Terrible service. I checked in online waited in the parking lot 23 minutes until 2:09pm, the suggested check in time. I got inside and saw my name was number 2 on the line up. Waited a couple minutes to get checked in, at which time I was told there were 2 people in front of me and it would be 40 minutes.First how are there 2 in front of me when I am second on the list. Wont be back would definitely not recommend this location.

The stylist had a great personality and attitude. However the quality of haircut was very poor. It was no where near what I had asked. I even had a picture of what I wanted for the stylist to go off.. Poorly executed unfortunately. I would recommended going to one of the other sports clips in the valley. (ex: Sandy) Wont be returning since the haircut was so disappointing.

The price doesnt always match the skill level of the stylists.

Whats not to like!!??! They cut hair massage my scalp, shampoo, hot towels and a quick face massage! I found my own little piece of peace and quiet haven for about 45 minutes!

This is the first time going to this Sports Clips in West Valley and the company at all and it was overall great experience by the stylist Kass. She was very informative to educate me on my type of style of hair because I needed to get my hair fixed, she very talkative, outgoing personality I can see why all the clients like working with her, she informed me of the additional services provided by Sports Clips. For me she pulled out all the stops will be returning back again. I have never been to sports clips before. The main reason I went is i had gotten a free haircut from donating blood with the Red Cross. I wasnt sure what to expect, since Im not really into sports, but while I waited I enjoyed a program on TV about Micheal Strahan. When it was my turn Shanna asked if i wanted the MVP. I asked what it was, so she kindly explained. I asked if my coupon would cover it, she said it would. I got my hair cut just the way I wanted, got a nice hot towel, shampoo wash, scalp massage, and conditioner. It was great! I will probably return again. Thank you for such excellent service.

I have loved my experience at sports clips so much that I have brought my wife my father and my daughter to have their hair cut by Cheryl. She is tops when it comes cutting hair and personal service. I never thought Id pay 25 bucks for a hair cut but with Cheryl 25 bucks is more than worth it.

Annalyce at the West Valley store has provided me with 3 out of the 4 best hair cuts i have every received. her knowledge and skill has enabled her to complete great looking professional haircuts even with a difficult minefield of cowlicks and thinning spots. she has a fantastic understanding of mens hair and is always helpful in selecting product and even takes the time to coach me on the particulars in working with whatever new style i am trying. 11 out of 10 would recommend.

My cut was everything I wanted and better! My stylist walked me through every step she was taking and taught me important tips on how to style my new hair. She also recommended products to use and explained why according to my specific hair type. I’m incredibly happy!

The hairdressers consistently do a great job on my sons hair here. He wont let me take him anywhere else. Wait times can be a bit long at times, but this location has nearby places to grab a quick bite or refuel your gas tank. They also have a large TV to watch sports on while you wait.

I was recommended by a friend. Showed up and was seen within 10 minutes of walking in. Upgraded me to their MVP package for free, and the stylist was not only friendly, but I am quite happy with the haircut and will likely return. It does cost a little bit more than the other chains, but I certainly feel like they earn every penny.

They did an amazing job. Kat constanly asked to make sure the cut looked the way I wanted and as I was finishing up, someone came in that I can tell goes there often by how his hairstylist asked how he wanted it done this time. So, I can tell that the employees are really nice if they have someone come in anytime they need a cut.

Overall pleasant experience, however there were still a few noticeably longer strands of hair that I had to cut.

Sooooo normally I would rate this place a four almost a five. Cass i would rate a five, when she had cut my husbands hair before it has looked really good we have been so happy with it. Today he went in and got someone different and explained exactly what ge wanted and well didnt leave happy at all. $32 plus tip and he got a half fade on one side and a hard line on the other😡. Not happy. I uploaded pictures of both sides now another 3 to 6 months of growth needed to fix.

My husband went in for a hair cut. He asked for a half an inch off the top. He came out literally bald. I guess the lady didn’t know her measurements because she took off more than four inches. I never seen my husbands hair so short and he was upset. They messed up my sons hair a couple times and we just shrugged it off. This place was our go to, but now we have to find another place to go.

Well what can I say when I first walked into sport clips I was kinda skeptical. Not knowing what it was or what it was about besides it being a place to get a haircut then as I walk in you have your waiting area and boom a big flatscreen tv with comfy chairs playing ESPN while you wait. Gotta say the wait time is pretty long but don’t worry it’s definitely worth it. I believe Roxi was my hair stylist and she was absolutely amazing it was my first time and she made me feel comfortable and very welcomed and my haircut was on par. Guys for the price you pay and what you receive it’s a steal. Can’t wait for my hair to grow out so I can go back.

It was my first time at sports clips and I have to say that it was pretty great!!! The scalp massage with the hot towel treatment after the haircut was simply amazing!!! I will definitely be back for my future hair cuts!!!

This is the only place I go to get my hair cut. Because they actually listen to you and cut your hair the way you want it. And the service is always awesome and they are very friendly and the people who work there are always in a great mood !

I live in west valley and I wont go here anymore. The stylist seem either really green or they are just not understanding what customers want. They have lost a lot of good stylist here, so I go to the midvale location now.

On 11/29/17 I received the last haircut off the night from the most snotty ass, aggressive girl their. Never in my life have I ever gotten a haircut that looks this God damn stupid. Theres no way in hell I would spend a dollar there ever again. Dont know her name but that girl needs to find a new job asap because she couldnt give a decent haircut if her life depended on it.

Would not go back again....service was good...Did not give my son the haircut I wanted even before I talked with them about how I wanted it....One side was lined up straight the other was a crazy line...The top was uneven...different lengths...had to have them cut the sides again because some of his hair was long and short not a fade...I had asked for a Pro Hawk. ..it was just all something else. I hate his hair cut! $14 haircut was put on a coupon for the next visit but will not be going back!!
