Ive been coming here on and off for over a year... Its ALWAYS Clean and dryers are cheap! Washing machines of all sizes with a fair price! The attendants are always helpful. Definitely my favorite laundromat

Ive been coming to this place for so many years love the laundromat love the owner but after not needing to go for a while and I just went tonight to find out that I have to use an app no problem but then to find out that Im charged to $20 fee to have access to the laundromat that is not happening I can pay a friend $20 to let me go and use their dryer but I will not pay a $20 fee for any laundromat. I have had to use this type of a thing at different laundromats in the past and was never charged a fee whatever amount I wanted to use on the washer or the dryer is the amount that I was charged but I never had to pay a fee on top of that and I think that is so ridiculous so unfortunately even though I love this place theyve lost my business but it is a great place. The short girl that usually works the nights shes got a little bit of an attitude so I dont really care for her but I do like the owner he does a great job and he is very good about keeping the place clean and I will always talk positive about this place but I wont pay a $20 fee on top of what Im going to use to wash my clothes its already expensive enough to wash clothes let alone have to pay $20 just to use the laundromat I dont care if it is a $20 fee one time.

The location is clean and the man who was working today is very friendly and attentive he created a positive environment. I saw him sanitizing after each person. Personally I had a very good experience and will come back.

This place is amazing theres always an attendant if you do your laundry on Tuesdays Wednesdays or Thursdays its free dryers has all brand new washers brand new dryers High efficient sizes from two loads up to I believe it was 6 load washers large size dryers Ive been going there for now a couple of years also sales the fabulous laundry bag for a great price they also offer laundry service

The owner is super helpful and friendly. He stayed busy cleaning the already spotless facility and chatting with customers and their children. Heres a rundown of the place...Inside was a good temperature, the bathroom was clean and stocked, lots of comfortable chairs, tables, snack and drink machines, plus a good variety of soaps, softeners, and some bleach. He has a change machine, an atm, and the machines accept quarters and the Dexter app. There are washers and dryers of all sizes, they look like new and work GREAT. Around the building theres a gas station, food and coffee, plus a neighborhood grocery store.Thanks for providing the community and its visitors with a clean and safe place! Much appreciated!

Just moved into a house in the neighborhood and we haven’t gotten a washer and dryer yet, so I looked up local laundromat mats to do my biweekly laundry run. This place was close by and had a lot of good reviews. Those reviews definitely check out. This place is so clean and very well managed. Here on a Thursday night when they have FREE dryers and of course it’s busy. The staff member working was so friendly and helped me navigate the busy washers. Even helped me out when my washer leaked (my fault I had a string of a hoodie hanging out). Great experience and highly recommend.

I used this laundromat once a week for over a year. I always got great service and enjoyed the friendly faces. The owner is awesome. They have free dryer days that really help it not be so expensive. They also have a way to pay using your phone with an app if you dont want to use quarters.

I like this place, I really do. Its clean, the employees are pleasant and helpful, and you cant beat free dryers.However, Lost Socks really need to step up and enforce the statewide face mask policy in their store. This evening there were several customers roaming about the laundromat who had their masks pulled down to their chin and not covering their nose or mouth. There was another woman who didnt have a mask on whatsoever. These individuals interacted with the employees and nothing was said to them.I would really hate to stop going here due to health concerns, but it looks like that may be the case.EDIT - RESPONSE TO OWNER:The individuals in question were not eating or drinking with their masks off. They were folding laundry and doing their laundry with their masks off. The employee who was present did not ask them to put on masks nor did she offer any of them masks.

Nice place. Clean, friendly staff. And you can download an app that lets you pay from your smartphone. So no need to feed quarters to the machines.

Spotless, new machines. Well tended place with a nice TV monitor and comfortable chairs and good.vending machines. Washers and driers are kept clean and perform well. The only place Ill visit weekly.

Love this place!!!!! Always super clean and the washer and dryers are way cheaper then any other place. Plus I can just use the app so I can pay online and I don’t have to have quarters. The Owner and employees will go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need to get your laundry done, you can also drop your laundry off and they will wash and fold it for you. Who does that anymore?? I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my laundry needs.

Awesome service nothing like the laundrymats in California and they stay maintaining the place. They also have free dryers Tues-thurs which helps out alot.

Very nice, clean laundromat with a good variety of washers and dryers. I was in there last week and they are getting all brand new equipment, most of it is already installed and running. They are still open normal hours as they replace the last few remaining older washers. They will soon have the option for you to pay from your phone but coins are still accepted too. Very convenient!The owner or an attendant is always on site to help if you need assistance. Very friendly. plenty of parking

This is a long overdue review. The woman who works here is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She told me which wash I should use with what type of laundry I had, which cut down the time I had to spend there and the amount of money I used compared to other laundromats. So far, all the machines Ive used work perfectly.

I was very surprised at how clean the place was and how nice the employee was. I even found someones Lost sock in my laundry. Not sure if it was a coincidence or a fun little game the employees play lol. Either way I turned it in, hopefully the sock finds its Nate.

This laundromat is very clean. both washers & dryers work. you can use either quarters or the DexterPay App. i had a bad experience with the app to where it took $20 bucks instead of the $4.75 that it was supposed to take. just use quarters. will be back again. free drying tuesdays, wednesday & thursdays.

It was a great experience to be my first time at a laundromat. The owner was there and he was very polite and friendly even if he seemed busy keeping the whole place clean. Also that, it’s a clean environment and the machines work excellent. You can see how these people take really good care of their customers and business. I’m definitely coming back. Free dryers three days a week is also a big plus! Nice job, guys! :)

Best laundromat Ive ever been to! FREE FREE FREE dryers on Tues, Weds, Thurs! Big washers and big dryers! The owner was so nice and let my little puppy keep me company while I was waiting. I never thought a laundromat could be so convenient! They have big bottles of laundry soap and laundry bags you can buy in case you forgot anything. Definitely my go to place now :)

Has a big sign in front of business claiming to have free dryers 8 days a week. Came in 4/25 Saturday. None of the dryers were free of charge. Which is fine, but its wrong to falsely advertise like this.

I had to come here while I waited for my apartment complex staff to get us a new washer/dryer unit. There was always available machines, the facilities were always clean and the machines were fairly priced. The owner was always around and made sure I was well taken care of. Great place!

We come here all the time and dont plan on going anywhere else. The owner is always nice and super chill plus we get our moneys worth compared to other places. It does get packed on free dryer days so its best to go early morning when they first open or at 8 pm. You guys are awesome!

They have a very good number & sizes of washers and dryers here. The prices are very fair and the employees working here are really nice. In my first encounter here, the owners sister was working & she is SUPER friendly and helpful. I havent come in on a free dryer day, but even at regular price its worth it. The store is nice and clean, and easy to navigate around (even when busy). I would recommend this place to anyone.

I loved going to the lost sock laundromat, dryers are free Tuesday-Thursday when you was your laundry there.

The FREE dryers make a difference and the clothes get MUCH cleaner than the laundry room at our apartments. Nice attendent the first time I went last Wednesday. My time slot for Laundry.

I used to go to another place closer to my house but one day they were closed for maintenance so I came here. I gotta tell you, I have been coming here every since, even though I have to drive past that other place to get here. The staff is super friendly and greet me with a smile every time I come in. Even though I dont use the dryers (mine at home works) its nice to know that they are free certain days off the week.

Even though the owner and workers are constantly there, they refuse to enforce the mandate that masks are REQUIRED in public. I really love this laundromat but it’s hard when you see people who don’t care about a public health crisis.

This place is awesome. Its super clean, has nice washers and dryers, and a clean restroom, I cant forget the staff they are all are very friendly and respectful. There is a good selection of many size washers for all load sizes and great prices.

This is a fantastic laundromat. The facility is always clean and the machines are nice. There is always a staff member on hand, and they are always courteous and helpful. The level of customer service greatly exceeds expectations for a laundromat. I drive past multiple laundromats to clean my clothes here. I would give six stars if it was possible.

Looking back, I should have just left when she approached me. It wasn’t worth it and I would have paid 3 times the price just to avoid being made to feel stupid. She literally avoided me the whole time.She was nice to every person in the laundromat but me, though so I can see why other reviewers keep saying how nice the workers are because she was. I guess she really didn’t like me being there.When I first came in, there was only one other lady drying her comforter. It was empty. Then that lady left after 10 minutes of me coming in so it’s not like 35 of your washers/dryers were going (I say 35 because I was using one washer) . Had your laundromat been busy I definitely wouldn’t have dried my clothes but it was empty and she was bothered by me being there. I WAS going to come back and wash my comforter, etc but with her attitude and glares I thought to myself there are so many other laundromats that don’t give me grief. I mean seriously, my dryer gave out and my wet laundry sat in the washer for a few days because I had a wait for a repairman to come fix it. I feel silly having to explain my situation.About the footstool, I saw her pick it up from against the wall in the second row of machines and put it right where I was sitting. It wasnt in the middle of the way or anything. I sat in that chair the whole time trying to avoid her glares. She knew where I was sitting. You can see my paperwork that I was working on and books. That’s my stuff on the table.This is my first and last time here. I came here with half of my laundry already washed but not dried and the other half needing to be washed and dried. My dryer coincidentally gave out which is why I came this way. I put my wet laundry first because I didnt want it to be permanently wrinkled even after being dried. Not even 2 minutes before I walked in and an older lady approached me and said I cant only dry. I told her that I was washing too and I was drying first to prevent further wrinkles on my clothes to which she responded that people come in only to dry sometimes and that they dont allow it. I again told her I am washing clothes here and she said well youre loading your dryer laundry first though. I can see where shes coming from in not wanting freeloaders but I explained to her twice what my situation was and was prepared to pay if needed. I didnt bring soap to buy it here and give more of my business. I felt so uncomfortable here the whole time. She was not friendly but to everyone else she was ‍🤷🏽‍♀️ I get up to fold the first half of my laundry and she puts a step stool right where I was sitting preventing me from sitting in my chair. Like what?! She had the whole place to put the step stool and she picks where Im sitting 🤔 She kept glaring at me and would pass me up when asking other customers if they needed anything even though I did wash here. So frustrating. I wont come back or recommend them at all. Too bad to because I really enjoyed how clean and quiet it was when I first got there. I’ll just use another laundromat closer to my home that also has free drying days in West Jordan. I drove from West Jordan to west valley because of the reviews only to be disappointed. I posted pictures in the yelp review app.

My washer died last night and I had to take 2 large bags of wet clothes to wash. The lady there was nice and helped me figure which washer to use. She was also nice about the puddle I left hauling my soaking wet clothes in. Good experience after an awful night

This is the best laundromat Ive ever seen! It is clean with lots of space. The dryers are free on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday and the washing machines take a dollar 25. They also sell totally awesome soap and a jug that does 32 loads 3.00.

I dont normally use laundromats and searched for the highest rated one near me. Ive been here twice now, both on a Sunday. Sunday night was busy, but not bad. It was pretty clean and there was a gentleman wiping down the machines which was nice. Im a little skeptical about using public washers, so it was nice to see that. Sunday morning was really busy, but still fairly clean. Almost all the machines were used up and I found an empty one to use. After I load it up some woman chewed me out for using the washer she was using even though it was empty and no one was near by. I didnt see anyone cleaning this time which was a little disappointing since the place couldve been tidied up a bit.

Super friendly and washers are great. Free dryers are very convenient during the week if you can make it over. I will go in with about $10 on a weekend and finish all 6-8 loads of laundry.

Great place. Usually clean. Owners are great. Attendant they have, could use some coaching. She is never on time. If you open at 7, then you should be there ready to open the doors at 7. Not be showing up at 7:30.

Awesome manager and awesome place to dry clothes. They have FREE drying days. Thats very convenient when you have a lot of clothes to dry.

Get us to go in because they have a huge FREE dryers sign out front. What it doesnt say on the big sign is theyre only free tues/wed/Thurs. We went on a Friday and got screwed thinking wed save some money but you dont. The washers are more expensive than other places and when you dont go on their free days your dryer is a quarter per 8minutes. Do not recommend.

We love this place. Favorite laundry in town. Normally a great place, but this time I got the evil eye even before I got out of my car! The attendant was starting and glaring at me while I was on my phone. Then I walk in and put my stuff in the dryer. I know its free if you do wash. But she didnt even give me a chance to grab my wash before she came after me and started to harass me!

Free dryers on tuesday-thursdays always clean free wi-fi dryers are fast and prices are fair the lady that cleans usually helps me fold my clothes and helps me carry them to my car especially the time i had a broken leg she was a big help and if you forget something shell watch your clothes for you so no one will steal it she even put them in the dryer for me until i got back with the dryer sheets i forgot at home

Laundry mat was great I enjoined the cooler hahha but the Construction was in the way had to park away from the place.

The owner Casey is a great guy plays with the kids always there especially when I need to buy soap from him hahaha its like a relaxing place to come and just wash I love it

I went in today to wash clothes and One machine after already paying, never turned on. Another machine after the cycles had ran, was soaking wet and I had to squeez all the water out one by one. Also when drying I had put small loads in each dryer to ensure that 32 min was enough to dry everything, it wasnt.... I had to put a additional 20 min on 3 dryers and 12 on the other 3. Nobody was there to complain to either. Bad experience all around.
