This office doesn’t answer their phones, emails, nothing. They don’t return calls or have any sense of caring for their customers at all. I will be contacting Allstate corporate to have our car insurance switched to another office that handles our home owners insurance. They are always available to speak with someone. Do not use Nick Camarano’s office unless you like being completely and utterly ignored.

Absolutely terrible service. I had a strange change to my policy 2 weeks after I paid for it, and have been trying to get a clear answer as to why it has changed for the last 9 months. Apparently absolutely no one works at the Nicholas Camarano Agency (or at least no one who cares about their customers). After wasting over 4 hours on the phone explaining the same problem over and over, I have not received any calls back and no one has been helpful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY! Id highly suggest to pick a different agency with people who actually care about customer service. This agency is a joke.
