The guy who fixed my phone was super professional and the timing worked out perfect. I only had about a 30 minute wait between when I got there to pick it up and having it back in perfect shape. 10 out of 10 would go to him again for future repairs. The price was reasonable too; cheaper than buying a new phone without worrying about losing any of my stored info or the hassle of transferring it all to a new one. My experience was great! Parts availability and shipping on a current model phone can be frustrating, but a far cry out of Charlies control. I took my phone in to have the back plate replaced, and Charlie had it up and going in the committed time frame of 1 hour. I got it back and was happy with the quality of repair he performed. He let me know that there have been rare cases of the adhesive letting up, and said he stands behind his work and to bring it in if I have any issues at all. I feel he is a committed business owner to his clientele, and striving to keep his customers happy. The absolute worst technical support/customer service experience I have ever had. My laptop wouldnt charge and I assumed the battery was fried; I brought it here from a reference and was told it would be fixed in a week. I picked it up a week later, went home to charge it, same problem.I brought it back a little frustrated and was told that it wasnt actually the battery that had been the problem, but the charging port. I was told he would order one and have it ready the following Tuesday, after Memorial Day. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday go by, and I dont get a call. Finally, on Friday, I call and am told its almost ready to pick up. I got it back and it had *the exact same problem.*At this point I had spent over $200 and waited roughly a month to have my laptop fixed only for literally *nothing* to have been done to it. I returned and confronted the owner about this unacceptable service and demanded my money back.Heres where it gets really hilarious: once I got upset, the owner told me he isnt intimidated by angry customers. In fact, he told me, if I went on Google and read his reviews, I would see that *lots* of people get angry with him, and he said thats because some people cant handle how honest and plainspoken he is. *He actually said this.*But wait, it gets better; I was also told that this whole situation was sort of *my* fault because I had come in initially asking for a new battery because I figured that was the problem. Hey, friend, the entire reason people come to a place like this is because we dont *really* know whats wrong with our stuff. A 5-second diagnostic was apparently beyond the abilities of the 20-year consumer electronics professional.I estimate I spent between $200 and $300 at this utterly incompetent place. I was told that under absolutely no circumstances would I be refunded so if a dozen or so of you considering coming here could go somewhere else and deprive this con artist of every cent I gave him, that would really help me out. Charlie was a savior! I had a cracked screen and a really weird problem where people couldn’t hear me during calls/FaceTime and he fixed it! He worked really hard to get it done before I left on a big trip and I really appreciated his speed and quality work.

Disappointing beyond belief, just got my phone back, took it in for a cracked screen and got it back all torn apart, yes the screen got fixed but now the phone integrity is compromised as hell, no longer water proof thats for sure, you can clearly see the glue they use and the phone is overheating like crazy. Its not the first time this happens, years ago I took my blackberry key one and the same thing happened. Dont waste your time and money, I can almost asure youll be better off buying the piece and doing it yourself.

After searching all over I was able to find this business! I have a Stylo 6, no one in most of Utah will fix it but he can! I loved the caring and support he gave me even though he is busy. Clear expectations when it came to timeframe and price, pricing is great, and hes extremely nice!

It took 3 weeks to get my tablet back for a new charging port and a new battery. My tablet was 100% when I left the shop but only 1% when I got home. I still have not been able to get my Kindle back which was on when I dropped off the tablet and off when I picked it up.

I would highly recommend here coming here for phone repairs. First off, when I called for a quote,I was given two options and not pushed to choose the more expensive option. Second, I was able to get my phone fixed quickly. I called on a Saturday evening, after closing, and they were able to have my phone fixed by Monday afternoon. Third, I appreciated that even as I called after hours on Saturday, they took my call, provided a quote, and ordered the new screen. I will keep coming back here for any repairs that come up.

I brought in an Android tablet over the summer that had a broken mini usb charging port.My kids had broken it when they wanted to charge it. I called a few places to see if they could help me fix it and most of them said they couldnt do that kind of repair because it would require soddering.I found one other place that says they could do it but they told me theyd have to ship it to their headquarters and it could take up to a month for the repairs.When I called Action Link they quoted me for a third of the price the other company gave me. They also said theyd have it back in just a few days.It is a tricky repair and a few unexpected things came up because the tablet had more damage than wed realized.But action link got it fixed for me and its been about two months with no problems. They only charged me what they originally quoted me.I was so relieved I didnt have to replace the entire tablet. Ill definitely be back in the future and would recommend them to anyone

Charlie did a fairly good job on the USB microport but he did melt my front facing camera and ruined the rear camera it got blurry, working completely fine before hand, he was trying to outsmart me that he had adhesive covering the camera turns out he melted the camera. i had to push him to replace the front camera which he did took him longer than a week but he never replaced my rear camera please just be upfront about whatever parts you ruined, i had to get another camera for the rear one because he was refusing to change it, which is a bummer. i had to spend extra money out of my own pocket for his mistake. when i took it back he was refusing to fix it because i gave him a 1 star review in google.

Just picked up my daughters Kindle Fire for the second time (shes rough in devices, man!) I have been looking everywhere for someone to fix my Motoz4 and needed it immediately for work. Lisi, was really kind and helpful and they found the screen I needed even though it’s really difficult to find. She even called Charlie (I think the manager or owner) who I spoke to as well because I need it ASAP. Absolutely trash. Dropped off the phone to get the screen fixed and got it back in worse condition. It doesnt even turn on anymore. I paid $50 when I dropped it off and didnt pay anything when I picked it up because my $150 phone doesnt work. Would have rather kept the broken screen and my $50. They also kept the phone for over 2 months. I didnt hear a single thing from them. I finally called and some kid answered the phone stating that he didnt work on the phones and didnt know the progress of it. He had a nasty attitude and wouldnt give me his name.

I called 6 times and got no answer during posted business hours so first impressions were in the negative zone which made me not even want to try again

I drove 60 miles to have my screen fixed on my iPhone 7 Plus because Action Link seemed to be the best deal. I was told it could be done in an hour and ended up waiting about 2 hours. When the screen was replaced it all seemed fine but later that day the screen stopped working and kept freezing. I called and was able to get the screen warrantied but I had to drive the 60 miles a second time. A few days later the warrantied screen did the same thing as the first one. I was happier with my original cracked screen that at least worked. Next time I will spend the extra money and have somewhere closer do it faster.

Actionlink Wireless is great! Theyre one of the only companies that fix my phone, and by doing so, they saved me 3+ weeks of waiting for Motorola to do it. They did the repair quickly, were straightforward, and were so affordable. Also, they were the only ones who buy parts direct and they offer a year warranty instead of only 90 days. 10 out of 10 would recommend and come here again.

SERVICE COMPLETEDI called Wednesday about getting my phone screen replaced (LG Q7+). The man I spoke with was very friendly and helped me. He ordered my screen and i paid extra to overnight it. The next day i went in to drop my phone off. Mind you, this entire time Ive been scared because of the bad reviews Ive read but i understood tech things can be tricky and just hoped there would be no issues with my service.I came back 2 hours later and my phone was done, but unfortunately my fear came true. My new screen works until i turn it off. After that, it wont work anymore. I immediately showed it to the man and he hard reset it and it did the same thing. The screen would work until I turned it off. Then no more. Well he then told me to drain the battery until it dies then charge it because its usually the battery. So he had me leave the store even though the screen was not working properly. Although he did say to call him the next day if the issue is still there.Sure enough, today I call and let him know the problem is persisting. (Ive had to hard reset my phone about 10 times just to use it). He said hell order a new screen but i can come in today so he can open it up again and see if he catches anything. So i went in, he cleaned everything, and the problem still persisted. This time he sent me home with the screen again thats not properly working saying to give it some time - like 30 minutes. But did still reassure me that the second screen is on its way and will be here Monday.-------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, to my surprise, he was right. I left my phone screen on so it wouldnt shut off overnight, and sure enough it started working normally again. I had my doubts but its working fine and has been for 2 days now! Im happy to know the screen has a lifetime warranty too! Thanks action link wireless!

Totally fried my phones headphone port. The manager had the part I needed in stock so he was able to take my phone in and have it repaired in just over an hour. When I asked if there were any deals he was able to take a few more bucks off. Port works perfectly now. Almost half the price of some other repair stores I called. Really friendly guy. Highly recommended for premium customer service.

I have serious concerns about this place and what they do with the cell phone data. I had them change a broken screen and the guy asked for my password in the end “to test the touchpad” which was fine. I didn’t want to give it to him so I typed it in. He then took it to the back and said he needs to test it. After about 30 seconds, I realized this made no sense and I walked in the back and saw him looking at my screen, typing stuff and holding my phone under his desk- couldn’t tell if he had it tethered to something as well. But he looked super-guilty and startled, and then said he needed to make a quick call to test the sound. He called his personal cell phone but didn’t not test the sound. He then tried to hide the phone from me some more and finally gave it to me. I feel so violated. I’ll be investigating this - if he is installing spyware, stealing data, etc. May even report him to the police. No excuse for doing this.

Kinda and courteous, fixed my cracked screen with no issues and best price I could find. They give you very straight forward advise and try to get your phone or any kind of electronic device fixed as soon as possible. It is on a fist come first served basis but with phones they are pretty fast.

Had an appointment with Charlie at 10:00 AM. When I arrived, the doors were locked. I waited till 10:30 AM and nobody was there to open the business. I contacted Charlie via email around 10:10AM and got no reply. Looking through the window of the locked business, the place was a mess. Cell Phones all lover the floor, in boxes and so on. I realized then, I didnt want to do business with such a place due to 1: Cant be open when they say they will be open. 2: Afraid my data would be stolen from my phone. 3: Its obvious this business has no business skills or profession management.

Cell phones can be costly so buying used has its advantages, but also disadvantages as well. So when I bought a used phone only to find that it was unusable because it required a Google account login previously synced with the phone, and the seller now unreachable I was so disappointed for the phone cost half of a new one and I was out both $ and still left with no phone! I found action link online stating they can fix ALL SORTS of cell phone issues! Yeah! I called and Charlie gave me hope that it could be fixed at a VERY reasonable cost. They fixed my phone! Just here as a warning: I took my Google phone in to have the screen replaced. I was amazed at the customer service Charlie had as well as how fast they had the repair done. He even ordered the part and just had me bring my phone in when it came in, meaning I didnt have to go without my phone. Everything worked great! However, a few days later, a big green line popped up on the screen. Now the only problem was the green line, everything was still functioning. I called Charlie and he was great about working towards getting it fixed. He had tried to touch base with the company that made the screen, in Hong Kong. Unfortunately this was around Chinese New Year and they were closed for almost the entire month. When I did take the phone in, Charlie shipped the screen off to be tested for defectiveness. A few weeks later, the test came back positive. The warranty replaced my screen and Charlie put the screen back on. Although the timing was inconvenient and slightly frustrating, I again was pleased with the screen and the way it looked. However, when I tried to play music, or someone tried to call me, or I tried to set an alarm, no sound was made out of the bottom ringer. Also, the top speaker would start loud and then go soft. I called Charlie and left a voicemail that same night. The next day I went in and his employee informed me that they go nowhere near the speakers and that I would hear from Charlie the next business day. He didnt call me and so I called the next morning. I was informed there was no problem with my phone, other than the bottom speaker was completely out. He tried to tell me he could just replace that and it would solve the problem. However, when I called Google themselves, as well as Verizon and several other repair shops, and consulted on internet communities, they told me that was not the case. It was most likely a transistor that often gets bumped off when disconnecting the display and if this was the case, the motherboard would need to be replaced. Charlie told me everything looked fine. So, I came and got my phone and figured it wouldnt be worth my time or energy to prove it to him that something was wrong. When I took it to the only Google certified store in Utah, they opened it up, noticed the transistor was broken off and that the adhesive that had been used had caused additional damage. They even brought it out to show me, and Im no cell phone guru, or really know anything but even I could see what they were talking about. Im having them do any further repairs.

Charlie was fantastic!! I took my phone in to see if they could repair the FRP lock. Charlie fixed it same day and I had a great phone. For some reason after updating some apps the phone stopped working again. I texted Charlie and he said to bring it back! He fixed it again and the phone is working fantastic!! He is so nice and really understanding. He even tried to fox my husbands phone...its worse than I thought and we had a free replacement. If not, I would have spent the money for Charlie to fix it!!
