Pacific Office has been great to work with! Garrett was very responsive and attentive to our needs and budget--we added an additional printer with essentially no increase to our monthly cost! Highly recommended.

DONT DO ITCan I give negative stars??If I could warn even just one company off from working with Pacific Office... Of all the business operations headaches we have, PacOffice is the biggest. Their pricing is more than DOUBLE that of other firms in the Salt Lake area. Do some research. Their contracts are highway robbery, and they are completely unwilling to work with you to maintain a working business relationship. As a customer, we have paid every single bill on time and in full. For over five years, and on three different leases. Cant wait to get out of our last one and be done with this company for good.

Horrible experience!! I signed up with Pacific office automation back in 2016. I Received a Lexmark copy printer XM 5163 which is worth about $17-$1800 new. I paid $288 a month for a five-year contract. My company closed in 2017 because we sold it. We kept paying on the lease through its deadline of September 2000. Five years of 288 a month is $17,288.The lease that POA signed us up with was with Cannon financial. For POA to get more money they chose not a buyout for one dollar but for us to have to ship the copier back. It requires us to pay 495 to cancel lease even though it was completed then the shipping fee of $1800. POA said they would help and they didn’t. So frustrating for a machine that is only worth $600 now at best I’m supposed to pay over 2195 to cancel and send back. Luke Krcmar said he would help but hasn’t. To make matters worse I have 2 more companies with the same situation. I would never use or advise this company unless they step up and help. I did this review a few months back and somehow they deleted it.POA you need to fix this issue.

I have been working with Denis Baryshnikov of Pacific Office Automation. He has been so great to work with. We have had a lot of changes happen in our company, with people and locations, and he has been extremely helpful in facilitating what we need. I would highly recommend them for your copier/printer needs.... and ask for Denis!!!

This company and service is not even worth leaving a 1-star review. We have had nothing but issues with our copier with no end to a resolution. Our rep George has NEVER retuned any of our calls. I sent an email to the office manager to cancel our contract when it expires on 5/10/21. I sent the email on March 2, 2021, as of today I have not received a response back, email didnt come back as un-delivered, so I know she received it. No customer service, no follow up and follow through! I would never recommend this company due to their poor customer service and poor response. Maybe with me writing this review someone will actual respond back to me.

After having an unpleasant experience with previous POA reps, it was a nice change to be able to work with Denis. He was willing to listen to our frustrations and take feedback about previous bad encounters that he wasnt even part of. Denis wanted to make things right and made sure that everything was taken care of and we were happy with the service we were receiving and the quality of our machine. I would recommend working Denis for your printer needs.

Only give one star cause I cant give ZERO.Dishonest crooks. Overpriced. Not worth the quote, take your business elsewhere! There are other servicers in the Salt Lake City area with less than half the cost per page. Do some research and avoid Pac Office like the plague.

Great experience with Pacific Office Automation! They followed up with me and made sure that I knew everything about how to use my new machine. They helped get me out of a horrible lease with another company and made sure the return of the equipment was done correctly and on time. As an owner of a non-profit I have to say that out of all my vendors Pacific Office has been the most understanding of me, my business, and my needs. I would recommend them to anybody who wants great customer service!

I have amended my review. Our business with POA started off VERY rocky but it has since gotten better. Now that the machine is up and running, things are going fairly smoothly. All of the issues have been worked out and overall we are currently satisfied with the machine and POAs service.

Pacific Office Automation has absolutely changed office life! We are leasing the Konica Minolta bizhubc552 and it has increased office productivity and decreased office frustration significantly. Their representative was friendly and helpful. They monitor my toner needs and when one runs low it is mailed directly to the office so I am never out of toner. Any problems I have had with the machine (and they have been very few) were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Pacific Office Automation gives spectacular service that I would recommend to anyone!

We bought a machine from this company and our experience have been terrible. The NEW machine turns out to be used and has had problem after problem. The service is slow and the customer service has been horrible. They sent us a bill stating we had and overages that made zero sense and when we requested explanation we have only gotten the run around. I would highly recommend NOT using this company.

If i could rate them zero stars i would!!! This company is only about sells and not service or follow through. We have been a long time customer of POA for years and the service on our machines continues to decline. Also the last couple months have been an absolute disaster with the lease on one of our machines coming to an end. Fortunately we have another color machine in our office that does a bulk of the work load or we would of been out of business months ago.

We have had numerous issues with our printer from this company. We pay a fee every month for service and the technician told us to google the problem that we were having. Are you kidding me? What are we paying a fee for if we cant even get a tech out to us to assess the error that the printer is having???

Just a horrible experience in getting a quote from them. Jeremy their sales rep did not know anything about the rental who, what and how much. They wait to get your agreement and then they hit you with stuff that was not disclosed like personal background check for the company. Idiots, do not work with them!!!
