I like that they show up on time to their appointments! I hate being stuck waiting all day. Thankfully They offer 3 hour windows and a way to track their techs while he’s on the way. They definitely have great customer service.

I was recommended to these guys from my brother and I have to say I was pleased with the way they handled my Miele refrigerator. I called them around 9 am and they showed up around 12:30 to take a look. We over nighted some parts and he was back by 10am and repaired my fridge. Fast work and the pricing was fair too!

Exceptional service and the way the tech was able to quickly diagnose the problem my dishwasher was having and having parts with him based on what I said on the phone was just excellent. I truly do think this was a 5 star service.

It was a mistake not using them sooner! I needed a company and took my chance on these guys and it was superb service. They came on time for their appointments and charged fairly.

It’s definitely a worthwhile place to use when in a pinch. They came out to me within a few days and the pricing is on the fair side. Customer service is also a solid 10/10 so it’s worth the call!
