It was my first time going there. The staff was super friendly and loaded me up with food. Cant say thanks enough.
Good customer service
With 6 kids during covid we needed to get a little help. I spent an hour in the line of cars. I get to the lady and I explain to her my childrens birth certificates were lost in a storage unit we have lost this year. She says without documents we cant help you. I said Ok I wish i would have known that. And she decides to add... Even if you had all your documents we couldnt help you today anyway. Great! Thanks! Now I have to drive away with my 6 kids in back asking why we waited all that time in car during the hottest part of the day and got nothing. I went there because I saw their story on the news. But the expectation of those seeking help should be more clear. Or maybe first time visitors should be logged in a computer and helped one time without documents to allow the parents time to provide documents.
Help when needed would recommend Don t be afraid to ask for help
They helped us when we liven in my
Great place to donate
An absolute joke and I burned my afternoon. I have a cake, some pies, and two crates of vegetables. The frozen stuff I may be able to do something with, but...holy cow, who was working? I dont know whether to laugh or cry.
The wait was kinda long. Not to bad though. 35 minutes. You dont pick any food your self. They gave me 3 bags of potato chips... But hey. In a bind they are very nice and you get alot! You can only once a month, need Id first visit. Proof of address and income on second..
Whats not to love about free food for those in need. Try not to show up until (at least) an hour after they open their door for the day. You WILL just wait pointlessly otherwise.
Great place for families in need.
Pretty fast, most of the time. Give some good food.
Its good to know when you have some place to help when times are hard. I am a grateful person so please dont take what Im about to say wrong my experience with the place has been fast in and out. now unfortunately the food has been expired not no longer preferred for human consumption. The people that work there are going to kill someone with the spoiled food that they give out. When i got home i would say more then 75% of what they gave me i had to through out. I understand that its donated but there should be some kind of guidelines at what they can give people cuz here I thought I have some food for my family only to get home and find out it was all garbage
You will wait a long time, if you want to be up towards the front of the line and get first picks. I go in around 11:30 or 12:00, and they start serving after the truck gets unpacked, between 1:30 and 2:30. Its worth it to me, I get an over flowing grocery cart every month with fresh produce, frozen meats, breads, and lots of shelf stable products. Bring a book or something to pass the time, if you show up at 1:30, the line is out the door.
Very little nutritious food. Came home with tons of pastries. Did have t.p. thought
My housing case worker was warm and helpful. She explained to me what I needed to get possible housing. I left with a positive feeling from her.
Great free food for anyone
Nice to get food
Very sweet people they do a great job. When you sign up for CAP they get your paperwork done quick. Load you up with lots of food even when its for a single family.
Food was ok not bad but they should have healthier food choices

They give you lots of food but the wait is long and sometimes the workers are not very friendly but its help when needed
Great for that day or two days worth of food to get by.
Great if you like expired food
Food bank in Magna was shut down. The assistance on Main Street is not supported. This is the closest food bank to Magna yet they want to send people who cannot afford to travel to Midvale. Defies logic.....
Very nice, gave us a ton of food!! Must go again
They changed the schedule and hours. The last 2 times we went they ran out of food. I work so I dont have time to come back another day.
Great staff
Very busy place and easily accessible.
Make sure that you check ahead for what documentation you might need make sure that they serve your ZIP code and find out if theyre open on the hours that you need to be there they fluctuate and sometimes run out of food so its best call ahead
