Great staff. They were very helpful with what I needed to know and were forward with everything. They installed a Boss Audio System BCPA9 9 single din stereo with backup camera. They were quick but took their time. Would definitely go back again for their services. Very professional and the setup ended up looking flush and clean.

I had an issue with my other headunit I bought from them, Jesus didnt even think twice by when he told me I had warranty still and got me a new one, I highly recommend them if your looking for some affordable equipment

Came in looking for a head unit, was hoping they sold used but they did not. But honestly after reading the three 1 star reviews down below, I just might go back to Pacific Audio and buy my Head Unit from them instead of getting it on Amazon. Those people that left those 1 star reviews are internet trolls and those reviews should be taken off. I hope they Read this so they can see how pathetic and cheap they are. I am a waiter and its people like that who come in, order something very expensive and eat the whole meal and then throw a piece of there hair oh the plate and say they found a hair in there food. So I have to comp the plate, then they pay the remaining portion. leave and dont even leave a tip or they leave $1 (which is an insult in my industry)PACIFIC AUDIO, I Will BE IN TODAY, or TOMORROW TO BUY WHAT I NEED FROM YOU.

This shop is amazing. They got me in wishing a few days and got my full system and overhead tv installed. I’m in love with their work they did on my car. Next is window tinting. They were tinting a car while I was there and it turned out amazing. That’s my next appointment that I’m getting done on Monday. Shout out to the owner who personally helped with the installation and was very polite and professional.

Such an amazing place. They got me in and did an amazing job on a custom box for me. They are better priced than other shops around and the owner even took time to help with the installation. So professional and such great quality from them. I 100% recommend them for any and all your necessities.

Great experience at Pacific Audio. They talked me through the options for my stereo upgrade and I was able to get just what I wanted. installation was quick and finished just as promised. Very reasonable price too.

I called the store today to ask if they are able to hook up any of the electrical aspects of connecting some LED lights on a custom built rack and the guy on the phone said come on in for an estimate.They said come in for an estimate. I don’t live close, so it was a out of my way to drive to them. However, with a great reference and star rating, it should be worth it.When I got inside the store and asked again, he said we are like 3 weeks behind on appointments right now. I asked if he was the guy I spoke to on the phone when I called earlier and he said no, tilt was another guy.So long story short.Not worth the drive!

These dudes are the absolute best. I’ve been in the auto sound system game for a while now, and I’ve never seen prices like these; nor have I seen someone do such a clean job so FAST! Would give 0 if I could. Tried to verify exactly what I needed before i got there and they told me the wrong things. Got the right things and tried to reschedule my appointment but then they ghosted me like a 13 year old girl who found found a new crush. I would go somewhere that feels more professional and might have a warranty in the contract.

This place is excellent. Talked to me about options over course of couple days. When I was ready they took me in same day and stayed a little late just to finish. Job is professional. I got an alarm installed on my car from these guys and lets just say theyve got the best prices around the valley. I called the more known shops and got quotes ranging from $1,200 to $600 and that was just a basic alarm with remote start. I really wanted a compustar system due to the versatility vs other alarms on the market. Jesus got me hooked up and I couldnt be happier. He got the job done fast and I havent had any problems what so ever. Its a one stop shop for car upgrades. They do tinting, car audio, and alarms at a VERY affordable price with QUALITY work. Thats hard to find now a days. The only con I can see people having is the locating but dont let that scare you away. Theyre very friendly people. Definitely coming back for future business.

Very good price, very good quality. I have had the tint for about 6 months, and there have been no bubbles, scratches, peeling, or anything. Nice man and cute family. They got me in and out quickly (within 2-3 hours) and he was very courteous.

The ONLY shop open in Utah on a sunday. The work was done perfessionally and extremely well. I was able to drive into the shop and have my amp and sub installed that day, no waiting, no reservations. Best part is they charged me a 1/3 of best quoted price. Love these guys they rock!
