These guys are the absolute worst !!! I waited 2 hours just so he could tel me it was broken and he’d call me when he was ready!!! These guys really made the issue worse

We had this company come out and rekey (RE-KEY) our business and they basically stole $1200.00 from us. They where told to make a NEW MASTER Key to fit all the locks and they failed to do so. They rekeyed the entire building using an existing key that we where trying to eliminate due to missing keys from former employees. They argued and said they would not come back and did what was asked. They said they would return for an additional charge of about $800. They original quote was $900 to $1000 and asked for a cash discount. I was billed an additional $200-$300. Wow what a cash discount. DO NOT USE THEM. Bobs Safe and Locksmith came in and did the job right for a fraction of this company.
