They kicking out a family that is living here already they bought another home (sold the one they were living in) they moved into the one they just bought and just paid this months rent just to be told they don’t have enough credit, seriously!?? They were paying 2 rents for a while and they weren’t told that! But all of a sudden they don’t qualify? That’s not fair at all ! They have really poor management They feel they just being racially targeted!!!

I lived at Windsor Estates for the past 10 years, and loved living there. Before I moved into this community I checked out like what seemed all the communities in west valley, and really liked this one. Management has tried to do its best keep it looking good. I like the fact that it is a peaceful community and we dont have to worry about a tow truck booting your car if you leave it out front for even 5 minutes like in other communities. Dont listen to the negative reviews, A few years ago we had a BAD manager that let in any crackhead live here without doing the proper background checks, the current manager is trying her best to get them all out and for all I know, those are the ones that have already gotten evicted and now are writing the bad reviews. I am sure this community will be what it once was once they are all gone. Only complaint, and reason for my 4 stars, street lamps that are out need to be FIXED PLEASE!

Terrible place, changed hands several times, they fraudulently removed mine and my husbands names from the lease and put our daughter without her signature, you cant have ANYTHING in your yard, and the home next door burned down because of illegal immigrants activity, the management was suppose to help us replace our siding but never did, now current management threatens us monthly. There has been several murders here and if you are white, you are singled out.Update:All the warnings and complaints we got, we had lived there 11 years. Suffered fire damage to our home that was due to illegals lighting fireworks at off times.And out of curiosity I drove past our former home and they have toys and clutter and all the stuff that they complained on us about. Guess its because they are immigrants and they matter... Unlike the white folks

Its nice but I would never buy a trailer it manufactured home at this place to only be buying not only your trailer but you also bought a lot payment to go with it

I have been living 2 years in this place and I had never spent today with his new manager who is a person who can not speak no says that if you do not pay today the $ 35 late fee I will take a lawyer I explain wait for the next check and do not repeat the same you have to pay today! if you do not pay, you will have to pay $ 35 per day that is the same for everyone who lives here!! I do not understand if this person wants to extract more money from people but I hang up the phone and answer only unprofessional and so ridiculous people if they think about living here think about it because the manager is unwilling to help them if for a reason they can not pay today the late fee.

Cant say much but Id rather own a tralor n pay the rests instead otherwise Id stay in hotels until u found the perfect place to have my 3kids n my wife sit at that court n not be able to make ends meet just live with having the bar minimum

Lived here with my father for 2 years close to 19 years ago. The place used to be family friendly, clean and the pool available during the summer. I dont think Ive seen that thing open but twice in 17 years. Their lot rates keep rising, their rules are out of control, the management is unfriendly, un-involved and gestapo like, the state of the park is filthy and has earned the title of trailer trash. I feel VERY unsafe here and we used to sit outside and visit with neighbors during the summer. Now I dont feel comfortable going out at night to get into my car. Trying to get dad out of there before he winds up a victim of crime. In two months Ive seen or heard of no less than 15 instances where the police have had to be called or were already involved.

Places like this should be demolished to build a senior living, this place has had meth labs, shootings, fights, not to mention the management is impossible to deal with, their hours are from 8 til 6 and you can never catch them after 5 and theyre always in a bad mood. Management it is Not the residents fault youre stuck working in a no future business

Wont let you in with bad credit even if you can pay off your house.

If Youre looking for a safe place to live this play is not it i lived here about 3 years and saw shootings, swat team taking people out of their houses, crazy neighbors yelling in the middle of the night, and I should mention I got 3 bikes stolen from this place this place should change its name to ghettoville mobiles

This place is the worst in west valley to live in The managers are horrible people wont even hear if you have a suggestion or complaint if the management is the worst just imagine how horrible will be living here

Scenery is gorgeous around the area

This place has one of the most dishonest mánagement, they Will try to use any type of excuse to kick you out of their premises and keep your mobile home do not trust this place
