Jeff is the best. Shopping for engagement rings was 10x more overwhelming than I initially anticipated. However the chaos stopped the second I sat down with Jeff. From the moment I walked into the store I felt like I was welcomed and being taken seriously. Jeff walked me through every step of the process. I told him what my fiancé liked and what I wanted and the rest was history. We picked out a perfect setting to start with and made some changes to it to make it perfect, picked out the diamond and that was it. The end result was an absolute perfect engagement ring that my fiancé is obsessed with. To top it all off, the ring was slightly too big but all I had to do was text Jeff and he told me to come right over and had it resized in under 30 minutes. Jeff will be my go to for all my jewelry needs from here on out. I’ll be back for my wedding bands!

I was initially set on buying an engagement ring in Manhattan but a couple of close family friends told me I HAD TO see Jeff at From Italy With Love. I couldnt be more thankful for this recommendation. Jeff looks for the best in his diamonds and wont carry anything that doesnt meet his standards. Hes very down to earth and will patiently spend as much time educating his customers about diamonds as they need. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable and hes more than fair on his prices. His goal is to build lasting relationships with his customers and this will be the beginning of one. My now fiancé is absolutely elated with her ring and I couldnt be happier with her reaction. Jeff really helped make for an incredible engagement--or as my fiancé said more perfect than I ever imagined.

Jeff was great. My gold chain was broken and he was able to fix it and clean it up on the spot and was not looking for anything in return! Nice store inside would definitely recommend.

Ive used them from engagement rings to jewelry repair and even sold some old gold I had. They are ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS knowledgeable and they ALWAYS take care of me! Ive sent many people to them and have never had a complaint. They are one of the few mom-and-pop real jewelers left and they are worth the trip! Dont buy a piece of jewelry from those large stores that make a million of the same piece. Jeff still custom makes a lot of stuff and will work with you to find (or make) something perfect for any occasion.

Before shopping at From Itlay With Love I went to another jewelery store for my ex-captains ring. I was not impressed with the other places product. That place told me one size fits all (face smaller then a dime). I was so disappointed.I had already bought my fiancee engagement ring from Jeff at From Italy With Love and I had a wonderful experience and service. So I thought Id ask and see if he could help me with the ex-captains ring.Step-by-step and detailed oriented Jeff was able to fully custom make this ex-captains firefighter ring to MY specs. The larger size I wanted (which is the size of a nickel) fit my finger perfectly. Solid gold, not hollow. It had all the little details that I wanted- the wording, the axes, the numbers. All perfect. I even went a little extra and asked if Jeff could put a diamond in it. He delivered all my requests 1000%.Great communication during the whole process via email, phone, and text. The cherry on top was I got a better quality ring from Jeff for an awesome price.I highly recommend Jeff and From Italy With Love for all your custom firefighter/police jewelry.

Ron was very kind and professional. He was patient in helping me look through chains until I found the perfect one! Definitely would recommend buying your jewelry from here. He even through in some free merchandise to clean and house the chain.

My experience when I went to From Italy With Love was absolutely outstanding. I have the most gorgeous anniversary band with 2 sapphire rings on each side that I wear every single day. Its been a year and I still stare at it! . I also had my Grandmothers engagement ring stone made into a pendant and its absolutely beautiful. Words can not express my gratefulness to Jeff and his amazing staff for all the time they put into helping me pick out this ring! and I gave Jeff free reign to design the pendant. This is my second visit within the last two months and I made a purchase both times. Their selection is fabulous and their merchandise is reasonably priced. I did plenty of research on engagement rings and the prices at other jewelers were crazy expensive.I was considering purchasing the ring online, it seemed to be the best deal until I walked into From Italy With Love and sat with Sarkis.He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in selecting the most beautiful engagement ring for my wife to be. His prices were extremely competitive and reasonable. In the end, the ring turned out absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this jeweler.

They were absolutely amazing! Everyone at From Italy With Love were happy to help and even changed their schedules to accommodate me. Even when I decided to change things at the last minute they said it was no problem and were willing to help. They made sure that I got exactly what I wanted when I wanted it and even followed up to make sure everything was how I wanted. In late 2018, I was faced with the task of finding the absolute perfect engagement ring for my now fiance. I had been doing loads of research for about 3 months online and I finally mustered up the courage to start going to actual retail locations near me.I want to start off by saying that I went to many box jewelry stores that you see commercials on TV for (Jared, Kay, Helzberg, etc.). I was surprised that they are mostly scams and they try to close the sale as soon as possible without really trying to help the customer reach their goals. These places will tell you that they are cutting their prices to try and keep up with online jewelers because they have less overhead without a store front. It sounds realistic, but DO NOT fall for this garbage!!After a few frustrating trips to many jewelers on Long Island (including private jewelers that did not want to listen to my specific requests), I found myself at a highly recommended and reputable jeweler called FROM ITALY WITH LOVE. From the moment I stepped into this store, I was treated with respect and true care. All of my questions were answered truthfully and whenever I made suggestions based on information that I found online, it was handled professionally.What I mean by this is that I found a very large amount of information regarding diamonds online and I brought just about every word to Rons attention. He told me straight up what is true and what is not and took hours of his time to educate me on diamonds, aftercare, ongoing maintenance, etc. Jeff also spent a lot of time researching diamond specifications that I was interested in within my budget (which I must have changed 4 times on them). They were very patient and super helpful.I walked out of the store after the final payment with the biggest sigh of relief and I have to say that I do not see myself going anywhere else for jewelry for as long as I live on Long Island. My fiance and I went in to the store after she said yes and the ring was resized for free and while we were standing there within about 30 minutes. By far the best jeweler on Long Island and highly highly highly reputable. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you dont step foot in here when looking for any type of jewelry. Thank you Ron and Jeff for being so honest, helpful, caring and educational throughout the entire process!!

I came here for an engagement ring after being frustrated by other Jewelers closer to home.The trip was definitely worth it. My ring was ready quickly and for a VERY reasonable price. Jeff was extremely helpful. I will definitely be coming back.
