The alphagraphics team was great to work with and made ordering business cards super easy and stress free.

I have been hosting a neighborhood 4th of July parade for 33 years. I went there, as I have for the past several years, to get 150 copies made. Those 150 copies will yield 600 flyers to pass out. The bill came to over $42. I was perplexed because in past years it has been under $20 for the same amount of flyers. The gal said that the computer figures the cost. Well the computer was charging for 600 copies instead of the 150. I was able to get the charge reduced to $27 but I dont understand the mathematics behind this one and math is my strong suite.

Yet another incompetent AlphaGraphics. Management was severely lacking in customer service. Didnt know how to print a photo on an 8.5x11. Was told they only print on 12x18, and was repeatedly asked to understand how I do my job, and they printed more than I asked (for which I had to pay). Its sad when a customer knows more about file handling and printing than the printshop employees and managers. Dont waste your time here.

I really like the staff at this Alpha Graphics. They know me by name and are always there to help. I like the cleanliness of their lobby and the organization in the print rooms. I had a little mishap last time with me not receiving a quote or proof before the job was printed and I ultimately had to refuse the job. Other than this they are great and I will continue to use them.

I have used other locations of Alpha Graphics and been highly pleased, so I was not hesitant to try the WV location. However my experience was less than what I have come to expect from other locations. Our company placed an order almost 2 weeks ago. We requested a phone call when the order was completed and it never came. I called to follow up on the order almost 10 days after it was placed and no one could find the order. I went to the store and spent close to 30 minutes while they tried to find it. I was told it was delivered, which it was not. They suggested reproducing the job, which would have been great! However after they discovered the amount of copies the order contained, I was told that would not be an option. Luckily the job was located under the counter they first checked when I arrived. To their credit the job looks great and was run to our expectations, however the run around has been frustrating and costly.

From the very first phone call to the day we picked up our delivery truck newly wrapped with our amazing logo and marketing messages, our experience with AlphaGraphics West Valley was amazing. Everyone on the staff was very engaged and attentive to our needs. They helped us choose the right product for us and helped guide the design so that we got the most bang for our buck. We are so pleased with the exceptional workmanship and quality of the product used. This was a fairly large expenditure for us and we were concerned about making the right choices. Years ago I decided never to do business again with AlphaGraphics after a number of bad experiences (at other locations).A few weeks ago my boss asked me to get a copy of this large portrait of the companies founders from years ago that was printed on some kind of hard backed material. I tried a number of different printing places with no luck at all and no recommendations on what to try instead.Skip ahead to today, Im randomly driving past this location and decided I may as well give this all one more shot. I go in and show Brian (Johnson?) the picture and ask if theres anything he can do. Unfortunately, he didnt have the right kind of scanner for this thing. He excused himself for a moment made some calls and had everything set up for me to get copies of it made.Hes definitely got my business in the future and Im recommending everyone I know to go to him as well.Tl:dr this location is the best and Brian(Im pretty sure his last name was Johnson, sorry if Im wrong) is awesome and will earn your business for the long term.

All the good reviews on Yelp and Google bring me here. A lot of people compliment them for the quick response but I guess I was not chosen to be treated the same way. The quoting process takes them 4 days. Came in the office twice and asked for someone else who could assist immediately rather than waiting for the same girl to keep delaying. Got told that its the best to wait for the girl to come back because she knows it better. Ok?! Another thing is they put on yelp the coupon to redeem but when I brought that up, none of them had an idea of it. Anyway, I need my things to be done asap so not gonna waste my time at this place anymore. I do own a business that requires a frequent massive printing job so if they dont appreciate a new business, Ill walk away and never come back. (y)

Please, If you are going to use Alpha Graphics for any reason PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to the Orem, Ut Branch and ask for Howard Starr.Story goes as follows;I needed some inserts for a product I make and business cards for my business all in which I needed for a trade show I was going to.The West Valley location is near my house and was convenient for me to do drop offs and pick ups.I gave my insert files to them to have printed, cut and folded. I didnt have my file from my artist for my business cards at the time. Thank God.The first print sample they gave me was way too small so i asked for one printed to size of the file.The second print they gave me printed grey and splotchy when it needed to be Black.I asked for one where it would print black and they stated that that is the best their printer could do for a proof.I needed these for the next day so I signed off on the proof and hoped for the best.I work in Orem and later that day received the file for my file for business cards.I called Howard at the Orem location and he jumped through hoops to get proofs printed and the order finished the same day for me.Not only does the Orem location jump for their customers but they printed my Business with black ink and they look perfect.So the nail in the coffin came in the form of a survey from AG West Valley and I put on the survey that I was not happy.I then received a call from Gail Singley who I think is their Business Development Manager asking for a recall of what happened with my experience. I explained the whole situation to her and even followed it up by sending he copies of the products both West Valley and Orem printed.I followed up with her (me calling her) to make sure she had received the envelope containing the products that were not only printed without the correct color but also folded incorrectly or crooked.She stated that she did and would have to follow up with me, due to the fact she was working on a project for a bigger client.I again followed up with her a few weeks later and she still didnt have time for me.She said that I would not need to call her again as she would follow up with me.This all took place in April and now here it is August and I still have had no resolution to this matter.Again if you are going to use AG for anything PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to Orem and ask for Howard Starr. It is worth the drive and they will jump through hoops for you.
