I’ve been a BMW owner for 12 years and can state from personal experience that Rallye BMW has the best service department around.I’ve owned other makes, including Mercedes, Lexus and Land Rover, and I’ve visited other BMW dealers, but I always return to Rallye BMW.Chris Blanco’s leadership as Service Manager is second-to-none. Chris conveys extraordinary expertise and it’s apparent that he requires same from his team.That said, my Service Advisor, Bret Hines is knowledgeable, straight-forward and beyond accommodating in every circumstance, during my every visit.Pasquale, the shop foreman, is a hero as well, as he works his magic to save the day time and time again. At first the service was good, and so was my rating. But not to long ago I took my car to get service and this dealership returned it damaged and with out properly replacing the screws that were removed back. Assuming everything was fine I went home and didnt check. 3 weeks later my fiance was Cleaning the and looked under the hood and noticed the engine cover was cracked and screws were missing. I went back and the manager refused any accommodations. So to anyone who go to this location make sure u check your car yourself before you leave. Unfortunately you cant trust even the ones who are professionals.

I’ve used this dealership for years and always had positive experiences, recommended to many people and was always satisfied with service department... until today. After what happened thismorning I will no longer continue to go to any of the rallye dealerships.I have been using this dealership since I was 20 years old and bought my first BMW there, since then my wife and I have gone through three different bmw’s there and both have brand new ones. I brought in my brand new x4 that now has only 4000 miles on it because it was having brake issues and I wanted to get it checked out as well as have it detailed before a road trip.I have used the service department here dozens of times in the past and have had everything on my vehicles taken care of here with very few issues and I’ve taken tons of loaner cars from them in the past.Today after driving an hour out of the way at 6 in the morning so I could make my 7am appointment which I had waited 2 weeks for, I was informed that their policy on loaners had recently changed and they wouldn’t let me take a loaner car because I am a few months shy of 25 years old. I’ve literally used over a dozen loaner cars but now they won’t let me use one, after speaking with a manager who was rude to me and talked down to me like a child, I had to leave in my car with the brake issue and was very late for work. Now I will have to use my car on this road trip with brakes that I have less trust in and I will not be able to have the problem addressed until I turn 25? Ridiculous- they asked if I wanted to call my parents for a ride, I’m not a child and would have expected more respect. I expected much better treatment after bringing a lot of business to this dealership, I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed

Carol Muniz is just fabulous. She is knowledgeable, explains what needs to be done on the car, does not push unnecessary work and gives honest fact based feedback. It is always a pleasure working with her. I have a BMW service center close to my house and I still choose to go to Rallye BMW for the service and the outstanding professionalism of Carol, even thought Rallye is a little bit more expensive.

The Rallye team is just great and second to none in the business. They consistently handle each matter by putting the customer first. Just fantastic! From the top down, including the General Manager, Senior Sales Manager, to the Service Advisor Adam, they are the most professional and customer oriented team, making even the most difficult challenges look easy. I cannot say enough about how proficient and accommodating this team is always. It is rare that I right these reviews...but in this case, I wanted to acknowledge their work as it is warranted. It was a terrible experience. I reached the dealership at 10:45AM for a 11AM appointment. I was told I will be done in 90 minutes, I got out of there 1:35PM being continuously told i will be done in next 15 minutes, I had to cancel a doctors appointment and another important meeting, It would have been best for them to tell me that it would take close to three hours to finish a safety inspection and engine oil service.

Someone close to our family recommended this dealer. We were excited because it was our first time there, our expectations were high and of course, we trusted our friends. I went there around 10:40 am and while my Service appointment was for 11 am I thought it’ll be nice to show up 10-15mim earlier. Honestly the red carpet, the Reps with those fancy suits lined up greeting and cheering, I felt like Brad Pitt for a moment. I told them that the vehicle needs its first maintenance, got the loaner, and left. They said it’ll take few hours because they were very busy servicing others. Around 6:20 pm I got a text saying that the car is ready. I was at work and told them I’ll pick up the car the next day in the morning. I went their picked up the vehicle and went home. The moment I took the car I saw a message oil and coolant service required. I thought it must be some kind of error. On top of that I shared with one of their Reps, Anthony, that upon (hot/cold) start the vehicle makes a pop-up sound coming out from front and rear, and that strange engine noise, but it looks like they ignored that too. I went to the local mechanic, opened the hood and the guy told me the oil was never replaced, the same thing for the coolant. I got upset because the vehicle was serviced for more than 6hrs and in the end still nothing was done. After a short conversation with my guy, I realized that Rallye simply tricked me. I promised myself never again with those sharks. Such a waste of time and nerves. Those people don’t care much about Customer Satisfaction scores, quality of service, and brand loyalty, but simply rob their customers. Total sham. Be alerted and skip this dishonest place.

Rallye is a large BMW dealership and they have a lot of Options on the cars. The staff is helpful and social distancing/safety measures are good. Our salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy. However, the X7 that we were looking for was not available to test drive and the backlog on cars resulted in walking away with just numbers.

I own bmw m8 comp, and the front right seat electronics were giving me issues. Dennis kindly orders the parts and fix the seat. I’m giving them a 4 star and not 5 because when I came to pick up the car, I had dirt marks on my car seat and driver side. The manager kindly apologized and asked someone to clean them off. A bit disappointing at the end but all in all great place to visit.

I have been driving BMWs for 12 years dealt with over 10 dealerships between NJ NY, CT i can say these people are running the Worst dealership in the tristate area every part is over priced, tones of misinformation by sales and service to make you do buy overpriced parts from there, adjust car for service every 5k so the keep milking BMW for service fees even BMW OIL is 10K the make you return back every 5k. check any part no. And call other dealerships in the area don’t be surprised they will be the highest.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. But, this April, I was charged nearly $2,000 to replace a part (thermostat) that was covered under warranty at the end of November. Coincidently, my warranty expired in March. Quality BMW parts are supposed to last longer than 4 months. If it was actually replaced in November. After complaining, I was refunded close to $900. I dont know if I can really trust Rallye to maintain my car.

I was on a road trip from Boston to Long Island when my thirsty M4 indicated that the engine oil was low. I usually keep an extra liter of oil in my trunk but, regrettably, had recently removed it. I happened upon Rallye BMW while searching for dealerships in the vicinity (anywhere in Nassau County along the LIE) - figured it was unwise to drive back to Boston without tending to my oil level. The Parts Dept had the engine oil for my car but they were going to be closed by the time that I would arrive. One of the Client Advisors [Bert Vargas] was kind enough to pay for the engine oil for me and hold it at his desk because the Parts Dept doesnt do phone sales. Although I arrived at the dealership well after the Parts Dept was closed, the Sales Dept was still open and Bert had my motor oil waiting for me. I reimbursed him for fronting me for the oil... this is the epitome of customer service. Im often in Long Island and will be keeping Bert in mind for any future purchases... thank you Bert for being accommodative and helpful!

The place is so much nicer than BMW of Freeport. Took My X7 to BMW of Freeport(where I purchased the car, but I regretted didnt come to rallye) check on my both sides mirrors melted, they told me they will ask BMW engineer and call me back, and never did. so I come to Rallye, the service advisor Bret who helped me solve the problem in one day an order the parts got them replaced within a week, I got a loaner car every time, which is convenient. Highly recommended him and this dealership!

I have a 2018 BMW M4 and while my vehicle was under the possession of Rallye, they managed to break my carbon fiber front lip. While Rallye paid me for a replacement, which took them well over a week to get me the check, they have failed to prioritize installing the new carbon fiber lip.Installing the new lip takes less than 30 mins total. Instead of prioritizing my vehicle given the inconvenience theyve put me through, they offered to give me a loaner vehicle while they kept my car. In my opinion, I should not have to take a loaner vehicle for a job that takes less than 30 mins, I think its common courtesy to do everything you can to right your wrong and be able to install my front lip right when I drop off the car, especially because I shouldnt have even been in this position to begin with.I sent an email to the manager of the service department regarding this concern and its been 7 days without a response. I followed up shortly before writing this review. The fact that Rallye cant install the lip without holding my car for hours and forcing me to take a loaner is disappointing and their customer service has been embarrassingly subpar.~~UPDATE~~Christopher Blanco (the manager of the service department) has yet to reply to my email regarding this concern, its been 7 days without a response from my follow-up. I havent received a response from my initial email regarding this concern since June 23rd totaling 14 days where BMW of Rallye has ghosted me.as of 07/29/21, I never got a response back from the manager, Christopher Blanco. Theyve demonstrated a lack of interest in being able to accommodate my requests after their technician destroyed my Carbon Fiber front lip. Installing a front lip should not have needed a loaner vehicle, nor should I be expected to leave my car with the dealership after their careless technician broke my front lip. Lowest level of customer service Ive ever experienced, especially coming from a BMW Dealership that supposedly has won awards in the past.

I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle at the end of March 2021 from Rallye -- At first, I believed I had an extremely positive experience but was shocked to find out I was misled about how long I would have complimentary SiriusXM as a part of a package that came with the purchase of the certified, pre-owned vehicle. At the time of sale, I was verbally told and given a document that said a full free year of SiriusXM was included with the purchase of my car -- But 4 weeks later I received an email from SiriusXM with an offer for a discounted monthly price once my 3 month trial was over in July. I contacted my sales rep and they apologized but I would have preferred an offer to cover the additional 9 months I was initially promised and shown on paperwork before agreeing to buy the vehicle.

The people were very nice but my car which I purchased new from BMW in February of 2021 and has less than 1,500 miles on it broke down on the side of the road again less than 10 days after the Rallye dealership represented that they had fixed the original problem. It is now sitting at Southampton BMW waiting on a host of new parts that need to be installed. I am told that I will be without my car for minimum of a week. I am very sorry that I purchased a new BMW.

Most car dealerships and service centers are very informal, and basically treat your like trash. This is definitely not the case here at Rallye BMW. My relationship with this place started when I was randomly passing by it, and decided to stop by to ask a question about my car. This was a few months before quarantine. I talked to a gentleman named Terrance and he was so interested in just discussing BMW and any questions I had about my car. I was so impressed with the interaction that I decided if I needed service in the future, this would be the place Id go to. Ive had several repairs done since then, and Dennis, along with the rest of the team there have rolled out the red carpet and essentially provided white glove service. They have consistently gone above and beyond in their service. I am so happy that Dennis as well as the wonderful techs are very transparent in everything they do with my car. Overall, its a great place and I doubt you will get this level of service elsewhere.

After leaving this review I received a call from the service manager and he worked with me to correct my issues. Actually they have 12 service people and they rotate however I am able to request the same person if I want. Thank you RallyeTo me the service department has gone downhill. The service advisors are rarely the same, it seems they can’t keep people. At my visit this week they recorded the incorrect mileage for my car and failed to reset the oil change service reminder. When scheduling my visit I asked about flushing brake fluid and was told “the car will tell you when this is needed”. However while I was waiting for the car the service advisor recommended I get the fluid flush because “its been two years”. And I always seem to need an alignment even though the car drives perfect, and the tires are wearing normally.

I had left the car for service after taking an appointment 15 days earlier. Dropped off the car at 9.30 as per the scheduled time. Advisor Emily informed me that the car will be ready by late afternoon and will send a text. I waited till 3 pm and did not get any messages. Left couple of voicemails and sent texts asking for the time to pick up the czr. Never got a response to my phone calls and or text. I went back to Dealership at 5 PM to pick up the vehicle and was told that they were not able to take the vehicle for service and asked to comeback tomorrow. They did not even had the courtesy to offer a loaner or no one apologized for the mishap. They were casual and as if nothing happened. I bet they would not had done this to a white guy. Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRECTPUL. DO NOT GO THERE.

Do not use BMW Rallye service department. Run away!!! They will steal your money, make inaccurate repairs and will not warranty the job. When replacing a faulty hydraulic pump motor in my Z4 my advisor recommended, at an additional cost to replace weather stripping/seals and hoses to insure the repairs will not be needed again. Only to find out that Rallye BMW repaired my car with sprayed painted duct tape. After bring my car back to report this, they wanted to charge me $1100.00 to diagnosis the “problem” The problem is there is duct tape in place of molding and seals around my trunk. They gave me the run around for 8 days, threatened to charge me for the loaner car, and made no repairs. Rallye BMW should not be a certified BMW shop. I will never step foot into Rallye again. Horrible experience with extremely ignorant people!!!!

Oil was changed, brake fluid was flushed, and CEL light issue was fixed. However, Service Alert for Oil Service was not not reset and neither was the brake service so I had to reset them myself.furthermore, the car pulls right hard now. brought it back and they said it is alignment and has nothing to do with them. well, it didnt pull like that before I brought it in. I doubt I will ever come back here for service.

I gave them my climate control parts to fix it because it came loose. After I found out they would charge me over 100 to simply put back the control button. I told them not to do instead I asked my parts back so I could do it on my own. THEY LOST PARTS! AND TOLD ME I NEVER GAVE TO THEM. Very disgraceful! Recall airbag was not in stock!I made an appointment last week to get the replacement of the recall airbag. The representative said that the airbag was in stock. So, I made an appointment for today, and drop off the car in the morning. Got a phone call a few hours later from the advisor saying that the airbag is not in stock, and could not replace it.I really do not understand how they made an appointment not knowing their inventory. The Rally BMW is not a small dealership where they dont have a computer system. Hello! Everything is computerized and all the inventory should be in the system. Very disappointed and wasting time on my day off.They said they will call me when they have it in stock, but I think its not gonna be anytime soon.

Rallye associates are professional and treat all with respect. Like most auto dealers their service may be a bit overpriced, however, you get what you pay for here. Just leased a car from Rallye BMW, working with Keith Lindsay. The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure. Keith was very straightforward and easy to work with, and he was respectful of our desire to do everything remotely during the pandemic. I came in expecting the process to be hugely time-consuming, and it was the exact opposite. Keith was very accommodating, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout. I couldnt be more pleased that he was willing to deliver the car directly to our home, and that it took only a couple of days from the time of my first research phone call to when we received our car. I highly recommend the Rallye dealership and Keith in particular!

The single worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. I was lied to, and blatantly disrespected. If there was an option for less than 1 star it would have been chosen. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH RALLYE, just go to Oyster Bay. At least there they own their problems, Rallye just points their fingers and puts the blame on anything that sticks. JOKE of a business

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at Rallye BMW in Westbury. The lease on my Audi S4 ends soon and I am looking to lease the BMW X5, however I do not feel I was taken seriously when at this dealership. When I asked to test drive the car, I was asked to leave my current car’s keys, provided the keys to the X5 I was testing, advised to drive a few miles and come back. The sales rep did not even walk me through the various key features and functionalities of the car. Didn’t walk me around the car or anything. I was pretty much on my own besides when swapping car keys. I’ve never had such a poor experience before.When it came down to talking numbers, I was very specific as to what I was looking for as I did my Homework prior to coming to the dealership. I advised the sales rep I have been working with brokers and other dealerships so I have an idea what the lease should cost me. Also a friend recently leased a car so I know the price he received on the car. This sales rep quoted me $260 per month more than anyone else has quoted me thus far. This is absurd. When I told the sales rep what price point I was looking for based on the other offers I’ve received, he said I should go with them then because we aren’t even close in numbers. He said “this dealership does not work with brokers, and are in the business of making profit unlike other dealers.” He said if I went to a broker Rallye BMW would not service my car, when I told him that’s not true because a friend used a broker and still brings his car here for service, he said well then he won’t get a BMW loaner. Again this is false. Nonetheless it doesn’t look like this dealership took me serious and doesn’t want my business. I’ve taken the sales reps advise and will be taking my business to another dealership. It’s good to know this dealership judges a book by its cover and doesn’t take all customers seriously based on appearance and attire.
