Ive been coming to this dojo for 25 years, and its literally changed - and in many ways SAVED, my life. Its evolved through several masters over the years, growing and deepening its practice. Villaris is by far the best martial arts studio in central MA. It is easy to get to and centrally located near the Westborough rotary.
