I wouldn’t bother working for this company, It is a waste of time. I recently applied for this job and I got it. After a few days of my training they went ahead and sent me a text message stating they weren’t gonna go ahead and proceed my training and for me not to bother coming into my shift an hour before i had to come in. I find it very unprofessional of them to send me a text message with these details. Also, wouldnt you have thought they wouldve seen me as unfit on the first work day? Why did it take them 3 business days to figure that out. I had other jobs lined up that I denied their offers for this job and now I am left with nothing. It’s disappointing and no one should have to go through this. If your looking for a job, European wax center is not the place. OH and not to mention how unprofessional the management is, they told me to bring in my passport for my first day, and instead of taking a copy of my passport, the manager took a picture of it on her phone and sent it to the owner through text message. How unprofessional. European wax center in Westborough has the same owner as Marlborough so dont even bother with neither of these stores.

Lauren is AMAZING!!! Ever since I had her do my eyebrows for the first time a couple months ago I haven’t used anyone else!!! She’s so personable & kind and does the best job on my brows! Highly highly recommend seeing her if you want amazing brows!

Booked service on line a week ahead received reminder notice email and telephone message confirmations but when I arrive told there was a computer issue and there was no one available to do the services - tremendously frustrating and huge waste of my time!!

Been going to Trina at this location for a few years now. She is the absolute best! Always makes you feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable about waxing. Also the hard wax they use here is sooo much better on your skin then the normal soft wax with strips. If your looking for a great Esthetician make sure to come here and see Trina!

They did not honor the pass I bought on another EWC location even thou I was told when I purchased the package I could use in any location. The esthetician left so much hair, Im now going to have to schedule and pay for a new appointment to finish the way it was supposed to in the first place. Ive been going to an EWC in CT for a long time and they are wonderful. Their technique is flawless. The girl in this location was super nice but besides not completely removing all the hair, she pulled the wax in such a painfully slow way that Id be afraid to ever get another appointment with her.

Ive been here twice, both times for a Brazilian, and I LOVE IT. The girls are SO polite and friendly and the owner is a gem as well. Their wax is amazing and whenever I go I always see Julia and she always takes such good care of me! Shes super quick and she chats with me through the whole thing. The center itself is really pretty on the inside. Id recommend this place to a friend for sure!

Jessie and Lexy welcomed me at the front desk as soon as I walked in and Amy took her time and made sure to do exactly what I wanted. This was my first time having my legs waxed, I also had my eyebrows and upper lip. I would definitely recommend European wax for services they use a wax that is unlike what you would get at a hairdressers or nail place. The place was very clean the staff was professional the waxing was not that painful. They did a good job to talk to you to keep your mind occupied so you werent focused on the pain and as soon as they pulled off the wax there was no pain at all there was no redness I would recommend the wax treatments.

I will say this is the least painful wax I have EVER had, I only had my eyebrows and upper lip done but Im planning on doing a full Brazilian next time. Nicole was great, and for the first time in along time, my two eyebrows match each other......

I’ve been coming to the westborough location since the fall of 2017 and I absolutely love this place. I haven’t gotten my eyebrows waxed in years because Ive never had a good outcome. Susianne is amazing and always makes my eyebrows look awesome! Julia is also another awesome wax specialist! I would definitely recommend this place.

I love this place. They have a lovely environment and great staff. Prices are also great and the wax they use feels better than the traditional Waxing. I always had my appointment with Jamie. She is the best. Always has a smile on her face and is very caring. She always put up with my craziness. So every time I get my Brazilian I laugh and sweat uncontrollably and when the moment of truth comes I hold her hand so she cant pull the wax off. Now I relocated and I thought that they had a European Wax Center in El Paso, Texas. I was wrong. I would give anything to be back in Jamies care. Now who is going to put up with my uncontrollable laughing and sweating. European Wax Center come to El Paso, Texas PLEASE!!!!

I had an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed at 3:30pm, and when i arrived right on time I had to sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes. There was some hair left under my eyebrows after the waxing that the specialist could not get out with tweezers. i understand if she is not comfortable trying to get it out that she does not have to, so i just went home and finshed taking them out myself.

Personally, there isnt a legitament reason why a place of business should restrict you from making appointments. Especially when you ask the front desk staff to NOT book you appointments in advance without your consent. Will definitely shop around for a new waxing business to go to as soon as my packages are done.

Got a quote for 66 dollars over the phone, went down, when a finished they charged me 133.When I said that someone told me 66 for my service they didn’t even get interested in investigating the matter. I’m sure their service is good but this is so unprofessional.

I’ve gone to this location several times for eyebrow waxes. I don’t know if things have changed since my last appointment, but the girl at the desk was awful. I mentioned I saw a promo running on my social media that if you mention “bride” you’d get 20% off. She told me she had no idea and I could call her manager tomorrow to ask. Not a blink of effort to look and confirm the discount or ask anyone else. Then when I asked her to add tip on my cc, which I’ve always done in the past, she told me it was cash only. I don’t know if this was true or not, but there was no advanced notice of that. And to add to it, the woman waxing my eyebrows didn’t say more than 2 words to me.Maybe it was just an off day but I think I’ll look elsewhere for my waxing needs. Just was disappointed in the lack of knowledge and customer service of the staff.

I love going to EWC in Westborough. Extremely friendly and professional staff. I see Jamie every four weeks and she does a fantastic job!

The front receptionist is rude. She announces to the entire room why youre there, and she seems put off when you dont have an appointment (while European Wax advertises that walk-ins are welcome).I always have extra hairs left behind on my face where I dont when I go to other salons.Not worth the price (the wax is less painful than other places though).
