As a result of the shutdown, our buying process was a bit unusual. Safety was clearly the utmost concern of Best Hot Tubs, as we were required to make appointments, be alone in the showrooms (masked), and conduct any follow up business over the phone.Despite the fact that we had to wait 6 months for our Bullfrog Spa, (not the fault of BHT!), Bob never made us feel bad for our frequent follow ups to check status of our delivery.Our delivery was flawless, and follow up service has been very good. Ive texted my ridiculous newbie questions, and have received nothing but patient responses. I would not hesitate to recommend the brand or the business. Bullfrog!! No issues, best hot tub on the market after researching the construction and price. Bob took cared of the rest and I was soaking right after delivery. Delivery guys were great because it wasn’t easy getting it into my space but they had the perfect innovated dolly to get the job done. Bryan at Best Hot Tubs went above and beyond to help me with placement of our hot tub and to install it quickly. Now the hot tub-------it is great. We have the X7 and love everything about it: the decorative waterfall, the colors we chose (of many choices), the comfort of the seating and especially the jets. The jets are the best we have ever encountered. They are just right for us. The pricing is fair. Of course, most importantly, Bullfrog Spas are rated highly for design, efficiency and trouble-free use for years to come.

We needed a hot tub very quickly after our previous one was destroyed. After looking at quite a few places on Long Island and on line, we found we liked Bull Frog X series at Best Hot Tubs in Westbury. Bryan Kelly, our salesman, was very helpful in making it all come together as quickly as possible. Order to delivery was exactly what we were told. It was a difficult delivery as it was to Fire Island involving freight ferries etc but Bryan went to great personal effort to make it work. We love the spa. Jets are very adjustable for high power or gentle and there are many of them. Lots of room for a large family. Construction solid. Operations not fancy but more than enough. Because we were not convenient to store or mechanics, all our questions about operations had to be handled by email or phone which was patiently taken care of by Bryan. Clip on cover broke first day and they are replacing it. We are very happy with our choice and salesperson. THANKS!

I gotta say they hit the bullseye with the name. Hot tubs in general have come a long way over the years but these are amazing. You wont be disappointed with one of these. So many options and Brian was a real big help explaining the features. You need to go take a look at them.

I receive continual great service with the purchase of my hot tub over two years ago. The hot tub is an eight seater, big enough for lots of grandchildren. Favorite part of my backyard, even better than the pool. The purpose of the review is not to say how great the best frogs tub is but rather how great their offered “no surprise” weekly service is. I believe it is easier to maintain a pool than any hot tub. The staff maintain a pristine clear hot tub without worry. The value is phenomenal. No worry about chemicals, balancing all and weekly maintenance. They respond to all queries. The value of the service is outstanding once you factor in the opening and closing procedures, including warranty as long as service is maintained and all chemicals needed. It is worry free and great to have a pristine clear tub every time you open it. Bill Renter along with Keith and Matt are very knowledgeable. I was a chemistry major but could not maintain the tub the way it should be. Lots of activity can cause cloudiness but with Best Hot Tubs crew, that will not happen. Go buy their tub and get their service contract. You will not regret it. Or you can but at Wholesale retail company and get no support and no service. And sit in a cloudy, green tub! Yuck!
