I had made a reservation for this past weekend 5/18/19. At last minute I was able to get a hold of someone who let me know their sister had an emergency and never let them know off my reservation. I had texted her pretty early and she did not even have the courtesy to let me know to contact someone else from their business to figure out what time they would be coming to set up. Pretty bad experience with Titas Bouncer, I had reserved with 1 week advancement. Luckily I was able to get another company to set it up for my sons birthday party.
