Called them out to fix my Bosch dishwasher. Charged me for only the first trip and said if he could fix the pump he would order it and not charge for coming back out the second time to install. Very hard to find trustworthy appliance repair folks who wont oversell you on things to do. Will be the first port of call for any appliance repair

This IS the only place where you can find appliance parts in stock. Not to mention personal service, knowledgeable advice and reasonable prices! Who needs Amazon when you can get same day parts in person, backed up by the experience to assure you they are the correct ones? Thanks Archie!

I called Archie about my refrigerator couple of days ago. He asked me about the problem and told me that he was going to save me some money and asked me to unplug it and leave it for 24 hours until the ice melts out, hopefully unclogging the system!!I called him again today. Even though the unplugging worked and it started working, it is not keeping up with the temperature. I also mentioned that even though the whole fridge is out of warranty, the compressor is still under warranty. Then he said, go with the warranty and not waste my money on him!!It is hard to find people like him in this day and age. Next time I have a problem with any of my appliances (knock on wood!), I know who I am going with.

Its hard to find people who know how to fix anything, who you can trust to not screw you over, who will give you the straight scoop on whats wrong, and will charge you a fair rate for the repair. Cant say enough about this father son combination - they are old school and thank goodness for that!. Highly recommend A M Appliance for whatever ails you in your home.
