The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I asked them for an earlier date if possible, and as soon as there was an opening, they got me in.

I have been going to My Hearing Centers for around 10 years now. My husband won on the radio a free hearing evaluation and thats how I got started. They are working on my third pair of hearing aids now. My first pair I lost one in a parking lot, and it was ran over by a car. They replaced my smashed hearing aid. I would recommend My Hearing Center to anyone needing help with their hearing. They listen to your concerns and work to make sure you hear what youre missing. I have a new Grandson and I didnt hear him fussing when others did, that was it I needed new and stronger hearing aids. They knew my history and got started on my new ones. Next time I will hear my Grandson waking up and I will be the first one there to pick him up.** I had a follow up and cleaning appointment 5/17/21. They take such good care of me and my new ears (thats what I call my new hearing aids). I am still hearing everything I need and want to hear. Thank you my Grandson thanks you too!!!

It did not matter which office that I was in, that I received the best service and the staff from each of the offices were very professional. They took the time to help me with my concerns. Mark, in the West Valley office, was so gentle in removing the ear piece from one of my ears. What a guy!!!! I was in to see Mark Blau on August 27th and I appreciated the time he took to explain all of my options to me. He suggested that I see an ENT which I did and in the end I will be reaching out to Mark for further care and at this point I wouldnt consider going anywhere else because he truley did treat me like family and I trust him and when it comes to your hearing you owe it to yourself to do what feels right! I would recommend My Hearing Centers detailed testing to anyone and Mark was a definite plus.

OK, Im impressed. I really wasnt sure about a place that I originally saw advertised on tv, money back guarantee or not. Scams are rampant, we all know that.But, my husbands hearing aids were old and just werent doing their job any more. This place promised satisfaction, so might as well try. They offer a 30 day no risk trial. So, lets give it a shot.First of all, we were impressed by the thorough hearing exam by the board certified audiologist. Then came the sales pitch. He had five different hearing aids to offer and did not push one over the other, but rather answered questions about each and let my husband decide. 0% financing is available through a well known bank.It takes what it takes to fit the individual person so they can hear clearly again. By week three, I was ready to give up, when he found the sweet spot and my husband was able to hear with ease. We know that we can go back for adjustments at any time.Why didnt I go with 5 stars? Its expensive! Their markup is high. I suppose its worth it, but 4 stars is still damn good!

I had an amazing experience today at the West Valley City office. My dog had found my hearing aid that had been knocked off late at night a few days ago and chewed off the receiver. I called earlier in the day but got the voice mail, thinking about it being Veterans Day I left a message. On my way home from work a little before 6:00 P M Tiffany called and said she had just got to my message and said she was still there. I said I wasn’t far away and could stop if she was still going to be there. She said she’d wait for me so I hurried and was able to get my hearing aid fixed tonight and at a very fair price. I love this place.When I first thought about getting hearing aids I went to a couple of places and tried them for a few days. I wasn’t happy and in fact thought the made my hearing worse. I heard an add on the raidio and for some reason I called and made an appointment.I meet with Mark Blau and we talked about my other experiences. He gave me a test and fitted me with a pair to try. Thinking here we go again I went home sat down and turned the tv on. I said to my wife and daughter, is this they way we have been watching tv for years they said yes, I said I’m sorry. It was so loud it was uncomfortable. I feel bad I put them through that for years.Mark and Tiffanee are so great to work with over the last two and a half years they have been there with every question and need I’ve had and taken care of my like family(maybe better)It has changed my life for the better. I didn’t think it would make that big of a difference.Don’t wait if you think you might need hearing aids, you do. Go see Mark and Tiffanee they will get it rightRonnie Thompson
