I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful the services and staff are at Stetik! Melissa does such an amazing job on my hair, she makes me feel so welcomed and addresses all of my hair concerns. I leave her chair feeling like an absolute model! Dana the esthetician makes you feel so comfortable, I’ve done a facial as well as laser hair removal with her and she’s just fabulous ! When I first moved into the area I had my hair done at another salon but didn’t want to go back, they charged me an arm and a leg for an okay service. The pricing at Stetik is so reasonable and the service you get is top notch!

I have been coming here for a few years and I absolutely adore Dana. She’s so amazing at what she does and the convo is never dull! Safe to say she makes an “unpleasant experience” very tolerable. Salon is beautiful and clean plus all the staff is super friendly. If you’re thinking about checking them out here’s your cue ;-)

Today I had a dermaplanning facial with Patricia. I’m am beyond happy with my service and results. Patricia explained and walked through each step as she went about the facial(she’s also a perfectionist and my skin wasn’t left with one piece of hair)! I walked out with glowing and smooth skin! Since you took the time to answer me here but when I texted you back in (you’re right 2018) you were in Florida and never got back to me I’m gonna answer you here as well…I was extremely unsatisfied and unhappy with the way my face looked for a week after spending $1500 at your “spa” and like I said you never cared to get back to me until look! Google requested me to rate your “spa” and I did, I was just gonna leave it at the one star revie but I can attached pictures as well if you would like.

Breanna damaged my hair and has very poor personable skills. I will not be returning this place ever again. If i could give no stars i most definitely would.

Nice location - I got a Brazilian wax done here. I did have to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time but its very understandable since it was Valentine’s Day weekend. Staff did keep me up to date and apologized for the delays.

Salon is beautiful. Everyone was so nice and took such good care of me. I’ve gotten a single process color, cut, and blow out. My hair experience was amazing. I’ve also gotten a facial and laser on arm pits and legs. I saw immediate results after my first session of laser hair treatment. I was so scared of the pain at first but the girl made me feel so comfortable and it was a short session. I’m excited to continue going to Stetik, and to try new things as well!

I went to get my hair done by Melissa and she did a great job! She listened to what I wanted and did it exactly how I wanted it. The atmosphere is amazing, all of the girls are lovely! Would highly recommend!

I came here for my first Brazilian wax and armPit wax. Patti made sure to talk me through it and describe what products she’s using and why. She was very informative. It also didn’t really hurt. She does it in sections to ensure that it’s almost painless.

Love this salon! The staff is very professional and courteous. Alyssa is my go-to! She is caring, sweet, and above all - an amazing hair stylist. She has a talent that is unmatched! This review is a little past due! I went here a month ago for a cut and blow out and girl let me tell you!!! The service, the cleanliness, the customer service... PERFECT. They definitely know how to run a business. Raquel left my hair looking so beautiful! I am so pleased and can’t wait to try their hair color and eyelash extension services. This by far is the best customer service I’ve ever received. They were beyond nice to me and made my experience amazing. My wax lady was so amazing and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. This place is AMAZING! First off, the place itself is so cool and super clean! The receptionist was so kind and helpful. I came in to get my brows waxed and it was quick and easy! The girl doing my brows was absolutely amazing and so kind! She made me very comfortable and made sure that I was happy with the end result. My brother got a haircut and he was also super pleased! I purchased a Brazilian on Groupon and it was mediocre at best. Maybe it was not the best because it was a Groupon (discount) 25$ and not the regular price of 45$. The staff is cool and the place is clean, But I’ll stick with my regular wax place.

I actually made an appointment for hair and I ended up doing a mini facial, eyelashes & botox. All I can say, these girls knew exactly what I wanted and more. It is not about the actual service that I am dissatisfied about but the reservation process. I decided to make an appointment with you for the first time because of the great reviews I’ve seen online but have not have been here for any services. It was clearly stated what type of service I would like to have and I even called back to confirm what type of standard service they had for it (service is facial: extraction, peeling etc.). When I got there, I found out that they reserved me for a completely different service. I wouldn’t be making this review but because I have to cancel another appointment just to make it for this day, my dissatisfaction led to this. Please communicate well with new customers. Thank you.

The owner, Patricia, is a wonderful and intelligent woman. She has a beautiful salon that is nearly full service with great skin treatment options. I find the services very affordable. I received a great discount on laser hair removal from living social and so far I’m very happy with the experience but I’ve only had one treatment so I can’t say much about results yet.

I love this salon!! It is very clean and the staff are great. I go to Alyssa, I highly recommend!! I am very picky with my hair cuts (have had some horror stories) and she gives me exactly what I want and more. She listens exactly to what I ask her to do, and I come out smiling every time (no more crying in front of my bathroom mirror when I get home). If youre someone who is picky with who to trust with scissors, GO TO ALYSSA! She is also great with color, I only do a single process (brunette), but I have 2 friends who go to her for balayage and highlights and she does an amazing job. No streaks, beautiful natural blonde look.

After receiving a gift certificate I called to schedule an appointment. Patricia answered the phone proceeded to answer all my questions concerning a procedure for microdermabrasion. I had the procedure done January 23rd and had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Stetik to all my friends and family.

I’ve been coming to Stetik Spa for a couple of months now and I could not be more pleased. It has become my go to place for all my beauty essentials. I have gotten my lashes done by Darielle, who is the sweetest and most patient estetician I know. She takes her time and literally doesn’t “finish” until my lashes are perfect (and let me tell you, I am picky!) I have also done a few things with Patty, the owner. She goes above and beyond to cater to my skin type and makes sure to always add a little extra to what I am getting done. I am so pleased with this place!! Everyone is very professional and it is extremely clean, which is important. It is also very affordable! And as a plus, they serve wine!!!

Everyone was super polite and accommodating (i was a walk-in). Melissa gave me the best cut and style ! Took all my requests (pictures and all) and gave me exactly what i was looking for.

If you visit them with a Groupon expect the need to “rush you out” and in order to do this:Lady which serviced me she didn’t introduce her name but has an arm tattoo,1) burned my hair by turning her blow dryer on maximum setting2) burned my scalp too as the heat had clearly fried my tresses and was unbearable that at the end I had to ask her to turn it lower (5 minutes before the end of consultation)— got home next day clumps of hair fallen out due to a simple hair blowout and supposed hair conditioning service —** all due to paying on Groupon ** so as a word of advice if you decide to go via this advertising medium don’t bother!They made the experience felt like garbage and rushed my service from completion to start in just a quick 35 minutes. Gave her nameless a tip of $6 and she didn’t even say thank you shouldn’t even have left anything for the damage to my hair and scalp to be truthful😵I would not bother recommending any of my friends here and will not go back not worth the torture chambers 👎🤯😱

First off this salon is very clean and aesthetically pleasing although the female staff workers do give off a very snobbish persona. Nonetheless, Ive received two brazilian waxes at this place and had a good experience. On my 3rd visit, I booked a 4pm reservation and arrived about 10 minutes earlier per usual. The wax lady was no where in sight and I assumed she was working on someone else. No problem. 4:20 rolls around and I still have not gone in nor has anyone offered me tea, water or coffee like I have seen them do to other customers on various occasions including on this particular day. Fine, no problem. Suddenly another customer walks in to get her hair done and her brows done. The woman who was in the room with the wax lady the entire time has now come out and they proceed to put the lady who is getting her brows and hair done before me. Mind you I am sitting right there on the couch being overlooked. At this time it is nearing 5 oclock and I have another appt to make. I call up The European Wax center in New Hyde Park and have no trouble booking an appt and leave. Such horrible customer service and I am not sure if its because Im young or BLACK (maybe both) but I felt very overlooked and uncomfortable. I will never be back nor will I be recommending anyone else here again. Btw the wax at European wax center was fabulous and quick.

It’s a shame Google doesn’t have negative stars because this “spa” doesn’t deserve even one star.I read reviews on google and Groupon searching for a new salon for future color and keratin services and know the true test is a good blowout so I decided to make an appt for a simple blowout and conditioning treatment. The girl on the phone (Dakota I believe her name was) was very sweet and got me in the same day. As far as the women who did the blow out - never got her name. But she’s the older blonde woman who was more concerned about conversations around her then listening to me saying I prefer bounce at the ends and not dry looking straight frizzy look like she had clearly done on herself. No conditioning treatment was ever done and I left with frizzy, brittle feeling damaged looking hair in a super rush blowout. For the record my hair is very healthy and I do a very smooth sleek blowout on myself but again was just coming here to see how they do a simple blowout in order to determine if they would be a good choice for color and keratin.Not only did she burn my hair while blabbering about all the other services they offer, she walked away to continue her conversation before I was even checked out. I’m still wondering why I even gave her a tip. I wound up going home to re wash and blowout my hair myself. I’ve never felt so rushed and upset about how my hair looked after leaving a salon ever before. WORST PART... I now have breakage all around my hairline which is extremely upsetting considering how healthy my hair was BEFORE THIS SIMPLE BLOWOUT!Save your money, and your hair. So upsetting.
