When I called to see how to sign up Adina was very helpful and explained the procedures to me. When I showed up to finish my application she got me out of there within 20 minutes with a job!! She was a pleasure to be around and made it less stressful!!

Just got done on the phone with Maxine was being accused of lying consistently being accused of coming up with excuses and made it seem like it was a privilege that she was trying to listen to my excuses extraordinarily rude and will be contacting corporate to find out what I can do about it

West valley branch is the worst one to date. and i have worked with like 4 offices. i am a great worker that makes peopleready a lot of money at times, yet when i need them to do the most basic part of their job they mess it up and blame me. i worked an assignment for FREE in November. they made a bunch of promises to pay me out and runaround until it was just forgotten.. im still bitter about it to this day and wished i had taken legal action. but instead i just stick to provo branch. Provo is the redeemer for this entire company in my eyes. wouldn’t recommend to anyone

DO NOT WORK HERE! They do not pay you!My husband worked and they called him the next day stating they were NOT going to pay him.These people are a joke!

I worked for people ready on and off for a year due to trying to establish a healthy foundation in the valley, since i moved from out of state. What i observed was most of the individuals i worked with had backgrounds, were drug addicts or homeless. Which reflected in turn how i was treated by those in the office. You arent taken seriously, your hours are always short and the work they have usually is work where you dont have a chance of progression, i was prevented from getting hired by companies that liked me. I suggest if you work there.... Do what you need to until you find work thats stable and where youre treated with respect, as i have. People ready should be nothing more than a temporary stop, if you have the clean record to go to other things.

I took my nephews to people ready in West valley UtThe assistant manager there was very rude and Short tempered both on the phone and especially in person. They gave me the run around and nobody new what was going on. When I called to express my concern about the lack of info we were given I was treated like I was in the wrong and the lady wouldnt even listen to me. She would tell me I was lying. And she knew she gave me all the right information. And I tried to tell her she wasnt the one I spoke to. She just continued to talk over me and even threatened to call police. .Im just trying to show my nephews what its like to put in a hard days work and get paid for it and instead all they saw was a woman with a bad attitude and no willingness to help resolve this issue

This place will never pay you on time!!!!!! Its a day labor business and people expect to be....PAYED DAILY....not the monday after friday and or......the next afternoon......people gotta eat...and they dont seem to care......most of the salt lake area branches......

Its a pretty good company because you can choose your own hours and they use advanced technology but sometimes some of the companies you work with refuse to pay you, throwing all of your hard work out the window. Some of the companies make you do the work anyway and then they dont pay you. And whats the point of that?

They really do suck at paying on time! They expect you to put your bills on hold. The only decent one that actually somewhat tries to help is marissa. Other than that they never answer the phone, And when They do answer they always say to wait on your pay and end up paying you late. You’ll get paid for some hours. And you got to keep calling back to get your full hours paid

Great place to work for, if you dont mind: showing up on time at 7:00 in the morning, ready and eager to go work hard at a job that was previously assigned to you, only to find out they went ahead and sent someone else in your place, with zero explanation even hinted at and no other jobs available; signing up for a job several days in advance, only to be removed from it by staff a few hours before the shift starts, again with no explanation; going into the office to talk about job opportunities, only to be ignored by staff for several minutes, interrupted by other employees who clearly arrived after you or are calling in, and treated like a mindless drone. As long as minor details like these dont bother you, youll love your experience here at the West Valley Peopleready branch!

I apply for a job that they were advertising, and they said they will do my background check and once it was done, they would give me a call and I never got a call. I call them again a few days later and they said background check was still running, now I just gave up. They have a bad management, I wouldnt recommend working for this company. I work here in past and there was a different lady sat there and she was very helpful, now it is bad.

Do not even bother with this company! We hired a guy to come on Saturday and he was a no show. They charge your card for 6 hours and then you will have to spend time getting it straightened out. I knew reading the reviews it was danger before my husband confirmed the job. WASTE OF TIME!!!

I think the labor commission should shut this place down! These peoples pay is terrible! They called me to work 10p.m. on a Friday night had me do physical labor n only paid $9.00 an HR. They dont give u lunch or a break. I told them I was pregnant n they still let me go 2 A labor job! I had 2 play fish to get a ride home @ 2:45 n the morning! Its a good thing this sweet soul helped me or me n my baby would probably be dead from exhaustion. I would not recommend this place to my enemy!!! Someone need to do something they treated us like a pack of slaves me n my Mexican employees!!! When I went in for my check it was $33.00 n they just took almost an 1hrs wage from me!!! I am so saddened by this type of treatment n America!!!

Honestly I just started here and they seriously have the HARDEST time paying you. Hours go missing, other employees have relationships with them and the clients that evolve drinking on the job site and when you find them out they tell you there are no jobs dont do it get a real job because this is NOT worth it. Go pan handle. You get more money and more honesty and integrity

Horrible temp agency to work for. Had 3 jobs cancelled last minute within the first two weeks. Also one other job fell through because the JobStack app they use cancelled it when the job really wasnt canceled. I actually lost money attempting to work here. Dont work here unless you absolutely have to.

The only decent person in the office is Dave. The rest are not competent to even do their job. I worked for the past 2 nights at The Salt Lake Bees. From9:30 until 1:00 a.m.. Everyone else got paid but me. Not cool at all. I will be turning them into The Corporate Headquarters in Tacoma, Washington and file a complaint there along with filing a complaint with the BBC.

Dont work here and dont hire them to do work for you. This company is a joke. The office staff is a joke, and 99% of the employees are a joke

Hands down the best branch iv have ever worked at the staff will bend over backwards to help you in anyway if you are a good worker all other branches should learn from this one

This place couldnt find you a job even if there was a McDonalds across the street. They like many other temp agencies make you take a meaningless test. That does nothing to prove if you are a good employee. Ya so I guess what im trying to get at is this: If you need a job this place is not for you.

My experience with this labor Redy is horrible, i spent more time and gas jumping over hoops for these A.holes than i got paid.... i lost money because of this TrueBlue. But i have to say The SLC branch is good and also the Sandy one. To top it all off one of their staff members is a discriminating pompous jerk.

Place should be shut down. Most the employees can’t keep professional. They won’t answer calls 1 hour after opening, and 1 hour before closing. Expect the most from you but can’t even pay on time. Also blacklist employees, that’s why they’ll ask for your name before telling you if they have jobs.

I have worked off and on with LaborReady for a year. They have work everyday, they help you get to the job site if you dont have transportation. They give you gas money if you give others a ride to the jobsite. They supply your personal protective equipment if you dont have any. They work with your schedule; day, evening and night shifts, one day jobs, short term projects, part time, temp to hire positions and full time work. They are more understanding than other agencies Ive gone through. They pay you everyday once you get your ticket back to the office, or get your hours faxed in. They are nice and respectful. They really have helped me alot, before LaborReady I was putting in dozens of applications going to interview after interview, and not getting the jobs due to lack of experience. Labor Ready put me to work right away and gave me experience in many different occupations now when I apply and interview at companies I actually have value to the employers, I easily find work. The pay isnt always great ($8 to $12 usually), and some of the work is difficult but they will keep you working if you are reliable and show honest effort.

The girl with red hair doesnt pay attention and sent my pay to an overdue account like i said not to.

So website says there open on Saturdays but have been calling and even drove down there and there closed was trying to call to see why I have not been paid for yesterdays work so now Im stuck with an extra 30 dollar late fee on my rent thanks peopleready really shows how professional you guys are.

These fools couldnt direct you to a jobsite if their life depended on it,they Give you an address and purposely get you lost so you can waste gas,and miss out on a job,
