with owner, and she refused to give me his number. The rudest person I have ever encountered. She then calls him on the phone, and I can speak with him via speaker phone. He asks me to allow them to clean my sheets and attempt to get the blacks spots out; I agree. She asks me to fill out a form with my information, I oblige, and she will call me the following week. She then walks over to me with a much calmer disposition which made me believe the owner spoke with her about customer service. Too little too late. Fast forward, I never heard from her. Gave her until New Year’s Day, no call. I call the following day, and she tells me the owner just came back from vacation and she will have him call me and she will order my sheets. Fast forward, no call or sheets. I call again and every time I call, she gets more and more belligerent as if the business belongs to her. She again promises to call me when she places the order and will have the owner call me. Nothing. I reach out to her AGAIN!!!! She says I am in the hospital and you are being disrespectful. Not sure if she understands what the word disrespectful means which I understand can have a different meeting outside of the US. I asked her what it means to her and it is certainly not what it means in America. She then lies and said she ordered the sheets and they were back ordered, then they were delayed due to Covid. Which one? Back ordered or delayed aka caught in a lie and not a good liar. Then says I will have someone send me the confirmation. Long story shorter, the delivery was not sent to my house, a worker delivered it and had the audacity to get upset for waiting 30 minutes outside. Guess what? I waited over 3 weeks. I get the sheets but, now I am missing 2 pillowcases. I buy just pillowcases with sheet sets because I have 4 pillows on my bed. I text her and no response. I want the owner to call me immediately. I am contacting the BBB, Nassau county complaints, everywhere you can think of. I am also getting his info from NYS businesses since he is being shielded.

I called and confirmed the advertised special for wash & fold at 80c per pound. When I arrived with around 20 pounds of laundry, I was quoted $24. I knew something was not right but the employee did not speak English and we couldn’t communicate much. When I returned to pick up my laundry I explained I felt I was overcharged but couldn’t discuss at drop off. The employee who helped me was very nice but explained she couldn’t do anything to help me and that the manager isn’t there I should just pay and explain what happened next time. Long story short—I was able to call the manager and explain but she was very dismissive and did not want to budge on the price. In the end she agreed to charge me $20, a still incorrect price, abs said her employees would have to make up for the rest of the money.Very poorly run here, this process was excruciating and the employee was terrified to call the manager, get in trouble, or have to pay for an error on their end. 0/10 would not recommend.

I went to this laundromat on 10/4/20 to give them a chance because they just opened up..... MY MISTAKE! Yes its free dryers but the machines arent worth the free dryers. I put my daughters clothes in one washing machine that was stuck in rinse cycle for the rest of the wash. When I tell you my daughters clothes were soaked I could ring them out myself.... by hand. So I tell the attendant and shes tells me theres nothing she can do about it and to start my daughters clothes in another machine. I just used all my detergent and she didnt even offer a refund or detergent to use to rewash her clothes. Luckily there was a nice lady there who gave me a pod to use..... and she too had a problem with a machine. Mind you Im the 3rd person of that morning with a machine problem. In order to get a refund you have to fill out a paper with your info with hopes of getting a refund. And one of the machines that broke leaked and the attendant left the water on the floor for a good while. I will never revisit this place again!

This laundromat could be a little more consistent. First thing I notice gravel at the entrance forced me to drag my laundry bin on wheels until I reached inside. Once inside place is big alot of machines and dryers a plus. The negative is the first washer machine I went to had someone leftover filling from their comforter all inside the washer machine. I ended up cleaning it out on my own. Woman at the desk was just watching me and talking on her phone. Not cool. Other thing was I notice no cleaning of machines in between customers. I had to wipe down leftover soap on top of machine before using it. Other turn off was they just opened and already have a couple machine with blue tape advising out if order. I notice dryer handles had dust from I will assume construction during placing the machines up. It would be smart to clean them. My shirt and hand had dust all over. I will leave it to them to read my honest review. I will come again because love that there is alot of machines and doors left open to air out laundromat especially during pandemic. Will bring wipes to wipe down machine before using it. Hopefully they will work on these things to improve the customer experience. Good location and well lit. Prices ranged from $3.75 to $12.75 for machines. Dryers were free but had to go through a couple of cycles to have fully dry clothes.

It is a new and very spacious laundry room, too bad it is not maintained, it is very dirty.
