The product is indeed affordable My problem is customer service. My insurance now covers unlimited test strips. I called to ask for a cancellation. They had no problem canceling but they refused to waive a $10 processing fee. Ive been a customer for two years and they have made more than their share of profit from me. How much does it cost to open up a cardboard box and put four vials of test strips back on the shelf? Dont expect any favors from this company. Thats probably how they keep their prices down.. not to mention what I infer to be a bit of greed

Initially I was nervous about accuracy since I have to use it for longer time and compared with other brands and it gave +/-1 results and logically speaking that’s how all products work. Excellent price. Full starter kit with lancets, meter, case, 200 test strips and free shipping for under $50 is a good deal. The meter uses slightly more blood that freestyle lite. You do have to wait when you push in the test strips for it to say its ready to test. That took a few tries and Im glad the test strips are cheap cause I wasted 5-7 to begin with. The used test strip ejector button is great!You can see the blood get sucked into the test strip which is great but the strips do not allow you to add more blood which is a feature I miss. The strips are not a stiff as my other meter so its more difficult to push the test strip in with one hand.The meter was easy to set up and for a few bucks you can get the cable to download the results.The case is very basic, Can hold meter, test strips, lancets and alcohol pads but that is about it. No zipper pocket so the lancets are all over the case.I followed the 15% guidelines for testing and its just as accurate as other meters. I am using this for a pet with blood sugar issues.

I love the price. I wish the meter, lancer, and test strips had a holder to make it easier to use. Im used to the Verio which has everything in one holder. Yours i separate so you cant hold it all in one hand to use. Other than that it seems to work just fine. The test results are slightly higher than the Verio but not enough to worry about. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because it doesnt have a handy holder, but honestly its a great product and the price is unbeatable.

The supplies and meter was great. It fit my needs. It’s nice that company is always available for questions. The cost of the meter and 1 month of supplies was $129 at the pharmacy. I get three months of supplies for less than a monthly copay! It’s been a win, win for me!

Meter and Strips came right away. Compared it to my Current Meter and its right on. Very easy to use. Instructions are well written. But....The Meter died on 2nd reading with Error 4 on everything. I called them and they are sending out new meter. The Phone was answered right away and no BS. Refreshing. Sounded like American Too! Win Win Win. I plan on staying with Diathrive! I recommend it too!

Note I have not used the product as of yet until I run out of my current product. What I have experienced so far was their site was easy to maneuver around in and make a purchase of what I needed. The item shipped quickly, much faster than other items from other companies. Upon opening the package, their packaging took a great deal of thought to fit everything perfectly into the box that it came in and everything looked really nice. I would imagine everything will work the same as my past product only for a whole lot less. Thank you Diathrive for making this affordable for all of us diabetics.

Im currently into my second week of using their product. The lancets are very cheap and not my favorite. However the accuracy tested against two of my other meters is fantastic. And the cost for the test strips is the best around. in the future it would be nice to get an upgraded more solid feeling tester. But again the tester is very accurate and the strips are very accurate.

Love the kit! I like that the kit is a harder kit and that the Lancer uses most lancets. I have had the same kit since I was diagnosed and I needed a new one and this meter is easy to use and the Kit fit in most spaces.

Great price! My dad was paying $95 for 50 test strips. I got thr meter, 200 test strips and, 200 lances for $42. Great deal. In case your wondering if they are as good as the prescription ones, I tested with both and it was spot on.

I love their prices, I have insurance and it has been a pain trying to get the correct strips for the meter that I have plus i usually have to pay quite a bit out of pocket, but Diathrive has low prices for their strips plus their meter was only $10! I paid less for the whole package then I do for my strips alone. Plus I really liked their meter it may not look fancy but the setting that it has I’ve never had on previous meters. I am so happy to find a company that charges a lot less for strips than any other place. I can finally check my sugars as I am supposed to and know that I can afford them monthly. Thank you!

Not a five star experience yet but its on the way there. Cannot beat the price for test strips and lancets are free. The meter works well though it is a little slow compared to my other meters.Things to improve upon:Takes too long to get ready to test. I have wasted a couple test strips because I put the drop on too early. The accuracy of the meter appears to be in line with my other meters.The strips are huge in size and sometimes they do not accept the blood properly. It is like the tip of the strip is blocked as it might have been poorly made.The lancing device while designed well as far as loading the lancet and operation works well but the end of the device is too big and makes it difficult to stick yourself where you want to. You think you are aiming for on spot but hit somewhere else. I also have to use the full depth to get a drop of blood.The case for storage is also bad. No zippered pocket for lancets so they just slosh around in the case. It is difficult to put the test strip bottle and the control solution in the elastic band that would hold them. Once you put them in I do not recommend taking them out until you need to. There are a couple pockets which the meter can fit into. I use one for the meter and the other to hold the lancets and lancing device although they are not secured in the case. You have to be careful when opening so that they do not fall out. All of these problems with the case are not any different that the problems with other cases for other meters. They are obviously not designed by someone who uses the product.All in all, if you are looking for a cheaper alternative for a glucose meter and all the supplies I recommend Diathrive.

The reason for the 3 stars is because of customer service, promo codes dont usually work, and after your starter kit packages take forever to arrive. About customer service, 2 out of the 4 times I dealt with them they were not very kind, when you have to edit the quantity or add other items to your subscription you have to call, not through email or text, and they dont pay attention to what you say. For instance I needed 4 bottles of testing strips, my subscription was for 2 bottles, my subscription was set to be charged on the 1st of every month, well when they changed my subscription they processed my order anyway when I specifically said August 1st. So make sure you stay ontop of that.Now about the products.. that i will give 5 stars for. Strips are affordable and work great, the glucose meter is spot on accurate, and the lancing device is pretty good compared to other devices. I personally do not use the lancing device or the lancets because I use disposable lancets. The control solution 0-2 works great. I havent had any issues with control solution. Every month my test strips comes with level 1 control solution, which is amazing due to the shelf life of a opened control solution bottle.

Ordered blood testing supplies through Diathrive and have been using them almost a week now. The readings have been steady with what my old meter was and all of the supplies are much cheaper than when I was getting them through my insurance! Diathrive has good prices and delivery was fast. The meter was very poor. It measured 40+ points above my current meter. It said it was within the control range when control samples were used. This is a very critical tool to function this poorly.

Shipment was lightning fast and the instructions are clear cut. The kit is very easy to use and the results track with my lab results. Very pleased.

Low cost diabetic testing supplies are a Godsend. Medicare does not pay for them. The quality of the glucose meter test strips and pen are excellent. I dont have to worry if I can afford to test. Highly recommend this company. They also have excellent customer service.

I like the system, the meter is easy to read and big enough to see the numbers. I have needed a new kit for awhile.

Overall a good experience. Diabetic supplies that are inexpensive and easy to use. Good customer service on the phone. The website isnt too difficult, but my only complaint would be that once I was subscribed, I could not adjust my subscription on the website, I had to do it by phone (I wanted to increase my frequency of testing, and there wasnt an option to change or discontinue my current frequency). However, the phone service was great, and I changed it easily.

Nice to see a company helping out the diabetic community. Making it affordable to everyone. I got mine 3 days after I ordered, very pleased. The meter is accurate and easy to use. I have insurance and this is way cheaper after Insurance, and its delivered, no waiting in pharmacy. The only thing I didnt like was the lanclet device, I put on the lowest setting and still to deep for me, but I just use my old one. Overall I definitely recommend anyone to try this.

The On Call tester seems to be working great. It is easy to use and the test strips take a minimum amount of blood, which is great.The problem is the lancet. I inserted the lancet into the holder but I cannot get the needle to pierce my finger. In fact best I can see it doesnt even go past the end of the holder when released. Totally useless. Even called the manufacturer and they tried to walk us through setting it up to no avail. I would expect its the wrong lancet for this machine.Obviously we need to cancel the arrivals of the lancets, I am using one ii had.

I received my supplies within 3 days of submitting the order. I was expecting when it was said I would get a free monitor to use that it would be some cheap no name brand but it wasnt. Thank God for Diathrive. I just started a new job a month ago so I have no health insurance. Went for my DOT physical and found out Im pre diabetic.. So I ordered right away. I am very happy. My blood sugar was running well over 200. And Ive been doing it on my own. Cutting out soda and eating healthier. And in 3 weeks Ive got it running 125- 145 until my health insurance kicks in and I can get on medicine. If it wasnt for Diathrive and their awesome prices I dont know what I would of done. Now I check my blood sugar twice a day. And working on getting even lower.

Pretty affordable way to get a steady supply of reliable testing materials. I much prefer getting a package in the mail once a month to forgetting I need test strips and having to run out to the store at midnight so I can test before bed or in the morning.

So far so good :) I am very pleased in the ease of use and the fast response.The compactness of the meter itself and the whole kit is great. I have not previously had a meter that can eject the used test strip, thats cool :)

I ordered this for my husband, because he went from a once a day blood sugar to a four times a day to now a Three times a day and blood sugar check. Insurance wasn’t covering anything for his Test strips. And sometimes it was quite expensive this is affordable. I really love this monitor. Very easy to use and the kit I bought was a good deal and came with everything you would need for a few months. I am having some trouble with the monitor reading the control solution recently. Still I gave this 5 stars because the customer support was easy to reach and very helpful.

I havent had to re-order yet. But, I have been using this meter and strips for over a month. Everything seems to work just fine. The lancing device is harsh; I had to set it on 1 to get it not to leave a bruise. But, it works great, as does everything else. I am very happy so far.

Package came on time. Instructions on how to set up meter was pretty easy. Just didnt get a warranty card but Ill call for that. Very satisfied so far.

Good pricing but just a little different reading from my last meter which has my blood sugar sometimes 20 points lower. Just learning how to use it but the price difference makes it easier to keep up with my supplies. I am a type 2 so my numbers are not insulin driven. I use it to keep an eye on my blood sugars only

Strips must be installed carefully, bad idea to put a screw on cap for the lancet tool that has the depth adjustment on it, but works good, and a good value for someone without insurance

Software didnt work right away. Was told to install a USB set. With Windows 10 should work right out of the package..
