Was picked up on time, the car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was a decent human being. The driver was slightly late (less than 5 minutes) because he had trouble finding the correct pickup location, but the addresses are rather confusing around my apartment building, and the driver was very apologetic about being late and very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, especially compared to other companies where Ive had great difficulties finding the driver and been greatly overcharged.
