Ariana is great! She installed a screen protector on my new phone. Flawless, it was installed right on the money. I only had to wait about 20 minutes because they were very busy but that still an hour sooner than what T-Mobile can produce in that same strip mall. I should’ve just declined the screen protector option from T-Mobile and I picked it up at tricked out accessory’s in the first place. I’ll never make that mistake again.

As soon as I walked in and started to actually look at things an associate came and asked what kind of thing I was looking for and as I was looking at the pop sockets he brought me the options they had for the kind of phone case I was looking for. I was able to find a case I loved quickly that also matches my phone and looks amazing with the pop socket I chose.

I have been to this location countless times I enjoyed the staff. Until this particular time, I was refused service to my company phones.The staff refused to help me even though I have spent thousands with five business phone cables for all my vehicles and warranty glass I purchase for each new phone through this company.The way I was treated, I cannot recommend this company location. I cannot return as I was treated rudely and unfairly

Same day repair in an hour for a broken screen on Samsung galaxy S20 Ultra, a lot of other places were either more pricey or dont do samsungs at all.

Denice was quick to get our screen protectors replaced. Did a great job. Good service, good warranty.When we got our newest phones, Wilson helped us with new screen protector bundles. It was close to closing time. But he was friendly and helpful and got us taken care of quickly.

We had bought a screen protector at 49.99 and we were told that when the screen protector cracked, I could get it replaced for 10.00, unlike Verizon when we bought the same package from them they said that they dont do that so I went to Tricked out Accessories where they had no argument about replacing my screen. I will remember to go to them for my future purchases instead of Verizon
