JB Lawn put in some main water lines for my sprinkler system and some landscape rock.. Work was great. I have a leaking Back Flow Preventer and Valve box. Tried and Tried to contact Jonathon, I have texted him, Left him Voicemails since first of July 2021. He has ghosted me to do any kind of warranty work. Would I use them again ABSOLUTELY NOT.... do great work. More expensive than others but thought they would be better. But they are not...

I have worked with JB Lawn Works for years and they have been awesome. If there is an issue, I tell them about it and they fix it, no excuses, they just fix it. I highly recommend them for your property maintenance needs.

I am surprised to read past reviews. I hired JB Lawnworks to do the site work for a public art project (up on Capitol Hill, check it out!) The works was out of their purview by a long measure and they rose to the occasion big time. They excavated, poured concrete footings, laid curved and complex paver design, even helped install bronze!!! And THEN they did the irrigation/sod (I shouldnt comment on that yet as sod goes in tomorrow). They compensated for the poor work of 2 different concrete subcontractors (SCW and Aguilars I think were the names of the shoddy concrete work) and got every dimension within almost an 1/8. They were fun to work with, Jonathan and Kim are hilarious together and the rotating crew is all interesting and great. The project is nearly done and they have not billed a cent yet. They are not charging for the time it took to correct subcontractor failure, of course theyre billing the subcontractor. The work is affordable (assuming no shocking surprises in billing, but Jonathan has told me when anything may cost more than his estimate and allowed me to say yes or no to those changes). The work is goooooood. They say you only get 2 of the 3: good, cheap, fast. We got good and affordable. Fast it was not. I did have to do some calling to find out when and where and how work would continue, so be prepared to be involved, but Jonathan was always responsive to me if not always proactive in communication. I wish JB Lawnworks nothing but the best, more work, and appreciative customers with interesting problems to solve. They have a strict eye for quality if you insist on it.
