Metro Transportation- some of the kindest customer service that I’ve seen in years! I’ve only been using them for my mother for a month but I must say the call takers and drivers are so kind and helpful! Whoever is in charge there is doing such a great job!

I have a wide wheelchair and they have been sending me a van with a very narrow ramp or they send me a sedan. I have quit transferring into and out of their vehicles due to my conditions which make me fall. But they are still sending me vehicles that dont work with my wheelchair. They should not accept assignments if they dont have the appropriate vehicles. The drivers have been nice and are also baffled by this.

I am so happy to have them as my ride to and from the doctors appointment. Ali is a great driver, who treats me with respect and he is a good lustlist 👍! Thank you for your service!

You really need to get your act together! My mother in calls Logisticare for rides and you guys send the WRONG kind of transportation to her and so she ends up cancelling doctors appointments :/You deserve less than a star for how you treat my mother in law but a star is the least I can give!

Dont bother with this place. They wont return phone calls or emails. I guess they dont care.
