From the second I walked in, to the moment i finally Got my car was seamless and professional. Arrived with my new car and wanted a color change along with a few dent fixes, showed them the car. They were thorough and showed actual care for what they were doing. When i got My car back it was like a dream i couldn’t believe the quality and care they took Even went as far as cleaning the whole car like it came off the lot. My new go too spot.

First Class Collision did a first class job on a large side door dent/scratch on our 2019 Honda Accord. The car came back clean and good as new. Pricing was reasonable and George smoothed the process with the insurance and rental car companies. We definitely would recommend First Class and use them again.

Brought my car in for some relatively minor damage, mostly replacement parts and some scuffs and scratches to the finish but definitely required a reshoot and blend.Work was done in a timely fashion. Costs were broken down by individual parts and labor.George was professional and open. Jr. Is definitely going to do well if he keeps following his fathers example.When I picked up my car I pointed out a few minor blemishes. George suggested to let the finish cure for a few days and bring it back to have them addressed.Bright it back a week later (by appointment) and my concerns were quickly corrected and I got my car back.I would have no reservation bringing any of my cars here for any needed body work.I do not often give reviews unless the performance is particularly bad or particularly good. Performance as expected doesnt rate a review because it is what is expected and people might think a 3 star rating is bad but it denotes you got no more nor less than what you paid for.

Very bad experience. 3/4 nose . Measure check frame hang Fender Hood Bumper & grill. I removed all damaged parts I supplied new body parts. Got car back hood wouldnt open Window was off track .founf guides in door well. Oil relixation filter wasnt bolted back to fenderr ABS & OIL filter brackets left off Extra parts ? I supplied a new radiatorr support was told not needed well straighten yours..Nope. Headlight fall out.Siliconed headlight adjustment screw to support ? Horrible ecperience thenn insultingly offers $450 bacl less than half what i was charged..Stay away.👎👎👎

Best body shop I’ve ever been to. They did great work, car came out like brand new!!

I brought my 1995 Jeep Orvis in to have some restoration body work done after 22 years of being outside it needed some rust abatement. My hood, front quarter panel and driver rocker panel were rusting. George explained in detail what my options were and helped me decide the most prudent course. He did a price comparison with after market parts and OEM parts and we decided on a combination of both. Upon disassembling the car, additional rust was found in the front fender and we were able to come to an agreement on the additional work. I found George to be honest and trustworthy and personable as well. The work was completed in a timely and comprehensive schedule, commensurate with the amount of work that needed to be done. The paint and the blending made the Jeep look sharp again. Most of all I felt like I had brought it to a family member to do the work for me. Thanks George.
