I didnt end up getting to use Rocketman because they were sold out Memorial Day weekend, but they helped me locate another dealer (Peak Adventures). He made the call for me and text me back with all info and basically set everything up for me so when I got to the other place I wouldnt have any issues. Communication and customer service is everything... Thank you again for your help we had a blast.

Good customer service. The manager worked hard to get us on our way fast! RZRs are fast and reliable. It was nice to work with a real company, with a real business location for once.

I cant say enough good things about Rocket Man rentals and Rick. We had a special project that had various requirements for side by sides. Rick and his team went above and beyond and worked overtime to make it happen. They helped us connect with everyone we needed to make our project a reality. I would most definitely rent from Rocketman Rentals again both from business to business and personally. They were able to deliver vehicles as well. Which took a lot of stress off of our plate. I would definitely use their services again.

First time Ive ever rented a UTV and they didnt try to gouge me when I dropped it off.. Ill definitely be calling the Rocketman next time my buddies want to take off to the dunes.. And were going TURBO all the way from here on..

I have never had such a hard time trying to rent from anyone. No return calls no feedback from website. Completely unbelievable.

Drove all over Gods creations to get these damn ATVs.. Over all the experience was a pain in the ASS. I would highly suggest not renting from here. Awful communication, and over priced for the inconvenience they come with. Both machines shouldve been ready to go at the initial spot we met Rick. It took 3 hours for us to pick up 2 ATVs with all of the different places we had to meet this guy.

Would be one star if it wasnt for the machine. Show up on a Friday for a weekend rental, told to be there at 5:30. Show up on time did not leave until 6:30 as they were waiting on two bolts to be delivered to install on a cover. While going over the machine noticed 1 tire was low, they said it came back from the dunes and people lower the air pressure when they take the machines there. We leave for our trip and stop at a gas station to fill the tire up with air and notice a nail in the tire that we couldnt see when picking the machine up. Had to return to the rental shop and have the tire switched out for a new one, this is now over two hours after 5:30 when the machine was to be picked up.Then to top it off when i came to return the machine on Monday morning They were 30 minutes late getting to the shop.If you rent from them plan on having problems picking up and dropping off the machine. If you dont mind that the RZR was great.

I had a 4 seater and they asked me to switch to a modified 2 seater with a seat in the middle for my 4 year old. I switched because someone was going to miss their trip and another party totaled the machine for them. I told them I wanted it by 5. I got there at 5 and someone showed up at 530 and I walk out there and its still torn apart. No seat installed and muddy. I waited until 630 there with 2 toddlers. I left at 630. Then they take me back to do paperwork which always was not ready. I took it back and they were late 25 minutes for the drop too. Trust me the fact they have a turbo rzr does not make up for their poor business practice.

Lets just say buyer beware! seemed legit when first renting from them, my turbo razr overheated as well as broke a belt the first day of our rental. As told when renting I must call with any problems directly to them before working on it. I called and never heard from them all weekend on what to do.Bought a new belt after not receiving a callback, 179.00 belt from rocky mountain atv. The only one they had in stock . it was not a Polaris belt so was told I owe them another 200.00 for another beltupon returning the machine this morning.( 400.00 in belts this weekend just to keep the rental running !) When returning the machine waited 45 minutes for him to tell two others that they had burned up their belt and broke their machine so they would be getting an extra bill as well. Hmm, read about the 1000 turbos and you will find all kinds of info on them running hot. Hoping others will write about their experience this weekend with a company I think is making their money gouging people when they return their machines! I am going to make sure others have an honest review before they commit to renting from this company. All told it was over 900.00 for a two day rental from them and I only rode 80 miles cuz of the overheating. There are much better places to rent from if you ask me.
